Pima County — Election Fraud Documentary Trailer (1 of 2)

2006 Arizona Investigation Found Election Data Was Exported From Voting Machines And Manipulated Offline

Pima County Elections Director Brad Nelson radically changed procedures for the 2006 RTA bond election. Employees who previously had access to the counting room were no longer allowed in that area. Poll Observers on the night of this 2006 election noticed something odd. Using telephoto lenses they captured images of a staff member using a Microsoft Access manual that was open to the pages on how to alter database files. The GEMS system had a well-know “back door” where data could be changed using MS Access without a password. The poll observers immediately asked Brad Nelson to make a back-up CD of the elections that night, seal it in an envelope and provide it to the police until an investigation could be opened. Nelson refused. Later that night, at 10PM Nelson told observers counting was finished for the evening and sent observers home. The lawsuit discovered counting started up again at 10:13PM that night and continued to tabulate votes without observers until 3AM the next morning.

Biden Nominee Denied Working With An Anti-Semitic Poet, But An Academic Journal Shows Otherwise

Justice Department nominee Kristen Clarke said while under oath she didn’t work with an anti-Semitic poet, though she was listed as an assistant editor for the same scholastic journal as the poet for several years. Clarke said she never worked with poet and political activist Amiri Baraka despite being named an assistant editor for a scholastic journal that listed Baraka as a contributing editor in 1999 and 2000, according to the journal’s archives, first reported by The Washington Free Beacon. Baraka was known as a black nationalist and Marxist and was criticized for anti-Semitic lines in his poem “Somebody Blew Up America” after the Sept. 11 terror attacks, The New York Times reported in his 2014 obituary. Republican Sen. Mike Lee questioned Clarke’s relationship with Baraka as a supplement to her April 14 confirmation hearing, the Free Beacon reported. Lee asked Clark if she was ever “on the editorial staff of a journal with Amiri Baraka” to which she replied “no.”

Clarke was listed as an associate editor of the scholastic journal Souls, A Critical Journal of Black Politics, Culture, and Society for two years along with Baraka, who was named as one of 25 contributing editors. She also shared Baraka’s essay “Mumia, ‘Lynch Law’ & Imperialism” which compared law enforcement officers to Klu Klux Klan members with one of her mentors in June 1999, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported. Baraka’s work was criticized for including anti-Semitic, racist, isolationist, homophobic and militant content, the Times reported. In “Black Art” he wrote, “we want … dagger poems in the slimy bellies of the owner-jews.” “Who put the Jews in ovens, and who helped them do it Who said ‘America First’ and ok’d the yellow star,” Baraka wrote in “Somebody Blew Up America.” He included that Israel knew of the Sept. 11 attacks beforehand and told 4,000 Israeli workers to stay home from work that day, though the statement was found to be a baseless conspiracy theory.

Clarke was criticized over other possible misrepresentations during her Senate confirmation, the Free Beacon reported. She penned a letter to The Harvard Crimson editor about “melanin theory” of black racial superiority in November 1994 which she claimed was satirical during her hearing. “Melanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical and spiritual abilities–something which cannot be measured based on Eurocentric standards,” Clarke said in her letter, according to The Harvard Crimson. Staff members of Harvard’s school paper called Clarke’s letter “outrageous” and accused her of “bigotry.” The newspaper staff said they “searched in vain for a hint of irony in Clarke’s letter” without success. Clarke told the Crimson “she doesn’t ‘necessarily’ believe her assertions,” though the staff said, “she has given us every indication that she does.” The paper called for Clarke’s resignation if she did not retract her statements and publicly apologize for them. Clarke did not immediately respond the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Republic reporter kicked out of Arizona audit site after tweet about former state lawmaker tallying votes

An Arizona Republic reporter was escorted from the Arizona election audit site on Friday morning after posting a photo showing a former Republican legislator at a ballot-counting table. The photo showed a ballot, with no markings discernible, on a vertical stand in front of former state Rep. Anthony Kern, R-Glendale. The reporter, Ryan Randazzo, was told his press privileges were revoked. He left the building as requested. Randazzo was observing the audit, along with two other Arizona journalists, as part of an agreement with audit organizers to monitor the proceedings. Randazzo had spotted Kern tallying votes at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum as part of the unprecedented review ordered by the Arizona Senate. Organizers argued the photo violated rules on press coverage because a ballot was visible, although nothing on it was legible. The selection of Kern, a candidate in last year's election, to work on the recount adds to questions about what has been an opaque and changing process for handling the 2.1 million ballots Maricopa County voters cast in last year's general election.

Kern, who was defeated in an election bid in November, was active in "Stop the Steal" efforts. He also signed a letter with several other Republican lawmakers urging Congress not to accept the presidential electors selected by Arizona voters. And he was in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 6 to speak to a rally outside the U.S. Capitol on the same day a mob stormed the building. But the CEO of Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based firm the Arizona Senate has hired to oversee the process, told reporters last week that workers were screened to ensure “there was nothing on their social media or other details that showed strong opinions one way or another.” The recount does not include Kern's race, which he lost. The recount only covers two races Democrats won — the races for president and U.S. Senate.

Arizona journalists have been monitoring the election audit in person since Tuesday afternoon. The participating reporters and photographers pledged not to show images that detail any identifiable ballot information. The audit livestream at the public website azaudit.org, shows ballots, too, as well as the people involved in the counting and observing process. Journalists made no agreement to avoid photographing participants in the audit process. “The Arizona Republic never agreed to obscure faces," Greg Burton, Republic executive editor, said. "The Senate’s own livestream on the floor shows faces of everybody involved. We agreed not to show ballot details, which we have adhered to, but clearly, you can’t take a picture in a room full of ballots without showing ballots at a distance. Anyone looking at the live feed gets the same view.”
