I believe some people can "hear" HAARP technology being used and soon after a person starts hearing "ringing" that kind of sounds like somebody hit a tuning fork and held it up to your ear; that some type of major weather or earthquake phenomena will happen.
I usually keep an eye on USGS earthquake maps after I hear such a ringing sensation.
I had one earlier today when I began to do lawn work.
