How previous enemy's like NK are releasing prisoners in order to maintain their good will since they started working with Potus's administration show's they are serious about moving these peace efforts into a successful outcomes for both SK and NK. I'm not surprised. Agency's think money grows on trees. People working for them are not good stewards, and don't handle their positions responsibly by throwing everyone and their brother on the dole.
