The how is the part you have to trust.
The "news" is evidence of results. That part is frustrating, for sure.

Hard to see, absolutely, but finally visible for you and all to see. Indicates the plan is in effect. Personally I would have just killed them all, but I'm not running the show.
All of that is possibly true and we will hopefully live to find out.
I can't reconcile all of the ugly truths that have been allowed to be posted here and other places (voat/pizzagate for one) without the probability of there being an expectation of some action on it. Otherwise all of the research and digging would have been suppressed immediately.
That alone is reason to suggest that there was a plan, whether its failed or not (or in part) remains to be seen.
