Can anyone get the video to play on lindelltv or frankspeech?

same error message, even with brave browser.
I don't get the Save as option when rmc on the video, all I get is "powered by frankspeech.com."
when I click on that it just open another frankspeech.com window.
That's not the live feed though. I've already seen that vid. Thanks!
