I just got around to watching it.

This guy invented the program on phones which allow scanners to read merchandise codes.

He says there is one very simple, fool proof way to check if mail in ballots are real or fake.

all mail-in ballots are required to go thru the mail

in order to do that they ARE FOLDED.

ALL folded printed material leaves kinetic footprints on the paper they are folded against.

that mark can be scanned.

If there are no kinetic marks on a 'mail-in' ballot…THE BALLOT DID NOT GO THROUGH THE MAIL….IT IS A FAKE BALLOT

says a machine can also scan ballots to see if circle were filled in by a real person or were copied. A circle filled in by a person will have a high impact point at start of fill when pen hits ballot and a low impact when pen leaves ballots. copied ballots do not have that.

Also, he said all official ballots have a code which is automatically encrypted into ballot which shows which printer printed the ballot.

IOW, official ballots can be detected by science.
