I think we should keep our eyes on the menthol cigarette debacle. Smokers are under represented among COVID cases according to some research data. I've seen a discussion on this board about possible benefits of nicotine. Then there is menthol. Through one thing and another I have concluded that menthol might have some lung benefits and I use some natural cough drops that contain it as part of my arsenal against lung problems. (I work in a dirty environment with likely high particulates.) The Xiden "administration" is no friend of Americans and I'd hypothesize that eliminating helpful products from the marketplace would be on the agenda.

I found one clinical trial involving menthol and possible helpful benefits in COPD. You can see the US Federal Government's alarm over this idea.

Btw, if nicotine has lung benefits it might explain the vaping debacle of a short while ago. Not to say that the synthetic Vitamin E and issues with THC products were not real, but if you are China and you can bombard the US with dangerous products both illegal and legal you can probably engineer a lot of health crises and even coordinate them.

I didn't say smoking is good. I said removing one entire type of cigarettes that contain menthol might be designed to harm people, rather than help them.

And I think that the possibility exists that nicotine to the lungs (not necessarily cigarette smoke in general) has specific benefits against CCP virus disease.

Relatedly cannabis seems to act against coronavirus.

Not sure if it was the combination of vitamins I've been taking for days now, but after listening to this, I was stronger than I've been in a while.

Frequency medicine? I don't know.
