There are a few wonderful exceptions but, IMO, most public school K-6 grade teachers are the worst examples of low IQ, talentless, small-minded people whose parents didn't care how they turned out, which is why the only career they were suited for was a union job babysitting children and reciting govt lies. The pay is terrible but they get to play god over 50 new helpless humans per year, and take two months off every summer + 30 paid federal holidays + 30 paid sick days each year.
