If I was China. I would pay off politicians to pass unconstitutional legislation, pay blm and antifa to push loyal Americans out of highly populated cities. Buy the real estate, put in ccp loyal people. Take port cities over. Eventually take America. Who’s buying California real estate from fleeing Patriots, and paying them top dollar???
