Friend's employer hired a legal team to change employment policies changed, then lawyers held staff meeting basically laying out how and why this is within company rights. It's not. It is outright deceit and intimidation.
Friend works with the disabled folks, like those forcefully vaccinated in L.A. last week. Different employer, same population, same agenda.
Threat is employer requires all staff produce vax cards or detailed medical exemption letters to be allowed into the building on Monday, or it's immediate termination.
The gates out of the pen are open. Friend will prolly cave despite that and possible early retirement golden ticket for such unlawful termination.
