The incest clan’s darkest secrets have emerged during court trials of eight adult members of the Colt family – a court appointed pseudonym to protect the identity of the family’s children.

The story of the clan’s history pieced together by news.com.au from different trials and hearings shows the degree to which family members cohabited and conceived children with parents, siblings and other close relatives.

The new family tree of the Colts probably does not even truly reflect how close those relations were.

It was conceded at one trial that all 13 children of Betty Colt were likely fathered by her own father.

The horrific family history of a sexually voracious patriarch who fancied himself as a travelling minstrel but really was a rapist of his own daughters and granddaughter has now been put in context.

Three of the late Tim Colt’s daughters went to trial – and were assaulted in prison and ostracised in communities – because they have inbred children, the products of rape and sexual relations with their own father and brothers.

But growing up in an isolated family in which they were groomed and preyed upon for sex by their male relatives, the women really never had a chance.

One of the daughters – known as Martha Colt, a court-appointed pseudonym – was given a maximum two year prison sentence.

This was because she lied about the paternity of her five children. DNA testing proved all to be the product of sexual relations with a biological relative.

While it was assumed Martha, who openly shared a “marital bed” with her brother Charlie, had given birth to five of her brother’s children, a bombshell revelation emerged at her trial.

Not reported until now because of suppression orders on the Colt incest family matters, Martha’s trial heard that her children were likely fathered by Charlie, her own father Tim and another brother.

Further evidence at the trials of other Colt siblings attested that it was likely Martha’s father Tim Colt who also was the father of his daughter Betty’s 13 children.

He also likely fathered four of his daughter Rhonda’s children and probably fathered his granddaughter Raylene’s child.

The complicated family history of the Colts is believed to go back generations, and will probably never fully be told.

It is almost nine years since the infamous Colt family was first uncovered living in depraved circumstances in a squalid bush camp in country NSW and its abhorrent clan practices came to light.

Privacy expert charged with child sexual assault offences after global manhunt

An accused child molester will virtually front a Sydney court today after a global manhunt over allegations dating back to the early 1980s.

Privacy expert Simon Gordon Davies was extradited to Australia from The Netherlands on Friday night after a decade-long investigation that culminated in the issuing of an Interpol Red Notice, a global appeal for help and a police flight to Europe in the middle of a pandemic.

Police said the child abuse and sex crimes squad received a referral in December 2010 detailing allegations of historic child sex offences between 1981 and 1983.

A warrant was issued for the Mr Davies' arrest in September 2016, followed by an Interpol Red Notice — an alert to law enforcement agencies worldwide — in December 2017.

That was followed by a global appeal for information in December 2019, at which point Strike Force Boyd detectives thought Dr Davies was living in the United Kingdom or Europe.

According to police, Mr Davies handed himself in to a police station in the major Dutch port city of Rotterdam, where he was arrested.

The four detectives who travelled to the Netherlands must now go through two weeks of hotel quarantine, while Mr Davies will appear via video link into Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday.

Make No Mistake: Programmable Digital Currencies Are Weaponizable Money

Earlier this year, China began to roll out a project that had long been in the works––a digital version of its currency, the yuan, is now being used in four Chinese cities. The Chinese government sees two major potential benefits to the experiment: a tangible challenge to the U.S. dollar’s global ubiquity, and a way to control how Chinese citizens spend their money.

As a government-issued currency, the digital yuan can be manipulated and monitored in a number of ways. Importantly, it is programmable. Writes The Wall Street Journal, “Beijing has tested expiration dates to encourage users to spend it quickly, for times when the economy needs a jump start.”

Although the concept of a currency which is artificially inflatable/deflatable on demand seems novel, it has its roots (as do so many concepts) in the theorizing of a long-dead economist. A German entrepreneur by the name of Silvio Gesell witnessed Argentina’s 1890 financial crash firsthand. The ensuing unemployment, poverty, and economic stagnation convinced him that something needed to change. Such crises occurred, he theorized, because people hoarded money out of fear and brought business to a halt, argued Gesell––this he dubbed “poverty amid plenty.”

To encourage quicker spending, disincentivize saving, and therefore avoid more catastrophic financial crashes, Gesell proposed money with an expiration date. “Currency Reform as a Bridge to the Social State,” his first published work, detailed a system in which paper bills would expire unless they were stamped––renewed––for a fee. This ultimately meant that holders of money incurred a demurrage cost, which is the cost of holding a given currency. Because of Gesell’s proposed renewal fee, savings had a negative interest rate.

He called this Freigold, or “free money.” Speaking of his system’s perceived benefits in The Natural Economic Order, Gesell wrote,

Only money that goes out of date like a newspaper, rots like potatoes, rusts like iron, evaporates like ether, is capable of standing the test as an instrument for the exchange of potatoes, newspapers, iron and ether. For such money is not preferred to goods either by the purchaser or the seller. We then part with our goods for money only because we need the money as a means of exchange, not because we expect an advantage from possession of the money. So we must make money worse as a commodity if we wish to make it better as a medium of exchange.

At a time when nations were largely on the gold standard, Gesell’s idea was unorthodox (and unpopular).

The British Cabal Behind a Gulf Dictatorship

Senior figures in the British establishment have secretly served as “privy councillors” to a highly repressive dictatorship in the Gulf state of Oman, Phil Miller reports.

The repressive ruler of a close U.K. ally in the Gulf secretly received decades of advice on security, foreign and economic policy from a group of privy councillors who were drawn almost exclusively from the British establishment, it has emerged.

Oman’s dictator, Sultan Qaboos, who ruled the country for 50 years from 1970 to 2020, was advised by a secret privy council right up until his death last year.

The scheme appears to have been inspired by Britain’s privy council, the oldest functioning legislative assembly in the U.K., whose members advise the queen and have access to classified intelligence material.

Unlike the queen who is a ceremonial monarch, Sultan Qaboos wielded absolute power, banning political parties and independent media.

He spent billions of pounds on British weaponry and surveillance equipment to fortify his regime, which is located on a key oil supply route between Iran and Saudi Arabia.

Now it has emerged that his top advisers included seven current and former heads of MI6 and the U.K. military, a foreign office minister, a British oil executive, the ex-governor of the Bank of England, a special adviser to Princes William and Harry and one of Queen Elizabeth’s closest aides.

Six of the group are members of the House of Lords. None of them appear to have publicly registered their role on Oman’s privy council. The House of Lords code of conduct requires members to register “all relevant interests.” financial and non-financial. Failure to do so can result in referral of the matter to the Commissioner for Standards.

Aside from Qaboos himself, only one other Omani would usually attend the privy council meetings, whose existence was concealed from the sultan’s subjects.

The Godfather Connection

One little-known name on this list may be the most important. Sir Erik Bennett features heavily in Duncan’s diary, although he was last discussed in a U.K. national newspaper in 1995.

Back then, The Sunday Times hinted at the existence of a privy council, describing Bennett as “one of Oman’s (and Britain’s) best-kept secrets: the key figure in a group of elderly former military and intelligence officers who help the Sultan to run his rich, strategically vital country at the mouth of the Gulf.”

In January, Declassified revealed that Bennett had continued advising Sultan Qaboos in some capacity until at least 2012, when the pair attended a lunch at Buckingham Palace with the queen and Foreign Secretary William Hague.

However, Duncan’s diary provides substantial new information about Bennett, who he says is “my ‘not-quite’ godfather,” which might explain how he came to have such good access to Oman’s leadership.

In the early 1990s, Duncan made millions of pounds as an oil trader and advised clients in Oman.

He also entered parliament as an MP in 1992 and since 2000 has visited Oman at least 24 times.

Report: Biden's own government admits what is behind migrant surge, border crisis

President Joe Biden's immigration policies are driving the migrant surge and ensuing border crisis, according to a Customs and Border Protection intelligence alert that was issued earlier this month.

Despite the largest wave of migrants in two decades overwhelming American immigration resources, Biden's administration has refused to acknowledge the humanitarian crisis unfolding at the southern U.S. border. They have, literally, refused to call the situation a "crisis."

Instead, the White House blames problems in the Northern Triangle region of Central America — which includes Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador — for the push of migrants north to America.

"The president does not feel that children coming to our border seeking refuge from violence, economic hardships, and other dire circumstances is a crisis," White House press secretary Jen Psaki said this week. "He does feel that the crisis in Central America — the dire circumstances that many are fleeing from — that that is a situation we need to spend our time or effort on and we need to address it if we're going to prevent more of an influx of migrants from coming in years to come

According to Yahoo News, which first reported the news, CBP dispatched an intelligence cable on April 16 that said Biden's immigration policies are behind the growing crisis.

The CBP document obtained by Yahoo News suggests some level of disagreement within the government about what exactly is causing the increase. CBP says that "large group apprehensions," referring to more than 100 migrants, continue to increase at the southern border, and says the surge is "largely attributable to perceptions of U.S. immigration policy changes, economic opportunities, elevated violence and reduced COVID-19 travel restrictions."

The CBP declined to provide additional details regarding Yahoo News' reporting.

"It is the policy of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to not discuss the validity of any information related to potential unauthorized disclosure of law-enforcement-sensitive documents," the agency told the outlet.

What are others saying?

When Biden campaigned for the White House, he promised to reverse his predecessor's deterrent immigration policies. Biden has since made good on those promises, which critics, both Republicans and Democrats, attribute to the surge in migrants.

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and Guatemalan President Alejandro Giammattei also agree.

"Expectations were created that with the government of President Biden, there would be a better treatment of migrants. And this has caused Central American migrants, and also from our country, wanting to cross the border thinking that it is easier to do so," López Obrador said last month.

Pixar Animation House Releases Casting Call for ’14-Year-Old Transgender Female’ Cartoon Character

Pixar Animation Studios, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Studios, has released a casting call seeking someone to portray a “14-year-old transgender female” in an upcoming cartoon.

The studio is seeking someone who can “authentically portray” the character.

“Pixar is casting a youth voice-over role for an upcoming animated project. The character, Jess, is a 14-year-old transgender girl. She’s compassionate, funny, and always has your back,” the casting call says.

The ad continues on to say that they are “looking for actresses 12-17 years old who: Are enthusiastic, outgoing, funny, and energetic. Feel comfortable acting in front of a microphone. Can authentically portray a 14-year-old transgender girl.”

The call says that if you know someone who fits the description, her “legal guardian” should contact them.

Pixar has made several controversial shorts in the past, including the film “Out” which featured the company’s first openly gay protagonist who struggles to share his “sexual identity” with his parents.

Facebook deletes 120,000-member group where people posted stories of alleged adverse vaccine reactions

Facebook has removed a popular, rapidly growing group where members would post stories about alleged negative COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

The group, “COVID19 VACCINE VICTIMS AND FAMILIES,” had over 120,000 followers when it was shut down and had been gaining more than 10,000 followers per week.

The shutdown of the page follows Facebook introducing a ban on a wide range of claims about the coronavirus vaccine in February. The list of prohibited claims includes claims that the vaccines cause blood clots and claims that the coronavirus vaccine change people’s DNA (something that even Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg told Facebook staff during a July 2020 internal meeting).

Not only is Facebook restricting a wide range of vaccine-related claims but it’s also adding labels to all posts about coronavirus vaccines. These labels state that vaccines are safe and direct users to sources that Facebook has deemed “authoritative” such as the World Health Organization (WHO).

Facebook’s actions are similar to those of other Big Tech platforms which have also cracked down on vaccine-related conversations over the last few months. YouTube prohibits videos that go against the WHO “consensus” on coronavirus vaccines and adds information panels to some videos that direct viewers to the WHO and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Twitter also bans “harmful misleading” posts about vaccines.

Politicians have actively encouraged this Big Tech crackdown on vaccine skepticism. Days ago, Democrats pushed Facebook and Twitter to “address” 12 prominent vaccine skeptics. State Attorneys General also told Facebook and Twitter to kill vaccine skepticism earlier this month.

These crackdowns on vaccine skeptic conversations come amid mass pushes from global governments to introduce digital vaccine passports that force people to prove their vaccination or test status to enter business premises.

122 foreigners banned by Russian officials from entering country for FORTY years after attending unauthorized protests in capital

Russia's Interior Ministry has banned entry to the country for 122 foreign nationals found to have participated in unauthorized protests in Moscow this year. The restricted individuals won't able to return for 40 years.

Speaking at a meeting about security, immigration, and interethnic relations in Russia's Public Chamber, the head of Moscow Police's migration department revealed that the capital will ban those who pose a threat to public security and public order for a long time.

"The migration units made a decision not to allow entry for 40 years for 122 foreign citizens who participated in unauthorized actions and protests on the territory of Moscow," Dmitry Sergienko said.

Although Sergienko did not specify which protests these foreign citizens took part in, it is likely that most attended January's marches in support of jailed activist Alexey Navalny, demanding that he be released from prison. Allies of the opposition figure claimed that around 40,000 people attended their Moscow protests on January 23. However, the authorities gave a much lower number, at just 4,000. A week later, another march was held, but the turnout was significantly smaller.

In early February, Moscow expelled diplomats from Germany, Sweden, and Poland, accusing them of attending demonstrations, despite objections from the relevant three embassies concerned.

"Don't meddle in the internal affairs of a sovereign state. And we recommend that everyone deals with their own problems," Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told Moscow business daily RBK. "Believe me, there are enough of their own problems in these countries, there are plenty of issues to deal with."

Sergienko also noted that in the last three months, 24,455 foreigners "prone to offenses" were banned from entering Russia by Moscow police.

Trump Demands National Guard in Arizona as Legal Action Continues Against Maricopa Audit

President Trump has demanded that either Arizona state police or the National Guard are sent out by Governor Ducey to protect the current forensic audit taking place in Maricopa County, as legal action initiated by Democrats continues against the audit.

National File reported on the efforts from Democrats in Arizona to stop the full forensic audit of the 2020 votes from Maricopa County, ironically citing spurious arguments that the integrity of the audit was compromised. They argued that the private firm hired by Republican Senate President Karen Fann to carry out the audit, Cyber Ninjas, was not qualified to conduct the audit, and that they were ironically concerned about the integrity of the audit. They also noted that the CEO of the company, Doug Logan, supported the “Stop the Steal” efforts, insinuating that he would not perform the audit properly.

In a statement on Saturday, President Trump reiterated calls for Arizona Governor Doug Ducey to “immediately provide large-scale security for the brave American Patriots doing the Forensic Audit of the 2020 Presidential Election,” suggesting that Ducey either send out the state police or National Guard to the audit site. “Governor Ducey will be held fully responsible for the safety of those involved,” President Trump said. “The Democrats do not want to have this information revealed, and they will do anything to stop it. Governor Ducey must finally act!”

President Trump had previously slammed the lawsuit from the Arizona Democrats, saying that it was a clear “effort to stop this recount and full transparency because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DID,” saying that they wanted to stop the uncovering of large scale voter fraud. “Don’t think that Arizona is the only State,” he added. “Much more to come!”

At the time of writing, the audit continues, after the Arizona Democrats refused to put up the $1 million bond ordered by Superior Court Judge Chris Coury, who would otherwise have halted the audit from 5PM Friday until 12PM on Monday. Coury ordered the Democrats to pay the bond in order to cover any rise in costs due to the halt, but the party chair, Raquel Terán, said that they would “not risk our supporters’s hard-earned dollars.”

The court action against the audit is ongoing. On Friday afternoon, Justice Clint Bolick of the Arizona Supreme Court responded to an Emergency Special Action filed by the State Senate to stop the halt, which had already become a moot point with the lack of payment from the Democrats. Bolick ordered an updated pleading regarding the case from the Senate on Tuesday, with responses to be given on Wednesday, and set a reply date for Thursday.
