If PHIZER and MODERNA own my genes after vaccination b/c their mRNA changed them, does that mean if I go rob a bank or something , that they are liable?

I mean, what am I if not a physical manifestation of my genomic information, right?

So, if that's the case that they will inevitably be claiming if / when I go for some kind of Gene therapy….them like a dog owner is liable for his dog if it bites, wouldn't PHIZER & MODERNA be held liable for all the criminal actions of the people whose genes they "own"?
