Portland Police:
-A crowd of people is walking in traffic on NW 21st near NW Hoyt. Expect traffic delays. Find alternate route.
-This crowd is walking in the street near NW 23/Overton. Expect delays. Find alternate route.
-PPB has received information that people in this crowd have broken out windows on NW 23rd.
-Many people in this crowd are engaging in violent tumultuous conduct likely to cause a grave risk of public alarm.
-PPB is making announcements for the crowd to disperse to the north from NW 23/Hoyt. Crowd conduct is a riot. People there are directed north. Any who commit crimes may be subject to cites, arrest, crowd control agents included but not limited to tear gas and/or impact weapons.

This was during a riot last year. I don't know why they are dressed as demons; it was not Halloween.

Something is really wrong in Portland. Joey Gibson said this in 2018:
"I believe there is an epidemic going on in Portland. It is the capital of human trafficking. There are tons of kids, there are girls and boys that are disappearing from the streets, and they are taking them up and down the I-5 corridor. There are boys and girls being swept away, being sexually assaulted, being sold into slavery."
