10030 is definitely a CIA owned Gulfstream G-IV.
Under-fuel the aircraft and have it suffer decompression at altitude while over the pacific (like what happened to Payne Stewart's jet). It'll fly til it runs out of fuel (hopefully over some very deep trench), everyone dead, crash into the ocean and sink to a depth where it can't be recovered.
Tail number 10030 says to me it's a military aircraft. Not registered in the US as a civilian aircraft as its tail number doesn't begin with "November." But paintjob tells me it's civilian. Here's a pic I poached off planespotters.net of it sitting at Paris Le Bourget back in 2009.
I dug further and found an article about that aircraft being in Wellington, NZ back in 2017 with that picture embedded somewhere in it. Simple search terms on Google images will get the same result, "CIA Gulfstream Wellington" and one of the images will be this.

Yeah I've been trying to get that across. It's a USAF owned C-37A which is what explains the wonky tail number.
It's military. Civilian aircraft registered in the US have tails beginning in "N" (November). Doesn't mean the USAF can't loan it out to an agency from time to time but if it is a CIA owned aircraft, they're breaking the law using a military tail number since CIA is civilian agency. Yeah I know, clowns break the law about as casually as I brush my teeth.
I believe that's the aircraft (C-37) he took. AFAIK there are only a few aircraft (G-IV/G-V is one I believe when fully loaded with fuel) that can do trans-pacific flights from the west coast to NZ unless they're stopping in Hawaii for fuel. Still a fuckin haul from HI to NZ.
