Many of these wifi networks come and go as vehicles pass (personal hotspots, dashcams etc)
Also interesting hole dug in Victoria Street close to the black box
Also of note, Victoria Street has many manhole covers from many telecoms carriers. Of particular note, there are many small manhole covers with padlocked covers, meaning that they are for trunk lines or uber important lines. Could the government trunk lines be coming into parliament Square via Vic street? You could also say that the direct links to Buckingham Palace could run that way from Thames House and MI6. Could the black box house an intercept device?
Other note. The “New World Payphones” kiosk is still not working. It has a touch screen that is still dead.
I find it very much a coincidence the “New World” kiosk is facing the black box.
