We’d written about Macias recently as well. His firm was one of four firms that signed the letter to the Head of the Arizona Senate, Karen Fann, encouraging her to stop the audit in Maricopa County. They all claimed that prior audits were clean so there is no need for this audit:

But the Democrats are desperate and so they snuck Macias onto the floor where the audit was being performed and got caught by the former Secretary of State:

Macias is the lonely little petunia in the onion patch, sticking out like a sore thumb in that threatening letter to the President of the Senate, Karen Fann, noted above. Three far-left (and if so illegal) Democrat attack nonprofits and him! Macias is a for-profit guy selling some kind of election gadgets or security services or some such, and somehow got inserted into that letter.

His being in on that letter gave his company national notoriety, exposure, and business opportunities. Money for RSM Election Solutions!

His name on that letter was unusual, strange, it did NOT belong. Three nonprofits and him, the sole for-profit business? What gives?

That certainly indicates premeditated action between Hobbs, the three nonprofits, and this profiteer, Ryan Marcias.

"Content Modification" - Facebook's New Campaign Should Have Free Speech Advocates Freaking Out

In 1964, Stanley Kubrick released a dark comedy classic titled “Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb.” The title captured the absurdity of getting people to embrace the concept of weapons of mass destruction. The movie came to mind recently with the public campaign of Facebook calling for people to change her attitudes about the Internet and rethink issues like “content modification” – the new Orwellian term for censorship.

The commercials show people like “Joshan” who says that he was born in 1996 and grew up with the internet.” Joshan mocks how much computers have changed and then asks why our regulations on privacy and censorship cannot evolve as much as our technology. The ads are clearly directed at younger users who may be more willing to accept censorship than their parents who hopelessly cling to old-fashioned notions of free speech. Facebook knows that it cannot exercise more control over content unless it can get people to stop worrying and love the censor.

There was a time when this would have been viewed as chilling: a corporate giant running commercials to get people to support new regulations impacting basic values like free speech and privacy. After all, Joshan shows of his first computer was a “giant behemoth of a machine” but that was before he understood “the blending of the real world and the internet world.”

The Facebook campaign is chilling in its reference to “privacy” and “content modification” given the current controversies surrounding Big Tech. On one level, the commercial simply calls for rethinking regulatory controls after 25 years. However, the source of the campaign is a company which has been widely accused of rolling back on core values like free speech. Big Tech corporations are exercising increasing levels of control over what people write or read on the Internet. While these companies enjoy immunity from many lawsuits based on the notion of being neutral communication platforms (akin to telephone companies), they now censor ideas deemed misleading or dangerous on subjects ranging from climate denial to transgender criticism to election fraud.

Moreover, Facebook knows that there is ample support for increasing censorship and speech regulation in Congress and around the world. Free speech is under attack and losing ground — and Facebook knows it.

The rise of the corporate censor has challenged long-standing assumptions of the free speech community. Our Constitution and much of free speech writings are focused on the classic model of government censorship and state media. What we have seen in the last few years is that corporations have far greater ability to curtail speech and that you can have a type of state media without the state.

State Dept. Releases Phone Transcript Of Hillary Admitting She Knew Benghazi Was Planned Attack

Judicial Watch announced it has obtained new documents from the Department of State containing the telephone transcripts from the evening of September 12, 2012, in which then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton informs then-Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil that the deadly terrorist attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi “had nothing to do with the film.” The documents include previously unreleased telephone transcripts with world leaders about the Benghazi attack.

Clinton’s admission to Kandil was first produced to the Select Committee on Benghazi on October 13, 2015 and publicized on the day of Mrs. Clinton’s testimony, October 22, but court filings in Judicial Watch litigation show that the record was only produced after two federal court judges ordered the State Department to produce more Benghazi-related records to Judicial Watch. Similarly, Judicial Watch litigation also forced the release of the September 11, 2012 email in which Secretary of State Hillary Clinton informed her daughter by email that the attack had been staged by an “Al Qaeda-like group,” rather than as the result of “inflammatory material posted on the Internet,” as Mrs. Clinton had claimed in her official public statement one hour earlier.

The State Department previously told a federal court that the Kandil document wasn’t responsive to Judicial Watch’s request and resulting lawsuit (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01511)) seeking:

Any and all records concerning, regarding, or related to notes, updates, or reports created in response to the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. This request includes, but is not limited to, notes taken by then Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton or employees of the Office of the Secretary of State during the attack and its immediate aftermath.

But the State Department then produced this information last month to Judicial Watch. The records, the State Department told the Court, were found among thousands of new Clinton State Department records supposedly only discovered in December, 2015 – again, two months after the key Kandil document was first produced to the Benghazi Committee.

Under court order, the State Department released 11 documents responsive to the Judicial Watch request with large blocks of information redacted. The documents also include phone conservations between Clinton and other foreign dignitaries and heads of state during the period of the deadly terrorist attack on the Benghazi consulate.

One-time Netanyahu staffer Ayelet Shaked, now a senior Knesset member from the Yamina party but who is rumored to be eyeing a return to the premier’s Likud party, also said the embattled PM was obsessed about his ongoing corruption trial.

The recordings, which were broadcast by Channel 12 on Monday, came as Netanyahu was engaged in a last-ditch attempt to entice Yamina into a right-wing coalition with a rotational power-sharing agreement – ahead of his Tuesday night deadline for government formation.

“He wants to remain in power. He has a lust for power – he and his wife. They’re like tyrants, like dictators. They’re not prepared to move aside,” said Shaked, who made the comments at a meeting on Monday with a group of rabbis, one of whom recorded her, according to the Maariv newspaper.

“The only thing he cares about now is his trial. He absolutely does not care about anything else. It’s true… all his considerations, his behavior, his comportment – all revolve around his trial,” she said, adding that Netanyahu was too “paranoid” and “scared” to ask for a pardon and plea bargain.

Woman who fell from Tehran tower was Swiss embassy’s first secretary

The Swiss government has confirmed media reports that a 51-year-old woman who died after she fell from a residential building in the wealthy Tehran suburb of Kamraniyeh was its embassy’s first secretary.

“The FDFA [Swiss foreign ministry] confirms that a Swiss employee of the Swiss Embassy in Tehran died in a fatal accident on Tuesday,” the ministry in Bern said in a statement.

“The FDFA and its head Federal Councillor Ignazio Cassis are shocked by the tragic death and express their deepest condolences to the family,” the statement read, without identifying the victim by name.

A spokesman for Iran’s emergency services, Mojtaba Khaledi, confirmed the woman’s first secretary role at the embassy to the semi-official news agency Mehr, but did not reveal her name.

“It is not yet clear whether this person committed suicide or whether the fall was just an accident, but the time of her death has long passed,” he said.

The woman fell from the Kamraniyeh Towers, a high-rise block in the north of the city, where she lived on the 18th floor, according to another semi-official news agency, ILNA.

She was the second-highest-ranking employee at the Swiss embassy, which has represented the US in Iran since Washington severed relations with Tehran following the 1979 revolution.

Evidence Reveals That Military Team Collaborated With Lab Where COVID-19 Pandemic Originated

The Chinese regime has said its controversial virology institute had no relationship with the military, but the institute worked with military leaders on a government-sponsored project for almost a decade

The Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) participated in a project, sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)—a regime-funded scientific research institution—from 2012 to 2018. The project was comprised of a team of five military and civil experts, who conducted research at WIV labs, military labs, and other civil labs leading to “the discovery of animal pathogens [biological agents that causes disease] in wild animals.”

The WIV is located in central China’s Wuhan City, the COVID-19 pandemic ground zero. As an advanced virology institution, the WIV has the only P4 lab—the highest biosafety level lab—in China and the biggest repository of bat coronaviruses in Asia. The CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, commonly known as novel coronavirus, is “96 percent identical at the whole-genome level to a bat coronavirus,” Chinese researchers wrote in a research article (pdf) published in February 2020.

In recent months, the Chinese Foreign Affairs Ministry and Shi Zhengli, the WIV virologist nicknamed “Bat Woman” for her research on coronaviruses of bat origin, denied there is a connection between the WIV and military, and said that no WIV researchers were infected with COVID-19.

However, according to an investigation conducted by the U.S. State Department, “several researchers inside the WIV became sick in autumn 2019, before the first identified case of the outbreak, with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses.”

“The WIV has engaged in classified research, including laboratory animal experiments, on behalf of the Chinese military since at least 2017,” states a State Department fact sheet.

However, Shi denied that the WIV engaged in research with the Chinese military. “I don’t know of any military work at the WIV. That information is incorrect,” Shi said at a public webinar on March 23. Shi didn’t mention that the WIV was used by a Chinese military medical team in early 2020 for developing COVID-19 vaccines.

Shi told Science magazine in July 2020 that no pathogen leaks or personnel infections had occurred. The magazine reported that according to Shi, “there is ‘zero infection’ among staff or students with SARS-CoV-2 [2019 novel coronavirus] or SARS-related viruses.”

In late March, overseas Chinese media reported that three WIV staff members started to have symptoms similar to COVID-19 as early as November 2019. Soon thereafter, Chinese state-run media China News reported that the news was based on rumors.

China News reported that a Chinese specialist told the WHO investigation team—which visited China in February to investigate the origin of the CCP virus—that cases dating back to 2019 were patients at WIV-related hospitals, rather than members of WIV staff.

Pennsylvania U.S. House Candidate Demands 2020 Audit, Joe Biden ‘Wasn’t Elected, He Was Installed’

As an audit of the 2020 Election continues in Arizona, conservative leaders in other hotly contested states have begun to call for audits in their states as well.

One of the loudest voices calling for an audit in Pennsylvania is U.S. House candidate Teddy Daniels, from the area around Scranton, in Northeast Pennsylvania. Having narrowly lost his primary to a more establishment Republican in 2020, and has established himself as an influential and popular conservative in the state going into the 2022 election. He says he is “the furthest thing from an establishment Republican there is,” and is willing to fight people from both parties to get things done.

National File spoke Teddy Daniels about his calls for an audit, why it’s still so necessary to have an audit, and more. Despite credible accusations of inconsistencies and widespread voter fraud, “Pennsylvania has not officially taken any steps to audit the vote,” explained Daniels.

“What really got me fired up was the State of the Union last week, and I was disgusted. I mean, what a joke! I look at Joe Biden and I think ‘this is the best we can do?'” He then expressed his lack of faith in the 2020 election “He wasn’t elected, he was installed. There is no way this guy is truly the President of the United States”.

He wants to start with an audit of the three counties with the most irregularities: Philadelphia County, Allegheny County, home to Pittsburgh, and Luzerne County. All three counties have been rife with irregularities.

Luzerne County in particular is interesting, according to Daniels. Despite strongly supporting Trump, both the Director of Elections and the County Manager appointed were very liberal. The County Manager then usurped the authority of the Board of Elections and sent out mail in ballots to every single person on the voter rolls. And Luzerne County was one of the first places in the country to report election fraud, when they threw out a number of ballots cast for Trump last September.

“With all the celebration the democrats are doing, they should be fine with an audit. Why are they scared? Why are they fighting it?” he retorted. With the amount of pushback from Democrats over calls for audits, it’s a valid question. Especially prescient is the fact that both Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State and Luzerne County’s Board of Elections both resigned after the election.

The Chinese Communist Party’s Media Outlets Are Promoting the ‘Abolish Policing’ Campaign.

Chinese Communist Party-run media outlets are making the case to “abolish policing” in the United States, capitalizing on the far-left’s new and radical, Marxist talking points.

The American left has been all-too-willing, like during the Cold War, to promote the goals of a foreign and hostile power. This time, it’s the Chinese Communist Party.

The April 30th op-ed – “Police violence won’t end until we commit to public safety” – also relies on a popular left-wing argument for ditching the institution: the practice developed from slave patrols and is, therefore, inherently racist.

“Not until policing is seen for what it is, a tool to maintain an unequal social order and not an institution sworn and committed to public safety, can we begin to get solutions that move us in the direction of justice,” the op-ed in China Global Television Network (CGTN) posits.

Penned by Ray Baker, an Adjunct Professor at Towson University, the piece conflates police officers to slave patrols, both of which “fulfilled dual capitalist aims.” Baker continues, infusing the “slave patrol” narrative with a Marxist focus on “worker solidarity”:

It’s important to remember the origins of modern United States policing. Many American observers make the connection between police and slave patrols. What’s sometimes missing in this observation is the function of slave patrol as a labor and social hierarchy question. Those who claimed humans as property were incentivized to ensure those humans would not flee. This created a job for overseeing and policing enslaved workers. Who better to fill that job than white workers who couldn’t sell their labor for fair wages because enslaved labor depressed wages. This creates a labor force of workers whose job it is to ensure enslaved workers produce at unprecedented levels and never take flight. Perfect for oligarchs committed to fracturing any potential of worker solidarity.

“To demand accountability and justice from policing would be to abolish policing as we know it,” the CTGN article ultimately concludes.

Another example of the Chinese Communist Party’s attempts to inflame racial tensions in the U.S., the piece cautions that “the lesson to white Americans must be that your whiteness will not save you” before detailing society’s “pervasive anti-Blackness”:

Black Americans being disproportionately the victims of police violence is reflective of the continued belief that Black Americans are others, behaving outside the norm of the social order. This pervasive anti-Blackness in law enforcement is sustained regardless of the race or ethnicity of the officers. TikTok Taps Director Of Chinese Military-Linked Firm For CEO

TikTok’s new CEO is a former executive at a Chinese military-linked tech firm blacklisted by the Trump administration.

Shouzi Chew previously held the title of Chief Financial Officer at ByteDance – TikTok’s parent company that pledges to “promote socialist core values” – before earning the recent promotion. Prior to working for ByteDance, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Xiaomi, a smartphone giant blacklisted over its ties to the People’s Liberation Army.

The designation was in response to the company’s involvement in the Chinese Communist Party to topple U.S. technological supremacy and its CEO receiving the “Outstanding Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” award in 2019 from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Vice President Kamala Harris promised Central American countries to work with them to battle climate change in a speech on Tuesday, in the hopes of slowing the migrant crisis.

The vice president spoke about climate change as a “root cause” of the migrant crisis, during a virtual speech to the Washington Conference on the Americas citing the lack of “climate adaptation,” and “climate resilience” in the region.

“The work from combatting corruption to combatting climate change will not be easy,” Harris said. “And it is not new, and it could not be more important, and it will take all of us.”

Harris argued the citizens of Central American countries like El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras did not want to leave their homes but were leaving for the United States to find hope.

“People in the region do not want to leave their homes,” she said. “They do not want to leave the communities they have known their entire lives.”

Kamala Harris Logs 41 Days Without a Border Crisis Press Conference

Vice President Kamala Harris has gone 41 days without a press conference addressing the southern border crisis since accepting command of the issue from President Joe Biden.

“I can think of nobody who is better qualified to do this,” Biden said of Harris’ new responsibility at the White House on March 24. But since then, Harris seems to be hesitant to draw the press’ attention to the issue.

The White House has defended Harris’ lack of public attention with press secretary Jen Psaki saying on April 7, “I don’t have any trips to outline or preview,” she said. “What our focus is on is solutions.”

Those solutions may include Harris’ announcement on April 25 to “hold a virtual meeting with Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on May 7 to discuss ‘migration’ but that will not be the main focus of the discussion,” Breitbart News reported. Instead, she will hold talks about planting trees.

Harris, who has a lower approval rating than former VP Mike Pence in their respective first 100 days, visited the eastern border of the United States on April 26 to promote Biden’s infrastructure package in which there is no border wall funding. When Harris was asked when she might visit the southern border, she ignored the question.

Harris also had a phone conversation with the President of Finland on April 27 “about addressing the surge of migrants from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, a Central American region known as the Northern Triangle,” Breitbart News reported.

And despite Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) promise to “urge Vice President Harris… to visit the border” on May 1, no plans seem imminent.

Minister Evokes Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ Slogan as She Announces Cut Price of Legal Gender Change to £5

Equalities Minister Liz Truss evoked Boris Johnson’s and Joe Biden’s globalist-progressive “Build Back Better” slogan when she announced the cost for trans people to legally change gender would be cut from £140 ($195) to just £5 ($7).

The minister for the notionally Conservative British government announced on Tuesday: “As we build back better, we want transgender people to be free to live and to prosper in modern Britain.

“In the National LGBT Survey, 34% of transgender people told us that the cost of applying for a certificate was holding them back from doing so.

“Today we have removed that barrier, and I am proud that we have made the process of getting a certificate fairer, simpler and much more affordable.”

The phrase “Build Back Better” was used in the United Nations in 2015 to describe the approach by which Japan was able to recover from the 2011 earthquake which triggered a tsunami, both of which led to the Fukushima nuclear power plant disaster.

In the coronavirus pandemic era, Build Back Better has been adopted by progressive world leaders and is often associated with the climate change agenda, such as by Canada’s prime minister, Justin Trudeau, who said of “Build Back Better” last year: “This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset. This is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic efforts to reimagine our economic systems that actually address global challenges like extreme poverty, inequality and climate change.”

The phrase is better known as part of U.S. President Joe Biden’s agenda and the slogan has been adopted by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, the leader of the Conservative Party.

Johnson evoked “Build Back Better” after speaking to then-president-elect Biden in November, saying that he “look[ed] forward to strengthening the partnership between our countries and to working with him on our shared priorities – from tackling climate change, to promoting democracy and building back better from the pandemic”.

Build Back Better has also become associated with the Great Reset agenda laid out by the World Economic Forum (WEF), which meets at the exclusive Swiss resort of Davos. The WEF has used the phrase several times in the past year. WEF Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab had written in June 2020 that there needed to be a “’Great Reset’ of capitalism” to transform societies and economies in the global response to the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

Child Rape Gang Victim: UK Police Did Nothing as I Was Abused by ‘Hundreds’ of Pakistani Men

A grooming gang survivor has revealed that she was abused by hundreds of Pakistani heritage men for years, but despite reporting her abusers to the police, none have ever been arrested.

Sarah — a fake name given to protect her identity — said that she was systematically raped and abused as a child in the early 2000s after running away from care homes in Derby.

She was eventually awarded compensation by the local government after authorities acknowledged the abuse and the repeated failures of social services to protect her from being raped. But she says despite the recognition of the acts perpetrated against her as a child and the confirmation that social services had failed to protect her, the police have yet to act on the information she gave them.

Speaking to regional newspaper the Birmingham Mail, Sarah said: “I gave Derby police my Birmingham offenders’ names – but no one has ever been charged.

She said: I was groomed and abused between 1999 and 2003. And I was really horrendously groomed in Birmingham. It wasn’t just me, lots of girls, and lots of girls I know, were taken from Derby to be abused in Birmingham.

I gave all the information I had to Derby police in 2012. No one was charged but I was very traumatised and very mentally unwell then so I don’t really know what happened.

There were literally hundreds over time. They’d ply you with drink and weed, you were so drunk you didn’t always know what was happening.

I know of lots of Derby girls who were groomed in Birmingham, I don’t know why we don’t see high profile grooming cases in court in Birmingham like we have seen elsewhere in the country.

West Midlands Police, for their part, acknowledge the report had been made to them, but said they had been unable to prosecute the case as “officers were unable to gather enough evidence”.

5 Foreign Nationals Charged in Texas Human Smuggling Stash House Operation

HOUSTON, Texas — The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas filed criminal charges against five “non-citizens of the United States” for their alleged roles in a human smuggling stash house operation. The alleged smugglers reportedly extorted the families of migrants being held in a house in southwest Houston.

Federal prosecutors filed a criminal complaint against Marina Garcia-Diaz, 22, El Salvador; Henry Licona-Larios, 31, Copan, Honduras; Kevin Licona-Lopez, 25, Santa Barbara, Honduras; Marco Baca-Perez 30, Michoacan, Mexico; and Marcelo Garcia-Palacios, 21, Oaxaca, Mexico, Fox 26 Houston reported. Police reportedly found nearly 100 migrants locked inside two rooms inside the stash house.

Law enforcement officials began an investigation after a woman contacted police saying that her brother had been kidnapped. The human smugglers, despite already having been paid “several thousand dollars” to be smuggled into the U.S., threatened to kill her brother if she did not pay additional smuggling fees.

An investigation led Houston Police Department officers to a house in southwest Houston where they found 97 “undocumented noncitizens” being held in two rooms of the house. Officials said the rooms had deadbolts on the doors to prevent the migrants escape.

A criminal complaint reviewed by Breitbart Texas states the men were being held in their undergarments.

The complaint states that the woman who reported the alleged kidnapping claimed to have initially paid smugglers $11,000 in February to bring her brother from Honduras to the United States. She said the smugglers demanded she drive from Dallas to Houston to pay an additional $6,300 for her brother to be released. The smugglers told her they would kill her brother if she did not pay, the complaint states.

Houston police officers executed a search warrant at the four-bedroom house on the city’s southwest side. The kidnapped migrants were locked inside two of those bedrooms.

Suspect Kevin Licona-Lopez was reported to be armed with a handgun by one of the witnesses. He also instructed the men to remove their clothes and surrender their cell phones. The witnesses identified the suspects as being in charge of the stash house operation, the complaint states. Lopez also reportedly told the migrants if they did not live, it was because their families did not pay.

Another suspect, Henry Licona-Larios, reportedly told the migrants that if their families did not pay, they would be be put in “four pieces of wood,” the complaint states. The witness said he understood the threat to mean they would be put in coffins six feet under.

Witnesses also reported the migrants were physically assaulted and threatened if they did not remain quiet inside the house.

Inside the home, investigators found envelopes with cash and “poll ledgers,” investigators stated.

Fox 26 News reported that five of the 97 migrants held in the two small rooms tested positive for COVID-19, according to a spokesman for the Houston Health Department. Five other migrants remain hospitalized pending COVID-19 test results.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said the suspects are being held on charges of harboring, concealing, and shielding illegal aliens for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain. If convicted on the charges, each defendant could face up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

Kamala Harris says Biden is sending an extra $310 million in aid to Central America where 'corrupt' governments are motivating migrants to head to the U.S. in record numbers

Kamala Harris held an event on Tuesday related to her role as 'border czar' for the first time in five weeks where she revealed the White House will send millions in aid to the Northern Triangle.

'The United States has announced we will send an additional $310 million to the region,' she said.

The vice president's comments come as the administration plans push Congress to pass a bill sending $4 billion in aid to Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador over the next four years.

During her remarks at the 51st Annual Washington Conference on the Americas Harris underlined her role addressing 'root causes' of migration.

'We want to help people find hope at home,' Harris said in encouraging people to stay in their home countries. 'And so we are focused on addressing both the acute factors and the root causes of migration.'

She did not mention the border at all in her speech.
