Over the years, this civilian anon has had many interactions with government employees and increasingly went away confounded by their odd use of language. As if they were from another planet and simply passing word-sounding-words past their lips as if read in a How To Sound Human manual they read somewhere… but what they actually said was pure gibberish. When i would ask them to clarify and restate another someother way… they would stare back at me nodding (again as if read in a manual), but completely ignore the request and move on as if nothing had been said by me at all.

The hand counting, on camera with witnesses, should be very important. And i would expect an equal error rate, up/down for BOTH candidates to be within norms. The UV machine (identifying the ABSENCE of average human handling) might spit out the most eye opening results however.
