If there's any merit to the SPARS 2025-2028 or whatever it was.. blaming the jab was already part of the schedule, and the plan was that they would try to steer that blame away from pharma and toward politicians for rushing the process, not providing appropriate resources etc (ie, they'll blame trump, once again)
