SMA, the largest barrier is there’s no calendar. A 6-8 week company/BN training schedule doesn’t exist, & a weak LRTC isn’t enough to plan on. Every unit is different & some do the right thing. Soldiers do have goals, are counseled on them, but do the best with what they have.

In all honesty, I don't think it all really matters.

From what I see, a majority of them can't form proper sentences in english that suggests that they aren't even from the US. Maybe this is the only job they can take that puts food on the table in their country. Maybe not. Either way, they are here. every day. 24/7.
