*(and Peter Strozk's wife takes over again)
"Alex Oh has resigned her position as director of the Division of Enforcement "for personal reasons," the Securities and Exchange Commission said Wednesday. Oh was appointed to the role on April 22 by Chairman Gary Gensler, who said in a statement at the time that "Alex brings to the role of director the right combination of values and experience to vigorously root out wrongdoing in our markets." She came to the SEC after serving as a partner at Wall Street law firm Paul, Weiss. Melissa Hodgman, who served as acting director of the enforcement division from January through last week, will once again take over that role, effective Wednesday."
