It is an abbreviation for "Number."

Two sixes are 12 for "L" and 22 is "V"
LV for "LeVel"
And if you don't like that number, use the delta between 4281410 and 4281479 which is "69" and FLIP the "No." to a "Yes."
I could also make a case for most/all of these gematria values being encoded there, but I've got a sandwich to eat—figure it out.
Better yet, 126 is "plane" so turn the 22 in the 2622 Qdrop number to a 10(pm) and drop the zero. 261, 126, plane.
Speacking of 22:00 = 10pm, my internet just went down for a minute at exactly 1:49 (maybe plus 2 seconds)
1:49am is 10:49 PDT and 10pm=22:00-hour which makes a "4"(2+2), so "4:49," which is a watch time Q dropped with "19" date. 19=7pm and the date is at 3pm on a watch, so [37]… today is 20:[37] on Qclock.
