SCOTUS is going to rule that it does not violate the Constitution.

A precipice is needed and what better way to wake people up than to say they have no right to defend themselves… hopefully leading to the awareness of the Republic vs the Corporation and being free people vs a liquidable asset and rights vs privileges.

As for how the Justices rule, this anon makes no predictions
