Iran, US agree to prisoner swap and release of frozen funds - pro-Iranian Lebanese TV
Iran will free four Americans accused of spying in exchange for four Iranians held in the United States and the release of $7 billion in frozen Iranian funds, a pro-Iranian Lebanese TV channel reported on Sunday, citing unnamed Iranian officials.
Iranian state television, citing an official, confirmed the Al Mayadeen report.
The White House and U.S. State Department had no immediate comment.
Iran and world powers are holding talks to revive the 2015 nuclear accord that Washington abandoned three years ago.
Iranian officials told Reuters last month that an interim deal could be a way to gain time for a lasting settlement that involved unfreezing Iranian funds blocked under U.S. sanctions.
Tehran and the powers have been meeting in Vienna since early April to work on steps that must be taken, touching on U.S. sanctions and Iran's alleged breaches of the 2015 deal, to bring Tehran and Washington back into full compliance with the accord
Iran says $20 billion of its oil revenue has been frozen in countries like South Korea, Iraq and China under the U.S. sanctions regime since 2018.

Feds raid Alaska spa in search of Nancy Pelosi’s stolen laptop
Federal agents raided a small resort in Homer, Alaska, this week, telling the owners they were on the hunt for a laptop stolen out of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office during the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.
Marilyn Hueper, who owns the picturesque Homer Inn & Spa, says feds seized her laptop computers and a cellphone. Another phone, which belonged to husband Paul Hueper, was reviewed but later returned to him, The Associated Press reported.Marilyn Hueper told the local Kenai radio station KSRM that federal agents believed she and her husband had Pelosi’s laptop, and had been part of the mob which forcibly breached the capitol during a riot that left five dead.
“They said, ‘Well, we’re here for Nancy Pelosi’s laptop.’ And I said, ‘Oh, so it was stolen and it’s at large, good to know. I thought maybe it was just conspiracy theory, so thanks for the intel,’” Hueper said.
Hueper claims agents showed her photos of a woman from the Jan. 6 riot who bears a striking resemblance to her, but that she told them they had made a mistake.
The inn owner — who did attend the broader rally outside the capitol that day with her husband — denied entering the building and said she told the feds they had confused her with a similar looking woman.
