Judicial Watch has done an excellent job discovering direct evidence of collusion between government officials, the Biden campaign and social media companies Facebook, Twitter, Google (YouTube) to censor speech and remove content. California officials were using a list generated by a firm called SKDK (working for Biden campaign) to inform the social media companies of content for removal. […] The Office of Election Cybersecurity in the California Secretary of State’s office monitored and tracked social media posts, decided if they were misinformation, stored the posts in an internal database coded by threat level, and on 31 different occasions requested posts be removed.

Alex Padilla was Secretary of State. He is now U. S. Senator from California, appointed by Gavin Newsom to fill Kamala Harris’s seat. He should be removed from the Senate and the legality of what he did determined.

THE HOUSE MINORITY WHIP WILL MISS PRESIDENT BIDEN’S FIRST JOINT ADDRESS TO CONGRESS DUE TO COVID CAPACITY LIMITS IN THE CAPITOL.

House Republican Whip Steve Scalise will instead give his ticket for the upcoming speech to a freshman Republican lawmaker instead.

Biden’s first speech to a joint session of Congress will be smaller than usual, with around 200 seats expected to be available due to COVID restrictions.

Members of Congress will also be prohibited from inviting guests to the address.

“In the end, what he says is going to be important,” Scalise said, providing insights into his thoughts ahead of Biden’s first address. “And I hope his speech is more focused on unifying as opposed to just having a go-it-alone strategy where they continue to shut Republicans out of the process, even though he promised he would work with everybody, because he's yet to do that.”
