I've always had a thought that RED OCTOBER signature has to do with AS 187.

 

Historically justices wore Red and new session starts in October.

 

Q said missing because they were investigating the 187 and then when they figured it all out no longer missing. We just haven't gotten the BIG REVEAL yet!!!
