spoke with CA doc a few days ago- discussion was how to help an elder and disabled adult child. doc was concerned these two are too afraid to come out of the home even now. will only allow grocery delivery, no one in or out.
doc specified hospital admits for rona are very low, even fewer dying from it. and no reason to continue their behavior. doc also said there's almost no risk to the two despite high vulnerability.
sadly doc added masks and distancing would be sufficient protection at this point. (insert vision here)
