Most of my friends in Elizabeth City are renting cottages in the Outer Banks.

I'm gonna be chilling on my boat in the Pasquotank River.

I know a few truckers who drive from Portsmouth and Newport News Marine terminal to EC and Outer Banks who are refusing routes in EC right now.
Everyone with any sense is staying far away right now.
