Anon, is it possible we have a "clockface" in the SV image? We must look at the possibility our yellow bike owner could be a regular bike commuter and parks their bike their on regular occasion. The mere fact it is a privately owned bike presents that its owner is likely a local? Or local enuf to commute to work by bike.

We do have the bike appearing in night and day pics. This leads one away from it being a one off. Altho, the bike could have been left near the train station to go on a weekend. Gonna need to go back and look at old pics and vids on that I think.

Oh, almost forgot. Anon, see the traffic cones staged for traffic control of some event. Upcoming or past? Possible clockface if yellow bike is a single occasion. Those cones, if placed a couple of days before an event, could narrow the yellow biker on holiday possibility/theory.

And see those board signs stacked behind the cones. Could just be arrow signs or some other.

The pedestrian vid in the wee hours shows the CH in a darkened mode (exterior lighting reduced), to save on electricity and/or allow guests more restful sleep? leading one to think the Q pics are after business hours for TATT but yet not early morning.

This has been bugging me. I want to say that BOTH the red lines in the possible reflection may yet be the vehicle's tail lights.

The theatre's red sign, which we would expect to see above the marquee, saying "The Playhouse" could be turned off. Indicating a late hour?

I think the sequence is Mars trailing the Moon on the 18th, near/above the Moon on the 19th, and leading the Moon on the 20th. See up bread for that sequence.

Anon, regarding the 2 signs that you are saying push the ending bookend for London pics to before 2MAR2014:

1) If they were temporary, then when does each sign disappear again? I think you said the Cabman's Shelter 1st Aid sign persisted for months. But how about that sign at Whitehall Place? Do they persist until after new keep left bollards?

2) Your mention of the remaining possibility of March 1 or 2 dates is not gud for lunar match on ROT1. THAT IS IF WE ARE STILL CONNECTING THE CORINTHIA HOTEL PICS TO EMBANKMENT PICS. Those March lunar match dates were MAR17-20.

I had thought we had confirmed a "same evening" connection starting with LISA/MI6 via MILLBANK TOWER lights to ROT 2 and, using pedestrian/car matches, connecting ROT1(w/ its lunar position, time and phase occurring after hours) to ROT3, and matching pedestrians to get there. There was a man in a YELLOW MACK at the bike rack which helped tie that (ROT3?) pic to one of the CH nighttime pics. Then another gent at the bike rack in a RED CYCLIST JACKET W/HOOD seemed to match two of the CH PICS.

You mentioned not being convinced about MILLBANK building lighting matches. I did that werk on my notoriously less than capable resolution on my phonefag device. Please someone redo that picture analysis if not convinced. I had felt all of the 3 MILLBANK pics were "not in contradiction" with one another.

FYI, the fav dates for a lunar match of ROT1's Moon, using bearing, time of evening (after business hours of TATT/HISP) and moonphase that would be in that portion of the night sky at that time of evening, are: The evenings of FEB16, 17 and 18. Actual bearings to Moon take place after midnight on each evening. See pics related.

Anons, please speak out about the need to firm up or reconsider past connections (thought) made between the EMBANKMENT pics and the CORINTHIA HOTEL pics.

I know it is not a match for the London24 pic but, a hospital is a much busier place than a business tower. Lot's more rooms being illuminated and darkened as staff make their rounds to hospital rooms.

Tyvm for those overhead pics to map a bearing to the Moon in our, shall we call it, 24LONDON, for shorthand, painted photo close match to LISA.

Speaking theoretically and freely here: If both pics are taken same evening, do you also start to get the feeling that the Moon in 24LONDON occurs sometime, but not a long time, AFTER LISAMI6? The Moon is farther South than LISA. Kek, I picture our painterly photographer setting up his equipment having a friendly exchange on Hungerford Bridge with our LISAMI6 photographer, chatting about what a nice shot that is.

A very rough speculation here on how fast/far the Moon traverses the night sky.

Azimuth to LISAMI6 Moon is 151.5

Azim. to 24LONDON Moon(roughly!)171.5?

20 degrees of traverse. Multiply 20 degrees by the 4 minutes per degree rotation of tge Earth to get an 80-minute difference in the Moons' positions. (Just rough sketching here, so no pressure.) I like this 1hr, 20min difference as it provides for the lighting change on AF memorial. Must mention the Daylight savings habbening and how often the automatic timer exterior lighting in cities is sometimes not in synch with sunset/sunrise for days after the time change. The above is just a mental sketch.

Forgot to include my current guestimate for 24LONDON photog position on Hungerford Bridge, my estimate of a standard Field of View and a first guess on the azimuth to the Moon in 24LONDON. Let us know if this requires refinement on the 2 positions used to get the bearing to Moon.

Perhaps after that we can prevail upon Boatfag to give us an accurate bearing for the Moon from Hungerford in 24LONDON.

I was drawn to the roofline of ST.THOMAS by that streak of cloud. Was thinking that streak of lighted cloud could have been caused by a Moon behind the clouds for a certain interval. Does that cloud streak seem normal?
