Oh, I grant you that's a fair point.

I don't have an issue with the substance of what's there now.

I prefer there be a Sticky in pos 1 in the catalog that contains most of what's in the dough (minus current Notables) with a pointer to it in the much shortened dough.

Eliminates much of the kitchen dough fuckery.

Alas I'm either in the minority with that idea or nobody really gaf overall about it.

The biggest issue imo is the lack of depth in the stuff posted here.

Certainly wasn't like that in '17/'18 as most headline no digg posts were scorned as Notables.

Essentially the Bakers have less quality to choose from.

I just wish they weren't afraid (or compd) to just go with say like 3 Notables in breads where that's truly the case.

Certainly in the past but now few desire to bake so control is no longer the hot commodity it used to be.

It's doesn't matter if it's a routine or not.

There are plenty of opportunities during that time for different Anons to step up to Bake but very few times does that occur.

At this point just keep a bread up (someone, anyone) and get outta the way.

Anons scrapes are usually the best Notables these days anyway.
