Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is so drunk on power that he is now ordering news outlets to stop reporting things he and ADL head Jonathan Greenblatt don't like.

In an article from popular left-wing writer Matt Taibbi shared last week by the National Post titled, "Congressional Democrats heroic fight to save the rich," Taibbi pointed out how New Jersey Democrat Josh Gottheimer is one of a "group of congressfolk" threatening to hold up Biden's infrastructure bill if it doesn't include a giant tax cut for wealthy rich people.

"The Harvard man and Alpha Epsilon Pi brother is a member of the so-called 'SALT caucus,' a group of congressfolk threatening to hold up Joe Biden's infrastructure bill if it doesn't include a full repeal of a Donald Trump-imposed $10,000 cap on deductions of state and local taxes," Taibbi reported.

Though the article does not explicitly say that Gottheimer is Jewish, Alpha Epsilon Pi is a Jewish fraternity and merely pointing out that Gottheimer attended that fraternity is "anti-Semetic" according to Jonathan Greenblatt.

"Mentioning a member of Congress was in a Jewish fraternity in college in an article about tax policy is wholly irrelevant and plays into classic #antisemitic tropes about Jews and money," Greenblatt said. "The @NationalPost should edit this article ASAP."

The National Post did not edit the article and did not censor it despite their demands.

It will be interesting to see if Greenblatt launches an ad boycott against them the same way he's now targeting Tucker Carlson and Fox News to demand Tucker be taken off the air.

Biden Executive Order Strips Americans Of Their Rights If They 'Directly Or Indirectly' Aid Russia

Joe Biden last month quietly signed a ridiculously broad executive order to allow the government to "deprive American citizens and organizations of their rights and property by arbitrarily linking those persons to real, imagined, or vaguely defined activities of the Russian government," the American Thinker reports.

On April 15, President Biden signed an Executive Order on Blocking Property with Respect to Specified Harmful Foreign Activities of the Government of the Russian Federation. Contrary to its title, this EO is not about Russia. It is designed to allow the Biden administration to deprive American citizens and organizations of their rights and property by arbitrarily linking those persons to real, imagined, or vaguely defined activities of the Russian government.

The Biden administration unilaterally makes the determination and requires neither criminal acts nor intent. The punishment is blocking assets and a prohibition on any dealing with the accused person. Spouses and adult children of individuals found guilty by accusation under this EO are punished, too.

The EO was preceded by some distracting maneuvers, both diplomatic (hostile rhetoric toward Russia) and military (sending naval ships toward the Black Sea and recalling them back, as if dealing with Russian threats). Thus, many people assumed that the EO was directed at Russia, and completely missed the fact that it is directed at dissent here, at home.

Over the past four years, the Democrat Party, Fake News, and Big Tech have been frequently portraying their opponents as Russian trolls or Russian misinformation operators. The Russian collusion narrative, initially invented to overthrow the Trump administration, has been used to smear many conservative movements. Now this effort has been crowned by an Executive Order.

Biden's administration has been recently pushing so many other radical changes, such as packing the Supreme Court, eliminating the filibuster, restricting Second Amendment rights, etc., that the real ramifications of this new EO went completely unnoticed. In my opinion, this EO is the most dangerous of them all. It allows the Biden regime to eliminate its opposition, quickly and quietly.

Finnish Politician Charged With Hate Crimes for Tweeting Bible Verse, Criticising Homosexuality

Päivi Räsänen, former Minister of the Interior, could face 6 years in prison as a result

A Christian Finnish politician has been charged with multiple hate crimes, after she tweeted a Bible verse and criticised homosexuality, and could face up to 6 years in prison as a result.

Päivi Räsänen, a current Finnish Member of Parliament, and former Minister of the Interior, was charged last week on three hate crimes counts, having been accused of engaging in hate speech for posting about her Christian beliefs on homosexuality. The Finnish Prosecutor General, a leftist who considers communist Nelson Mandela to be her “guru,” announced that after opening the investigation into Räsänen in September 2019, the state had enough evidence to charge her.

The three incidents that Räsänen, who previously led the Christian Democrats, is being charged with, spans a time period of well over a decade. In 2004, she published a booklet about the Bible and sexuality. In 2018, Räsänen was spoke on a talk radio show on the topic of “what would Jesus think about homosexuals.” In 2019, she posted the Bible verse Romans 1:24-27, in order to criticise the participation of the Finnish Lutheran Church in the LGBT Pride festival that took place last year, with this last “offence” being the one that triggered the investigation as a whole.

According to YLE, the Finnish Prosecutor General said that her statements were “derogatory and discriminatory against homosexuals,” and violated “their equality and dignity,” and that as a result, her comments would “overstep the boundaries of freedom of speech and religion and are likely to fuel intolerance, contempt and hatred.” Each count could result in a 2 year prison sentence or fine, meaning that Räsänen could be facing up to 6 years in prison in total.

In a statement, Räsänen said she couldn’t accept that voicing her religious beliefs could result in imprisonment. “I do not consider myself guilty of threatening, slandering or insulting anyone,” she added:

My statements were all based on the Bible’s teachings on marriage and sexuality. I will defend my right to confess my faith, so that no one else would be deprived of their right to freedom of religion and speech. I hold on to the view that my expressions are legal and they should not be censored. I will not back down from my views. I will not be intimidated into hiding my faith. The more Christians keep silent on controversial themes, the narrower the space for freedom of speech gets.

Agriculture Specialists in Louisville Are Seeing an Increase in Dangerous Prohibited Agriculture Shipments

LOUISVILLE, Ky— U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers in Louisville sometimes call for reinforcements when a parcel’s contents could pose a threat to agriculture and related industries. One of the most common items seized by these specialists is live plants and seeds for planting. Most of the shipments come from China and are prohibited under the Plant Protection Act (PPA)because they lack the required permits and certificates. Live plants and seeds are high risk for plant pests, including insects, diseases, and weeds. The live insect shipments Agriculture Specialist have encountered are also regulated under the PPA and by U.S. Fish and Wildlife.

Additionally, a lot of animal products have been seized. These items are prohibited entry because they carry livestock diseases. One such seizure was declared as “plastic samples” but was foil bags of duck tongues, a delicacy in China. Other items commonly seized are live eggs for hatching. These are prohibited because hatching eggs can carry Newcastle disease and Avian Influenza.

And the shippers of these items’ mis-manifest or hide their contraband in their packages: insect eggs smuggled inside stuffed animals, pears from Korea, manifested as Hair Band, and strawberries from China, manifested as Ladies Sweater pose a risk of various plant pests, including Oriental Fruit Fly.

Arizona governor bans state and local governments from requiring vaccine passports

Arizona has joined a number of states issuing prohibitions against vaccine passports. Gov. Doug Ducey signed an executive order banning the state government and local authorities from requiring people to show proof of vaccination before entering an area or receiving a service. The April 19 order came in light of other Republican-led states such as Florida and Texas mandating similar bans on vaccine passports.

Ducey said in a statement that “the residents of our state should not be required by the government to share their private medical information.” He continued: “While we strongly recommend all Arizonans get the COVID-19 vaccine, it’s not mandated in our state – and it never will be. Vaccination is up to each individual, not the government.”

According to the April 19 executive order, state agencies and local governments are not allowed to require individuals to provide proof of vaccination before “entering a building … or other space” and as a prerequisite for “receiving any service, permit, license or work authorization.” It also applies to businesses receiving funding from the Grand Canyon State contracted to provide services to the general public.

However, Ducey’s order appears to exempt some institutions. Alongside hospitals and care homes, local and state health departments can still ask individuals for their vaccine passports. Educational institutions in Arizona – such as child care centers, schools and universities – can still require proof of vaccination. Moreover, the executive order does not apply to private businesses.

The governor signed the order as almost 2 million Arizona residents had completed their COVID-19 vaccination schedule. “Appointments to get the vaccine will continue to be available to everyone who wants it, especially for the undeserved and vulnerable communities,” Ducey said. He noted that “more than 20,000 vaccination appointments are available” in the Grand Canyon State’s six state-run immunization sites – “including more than 5,000 in Tucson alone.” A seventh immunization site is scheduled to be launched, further bolstering Arizona’s vaccination efforts.

Sex trafficking trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein, is delayed

The trial of Ghislaine Maxwell on charges of aiding her former boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein in the sexual abuse of teenage girls will be postponed until at least spring.

"No additional delay is necessary or in the interests of justice," she wrote in an order.

Maxwell, 59, was arrested last July and has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

German police arrest couple suspected of trading newborn babies

Two people have been arrested in Germany on suspicion of trading newborn babies, police said.

Officers arrested the two Bulgarian nationals in Neunkirchen, in the state of Saarland on Thursday, the police said in a statement.

The 58 year-old-man and his 51-year-old wife are accused of being part of a criminal organisation which trades in newborn babies. Both are now in custody, police said.

The case originated in Bulgaria, where authorities had issued a European Arrest Warrant for the couple.

The two are thought to have brought at least eight heavily pregnant women from Bulgaria to neighbouring Greece.

Once the babies were delivered in Greece, the two suspects allegedly handed the newborns to other members of their criminal gang for resale, the police allege. The mothers in turn were promised payment.

After extensive investigations, Saarland police authorities took in the couple while the two were driving a car. The two have appeared at the Saarbruecken District court and are now being held in two correctional facilities, in Saarbruecken and Zweibruecken respectively.

Carlson’s team then called McCarthy’s spokeswoman to inquire about the story, and were surprised to receive an affirmative response.

The spokesperson admitted that “because of the pandemic, McCarthy has rented a room in Washington at a fair market price from Frank.”

CCP-Linked Firms May Have Received More Than $400 Million in Virus Relief Loans

Federal tax officials should launch a forensic audit and investigation of more than 125 U.S. firms with significant links to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) that received up to $420 million in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan funds last year, according to the founder of a citizens group devoted to government transparency.

“Communist Chinese defense contractors used a legal loophole to hijack up to $400 million meant for small businesses on Main Street at the peak of the pandemic. It’s time to forensic audit these firms. On behalf of the American taxpayer and mom and pop businesses everywhere, the IRS must investigate and claw back any ill-gotten gains,” Open the Books founder and Chief Executive Officer Adam Andrzejewski told The Epoch Times on May 3.

Open the Books is an Illinois-based educational foundation that filed more than 40,000 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests in 2020 for documentation of government spending at all levels to advance its goal of ensuring citizens have access to “every dime online, in real time.”

Andrzejewski was referring to a report published in August 2020 by Horizon Advisory, a strategic consulting firm, that found the massive outflow of U.S. tax dollars to companies with known links to the CCP.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), who was chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship at the time, inserted provisions designed to prevent such PPP loans from being awarded by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Rubio’s reforms were adopted in a second round of PPP funding by Congress that was signed into law by President Donald Trump in December 2020.

Philippines Foreign Minister Issues Expletive-Laced Tweet Over China Sea Dispute

MANILA—The Philippine foreign minister on Monday demanded in an expletive-laced Twitter message that China’s vessels get out of disputed waters, the latest exchange in a war of words with Beijing over the South China Sea.

The comments by Teodoro Locsin, known for making blunt remarks at times, follow Manila’s protests for what it calls the “illegal” presence of hundreds of Chinese boats inside the Philippines 200-mile Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).

“China, my friend, how politely can I put it? Let me see… O…GET THE [expletive] OUT,” Locsin tweeted on his personal account.

“What are you doing to our friendship? You. Not us. We’re trying. You. You’re like an ugly oaf forcing your attentions on a handsome guy who wants to be a friend; not to father a Chinese province …”, Locsin said.

The Chinese embassy in Manila did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Chinese officials have previously said the vessels at the disputed Whitsun Reef were fishing boats taking refuge from rough seas.

Responding to a request for comment, a spokeswoman for the U.S. State Department reiterated a March 28 statement by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken saying the United States “stands with our ally, the Philippines, in the face of (China’s) maritime militia pressure in the South China Sea.”

“As we have stated before, an armed attack against the Philippine armed forces, public vessels or aircraft in the Pacific, including in the South China Sea, will trigger our obligations under the U.S.-Philippines Mutual Defense Treaty,” the spokeswoman added.

The Chinese regime claims almost the entire South China Sea, through which about $3 trillion of ship-borne trade passes each year. In 2016, an arbitration tribunal in The Hague ruled that the claim was inconsistent with international law.

In a statement on Monday, the Philippine foreign ministry accused China’s coast guard of “shadowing, blocking, dangerous maneuvers, and radio challenges of the Philippine coast guard vessels.”

Former British spy and MI6 operative Christopher Steele reportedly produced a second scandal-ridden dossier about Former U.S. President Donald Trump as he occupied The White House.

Steele’ first dossier, which has been widely debunked as opposition research misinformation, used anonymous sources that claimed Russia had damaging information on Trump. The document, in part, led to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s infamous Russia probe.

“Steele’s continued involvement supplying intelligence to the FBI appears to give credibility to his original dossier,” The Telegraph reported Monday. “Steele, through his company Orbis Business Intelligence, continued supplying raw intelligence to the federal authorities in the US.”

“The second dossier contains raw intelligence that makes further claims of Russian meddling in the US election and also references claims regarding the existence of further sex tapes. The second dossier is reliant on separate sources to those who supplied information for the first reports.”
