Traf_cam be damned. I am treating that "response" to an anons post as I do the 2015/2016 issue and Q responding to anons saying that is Lisa Page at WW. The jackets DO NOT match as the anon's graphic says they do, the hairlines DO NOT match for the girl at WW.
I think you must trust your research on EMBANKMENT. Trust your research on CH as well.
They must be from different times. That anon's pic of the traffic cam was chosen using anon's own conf bias, going for one that had a cam. And so what if Q responded to anon? The fact that he got the Bridge and Northumberland was enuf.
I think it is a great mistake to think that just because Q responds to an anon, they are confirming everything the anon has posited.
Let's keep it all open. Different dates on different sets. Unless there are OBVIOUS connections within the camera frames.
Time for a review. LISA/EMB and CH.
Back to basics. Which of them can be connected? Which can't? Keep them separate.
Was the traf cam really up? Taken down next day? We are sometimes Algernons afraid of the next wall. Could be like you said. Someone saw something embarrassing caught on a cam. Cam is now gone.
Sorry to ask now, but did anon already post those dates when trafcam was present vs absent? Could you post that if you have it handy? Are there any records of trafcam placement, damage/theft, replacement etc?

Purely subjective but those trees in front of the CH seem to be more bare than the ones on EMB. And the lights on EMB seem to be capturing a green tint in those trees. Perhaps first buds of the Plane trees?

As you may have presciently posted about a transplanted tree, could be a case of said transplant getting lots of TLC, root growth fertilizers etc. Big trees getting none of that.
When was that vid/pic posted? That could have been taken the very same night for all the light configuration matches in with the MILLBANK TOWER in LISAMI6.

That photo, showing LONDON EYE, looks like it was taken same evening as LISAMI6. No Moon streak transiting sky (yet?) like ROT1. So mebbe an earlier capture, before moonrise.
