How far is that Carnival from the Audit?
Could it be possible to have a repeater in a vehicle parked near the audit?
don't mind me, i'm running thru a few scenarios to see if there was someway to get a signal to the audit machines or have they signal locked the area as no signals can go to and/or from the audit area to a source, or maybe that is why the aircraft is circling the area to block or look for a stray signals…
sorry for the rambling, trying to type as I'm thinking…
Another scenario, is the audit area "Above" a tunnel or dumb, if so, could there be a second reason for the audit had to be moved right above one…I don't see any dumbs on my map…could it be possible to use a wireless signal if there is a tunnel and it is right directly under the audit…but since the area is way above sea level, i don't see why they haven't dug tunnels and other shit all around that whole area…but all my digging so far turns up nothing even close…can't understand why, it's a perfect area for digging…hmmm.

If they can mail out ballots to a voter roll address on a envelope, it is possible to use UV ink on the BALLOT to the same address to match the envelope to the ballot to the signature that can be audited and not lose the ballot audit trail…all else is fraud…
