If you watched the scanning with UV light it didn’t seem to be only the water Mark scanned, what if they are scanning for kinematic artifacts to see the ballot was folded or place marks and circles off balance so they’d be rejected. Jovian said they could scan of an entire state in less than two days.
Anons I believe they are finding more than water marks. I.e. fraudulent real ballots that were rejected or real ballots with water marks intentionally misprinted. This means state voter organizations also used real ballots intentionally misprinted to get adjudicated, so that must mean if the county commissioners shredded fake ballots they didn’t take into consideration what kinematic artifacts could prove on real legal ballots.
Jovan has talked about this extensively and made it A specific point that Republican ballots were printed with the circles being off balance.
