yeah.. I've wondered that, too.
The general sentiment turned against him in the same SJW type fashion as plays out these days with all right-leaning, traditional leaders.
Propaganda, progressivism & whipped up scandals. It could easily be that the cabal wanted to take him down.
BUuuut.. I still don't trust the tribalism.
