Can UK BAKER do a recon for that green light? By standing in same position as that nighttime pic with green light reflected by car window? The light would be behind and over Anon's right shoulder. Might not be persistent but could also be a timed traffic light for traffic entering Northumberland, or for cars already on Northumberland to proceed.
