Why are reproductions of the 48-foot-tall arch that stood in front of the Temple of Baal in Palmyra, Syria being erected in Times and Trafalgar Squares exactly 13 days before May Day: Baal’s biggest day of the year. It is hard for this writer to read this last horrific excerpt for he is a father of four children. It is astonishing the levels of depravity that these ancient peoples would steep. What do we make of these killings? Do they still exist? If you look at the history books you’ll see a lot horrible, strange and chance events have taken place on or around April 19. The following comes to mind:

These projects in New York and London are extremely disturbing to this writer. Baal worship is an abomination and is certainly not something that humanity should be celebrating.
