Turns out the company was Global Resource Systems and they ‘took over’ IP addresses 11.11.18.0 to 11.11.18.255.

Note Q1234 includes “AMERICA WILL BE UNIFIED AGAIN! 11.11.18 and had a 3-year delta on April 21.
