Au contraire, Anon. That is not a replica. It is the EIFFEL TOWER. The picture was taken at THE TROCADERO in the very real PARIS. People on vacation. I think it's AS.
What in the distance could he be looking at? Try GE. Someone in other pics was sporting an interesting t-shirt as I recall.

As I recall, there was some discussion that the make-shift memorial might have been "cleaned up" as part of a (pre-St. Patrick's Day marathon) sprucing-up of the marathon route. Was that discarded? Were the daylight CH pics ever truly tied to the evening CH pics of "high value targets"?
Or is the condition of the bollard the same in the night and daytime pics? Reason I mention is the Moonphase could then match from EMB pics. Best moonphase match for ROT1 was right after St. Pat's.
