If it has not already been hypothecated, I think the reason BHO and HRC are running around the world (especially 5 Eyes countries) is that they have been confronted with their crimes and much of the evidence against them.

To save their respective hides, each is telling the foreign intelligence agencies that the other falsely set up DJT as a target of the 5 Eyes reconnaissance. They are probably trying to get the foreign intelligence agencies to either deny everything – or rat out the other USA traitor.

That is why they are front-running DJT as well, since he is probably telling the foreign intelligence agencies that he "has everything" and can bring their downfall if he chooses.

I would not want to be a 5 Eyes spook right now…
