My question is:

Since DS created and leveraged all the blackmail material that we now have, how is it leverage against the leveraged if both sides threaten to publish it unless they do as they are told - which instructions are the opposite of each other?

They are exposed either way - by us or by the DS.

What makes them choose to follow our instructions?

Obviously some are not, some suicide, and some are suicided. But those that do choose us face exposure from those blackmailing them in the first place.

What a conundrum.
