The Role of Fear-Relaxation Strategies in the Control of a Population

In just 16 minutes, this video essay manages to gather a high density of ideas, which capture very well the situation we are in, but also the escape routes.

“The masses have never been thirsty for the truth. They move away from evidence they do not like, preferring to worship an error if the error seduces them. Whoever can give them illusions is easily their master; whoever tries to destroy their illusions always ends up as the victim of the crowd. ” (Gustave Le Bon)

Hannah Arendt considered totalitarianism an attempt to change human nature itself. Through illusions, the subjects of a totalitarian regime return to the childish status of blind obedience to politicians and bureaucrats. But it is also a self-delusion to convince the ruling class or the scientific elite that they have the ability to control and improve society as a whole, by regulating the smallest aspects of life. So, a society that has lost its freedom is the meeting between abusive psychopaths and sick victims.

The first stage of this “rape of the mind” is fear. Because subject to intense or lasting fear, the individual or group is likely to give in to a blindness of madness. For more efficiency, an alternation between terror and calm will be used. But each period of relaxation is followed by the fabrication of an even more intense fear.

“Each wave of terror creates effects more easily, after a short pause, than the previous episode. Because people are still troubled by the previous experience. Morality is declining more and more and the effects of each propaganda campaign are getting stronger. The message reaches an already fragile audience. “ (Joost Meerloo)

As confusion grows among the population, power propagandists will be able to use more and more incoherent messages and more blatant lies, even when contradictions become apparent to a clear mind.

“Logic can be answered with logic. But lack of logic, no,it only confuses those who think. A big lie and monotonously repeated nonsense catch better than the call to reason. When people look for a reasonable counter-argument to the first lie, tyrants can assault them with a new one. “ (Joost Meerloo)

Unlike the old regimes, whose messages/propaganda only sporadically reached the ears and eyes of the masses, the current regime has the advantage of technology, which delivers propaganda in a much more attractive way (Netflix, Hollywood etc.), and it’s more intelligently aimed at creating addiction, pleasure. The user is eager to consume propaganda constantly and in large quantities, because the it fascinates him. Technology separates people from their natural environment, and nullifies their breaks for self-reflection and conversation. Technology delivers semi-prepared answers, prefabricated impressions, and makes people live in a bubble of fake reality, a Matrix if you like.

The path back to mental health begins with restoring order to one’s own mind. The truth is stronger than the fictions made by tyrants.

Biden Is Actively Pursuing New Law That Would Treat People They Label ‘White Supremacists’ As Domestic Terrorists

Joe Biden’s DOJ is “actively considering” whether to seek a new law which would allow them to treat people they label “white supremacists” as domestic terrorists.

“One of the things we’re looking at is would we need new authorities,” said deputy assistant attorney general for the department’s national security division, Brad Wiegmann, during a Thursday House hearing.

Zerohedge.com reports: Weigmann added that while the department has been successful using existing laws to fight domestic terrorism – including bringing charges for offenses involving weapons or explosives violations, hate crimes and arson, there have been more than 430 arrests made in connection with the Jan. 6 assault on the US Capitol “carried out by extremist supporters of then-President Donald Trump” (as Bloomberg puts it).

The FBI has warned that domestic violent extremists pose a heightened threat for carrying out attacks in the U.S. in the near future, with white supremacists being the most lethal threat.

Currently, no U.S. law lets the government designate domestic extremists as terrorists or bring specific charges for domestic terrorism. That contrasts with laws to combat international terrorism, which allow the government to designate groups and bring charges for providing those groups with material support. –Bloomberg

“The question we’re really wrestling with is, are there gaps,” Weigman told a House Appropriations subcommittee. “Is there some type of conduct that we can envision that we can’t cover or would it be an otherwise benefit in having something else other than what we’re having now?”

Democratic Rep. Matt Cartwright of Pennsylvania – chairman of the subcommittee, said that: “Right-wing extremist attacks and plots have greatly outnumbered those from all other groups combined and caused more deaths as well,” adding “This is a cancer on our country.”

Which is weird, because at least 4 members of the Proud Boys were FBI informants who gave the agency information prior to the Jan. 6 ‘insurrection.’

That said, several groups have voiced their opposition to a specific domestic terrorism law – from civil liberties advocates to conservatives – who say that a new law is unnecessary, and could be used to violate the Constitutional rights of US citizens.

In March, the Biden DOJ directed US attorney’s offices across the nation to notify DC headquarters about any investigations or cases related to domestic extremism, according to Weigmann, who added that the effort is intended to provide the DOJ with the ability to identify and internally track investigations and prosecutions involving the threat.

Perhaps the DOJ can find a way to stop all those ‘white supremacists’ from murdering hundreds of young black men in Chicago, which stands at 198 year-to-date, or the dozens upon dozens of attacks on Asians by these domestic terrorists.

Everything is going swimmingly in the new Biden era….

Everyday products are about to get more expensive, companies warn: Plastic, paper, sugar, grain and other commodities are all getting more expensive as demand outpaces supply.

WASHINGTON — Toilet paper, baby care products, soft drinks and many other everyday products are about to get more expensive.

Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark and Coca-Cola have all warned that they’ll raise prices on many of their products as raw material costs rise. Plastic, paper, sugar, grain and other commodities are all getting more expensive as demand outpaces supply. Companies are also paying more for shipping as fuel costs rise and ports experience longer delays because of congestion.

The potential hit to consumers’ wallets comes as the economy returns to some semblance of normalcy. Vaccine distribution continues at a steady pace, promising to put the worst of the pandemic and business shutdowns in the past. States have been loosening restrictions and businesses are reopening to a lot of pent up demand from people who have been staying cautiously close to home during the pandemic.

But that improving economy and pent-up demand is straining distribution channels for raw materials and other goods.

HOW BAD ARE THINGS ALREADY UNDER THE BIDEN REGIME? THIS BAD: America is Facing a Chicken Wing Shortage.

It’s hard to believe we once lived in a world where people willingly chucked chicken wings in the trash due to just how inferior of a cut of meat they were viewed as. Of course, that was a world that had never been exposed to the transcendental experience that comes with eating chicken wings that have been deep-fried before being tossed in Frank’s Red Hot.

“NORMALCY:” NCLA Warns About the Disturbing Trend of “Executive Lawmaking” in Biden’s First 100 Days. “Biden’s blitz of executive lawmaking means he has now signed more executive orders than any of the last three presidents had published in the Federal Register in their first 100 days. Biden has issued 41 executive orders, surpassing Trump (25), Obama (19), and Bush (11).”

FIRE EVERYONE. BURN EVERY INSTITUTION TO THE GROUND. SALT THE EARTH: Official documents reveal officials colluded with a PR firm working for the Biden campaign pressuring social media to suppress posts.

Operation April Fools leads to arrest of 4 accused of attempting to meet minors for sex

Operation April Fools, an undercover law enforcement operation targeting suspects attempting sexual coercion and enticement of minors, resulted in the arrest of four men in El Paso County.

The men arrested were 35-year-old Armando Rafael Mascorro, 30-year-old Justin Allen Thomas of El Paso, 34-year-old Carlos Adan Hernandez of Canutillo and 38-year-old Genaro Dominguez of El Paso, FBI El Paso officials said. Mascorro's hometown was unavailable.

“The FBI will always be vigilant in pursuing those who choose to prey on our community’s children,” FBI El Paso Division acting Special Agent in Charge Jeffrey L. Coburn said in a statement. “I would like to thank our law enforcement partners and their task force officers as part of the FBI’s El Paso Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking task force for their commitment to making these arrests.”

Federal charges of attempted coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity were filed against Mascorro, Thomas and Hernandez.

Dominguez was arrested on a state charge of attempted coercion and enticement of a minor, officials said.

The operation was conducted by the FBI El Paso Division, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, the El Paso Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations and El Paso County Constable’s Office Precincts One, Four and Six.

“Operation April Fools is an example of the dedication and commitment by local, state and federal law enforcement agencies working together to protect our children in West Texas,” FBI officials said. “This combined effort sends a clear message that predators will be brought to justice.”

Operation April Fools involved more than 60 law enforcement officers, officials said. The officers conducted undercover operations, executed search warrants and arrested suspects.

Army Disciplines 13 Leaders, Confirms Murdered Soldier Vanessa Guillen Was Sexually Harassed

The Army released the findings of a long-awaited investigation following the disappearance and murder of Spc. Vanessa Guillen at Fort Hood, Texas, last year. The latest investigation resulted in disciplinary actions against 13 current and former leaders who were connected to the slain 3rd Cavalry Regiment soldier.

The AR 15-6 fact-finding investigation, ordered by Gen. Michael Garrett, head of Army Forces Command, found that Guillen was sexually harassed by a member of her unit, but not by Spc. Aaron Robinson, the soldier who allegedly murdered her, smuggled her body off post with the help of 22-year-old Cecily Aguilar, and hid the remains in a remote site in Bell County. Robinson later shot and killed himself when confronted by area police.

Guillen's family claimed that Robinson sexually harassed Guillen before he murdered her, but Fort Hood Criminal Investigation Command officials said at the time that there was no credible evidence he had done so.

The report found that Guillen tried to report that she had been sexually harassed on two occasions, and her supervisor and other leaders failed to take appropriate action both times.

It also found that there was no evidence that the allegations of sexual harassment were related to her death.

Maj. Gen. Gene LeBoeuf, chief of staff for Forces Command, told reporters Friday that the Army is not commenting on Robinson's possible motive in Guillen's death until an FBI investigation into the case is complete.

In December, the Army relieved or suspended 14 leaders at Fort Hood as a result of an independent review that found the base's command climate was permissive of sexual harassment and assault.

Six of those 14 leaders are part of the group of 13 individuals facing adverse actions from this latest investigation, LeBoeuf told reporters.

Garrett directed the relief of five current or former officers and noncommissioned officers in the 3rd Cavalry Regiment, or 3rd CR. Of the five, three will also receive General Officer Memorandums of Reprimand, or GOMORs.

He referred further action against seven other officers and NCOs to Lt. Gen. Pat White, commanding general of III Corps. And he recommended further action against one NCO to a separate command.

All of those eight officers and NCOs will receive GOMORs; one will be relieved of command.

The Army did not release the leaders' names because of the service's privacy policy.

Project Veritas Pulled Some Stunning Admissions Out of the New York Times

Weeks after the New York Times failed in its motion to dismiss Project Veritas's defamation suit, the NYT was forced to answer the allegations in writing. The answers were recently made public. Though carefully tailored to reveal as little as possible, the answers betray incredible insight as to how the "Newspaper of Record" works behind the scenes, as well as the division of labor in the manufacturing of American political propaganda.

In September 2020, Project Veritas ran a story featuring unedited video clips of Mr. Liban Mohamed, a Minneapolis political operative working for Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, conducting an illegal ballot-harvesting racket and bragging about it in his native language of Somali. The videos, taken and uploaded to social media by Mr. Mohamed himself, feature stacks of ballots in his vehicle as he boasts "numbers dont lie!” and “All these here are absentee ballots. Can't you see? Look at these — my car is full." "Money is the king in this world … and a campaign is driven by money." In another video, Mr. Mohamed flaunts a stack of ballots in his hand as he burns the midnight oil: "Two in the morning. Still hustling."

In response, Maggie Astor of the NYT wrote an article claiming that the "deceptive video" made claims "through unidentified sources and with no verifiable evidence" and "was probably part of a coordinated disinformation effort." The article also contained false claims about the legality of ballot-harvesting, despite Minneapolis law stating that no person may be a designated agent for more than three voters to handle their ballots. The article was placed in the "A" news section and subsequently transmitted these defamatory claims to tens of millions of direct readers.

The damage did not stop there. The article was subsequently quoted by USA Today and other "independent fact-checkers" used by Facebook, Google, Twitter, and other "Big Tech" companies, which drew up notifications, red flags, ranking penalties, and other tools to suppress and delegitimize the voter fraud story while defaming Project Veritas.

Publicly, the NYT stood by its journalism, but under oath, its agents admitted that there was no journalism. "Defendants admit that Ms. Astor, her editors, and The Times did not reach out to Mr. Mohammed, Mr. Jamal, or Mr. Awed for comment" despite their being required to by their own Editorial Standards and Guidelines on Integrity.

Guidelines, indeed.

The NYT also admitted knowing that ballot-harvesting in Minnesota is illegal despite saying otherwise in its article. Additionally, the "Times's lawyers asserted that certain challenged statements in the Astor Article were plainly opinion and not actionable as a matter of law," yet the article did not appear in the opinion section. The NYT "admit that Ms. Astor is not an opinion writer for The Times and is a political reporter."
