There has never been a successful vaccine for a coronavirus in humans due to a problem typical of coronavirus vaccine development called antibody dependent enhancement or ADE. In preliminary animal trials for previous CV vaccines (SARS and MERS), animals were vaccinated and seemed to exhibit robust anitibody response, but upon exposure to the wild virus, they developed a paradoxical immune enhancement leading to sever organ inflammation (especially so in the lungs) and they died.

historically, CV vaccines have done the exact opposite of what they're supposed to do (paradoxical reaction) in that, they have excited the reintroduction from "wild" future coronavirus' and an overreaction has occured from the reintroduction of the wild virus.
in short, the next wave of CV will probably wipe out all the vaccinated subjects.

Correct and one of the major problems being discussed right now is the mRNA tech's possible impact on female fertility in particular. This pathogen encourages productionin of antibodies against a SARS-CoV-2 spike protein that continas a very similar protein crucial for the development of placenta called syncytin-1. this could interfere with the reproductive process by encouraging the immune system to react against the syncytin-1, disturbing placenta development.
However, it's all an experiment as of now and the only way we will know is to wait and see
