Yesterday the governor of Louisiana declared a state of emergency. 77 JBE 2021. It has something to do with the Mississippi river flooding, I think…. But anyways, the governor sent a letter to the president requesting aid. The problem is……..

It's addressed to "President Donald Trump"…..

Again…… The letter was sent YESTERDAY.
