I have the covid vaccination template but can someone provide instructions on how to print it front and back so they match up on one piece of paper and at what size to print?

Someone posted the template for free and posted to use 80# cardstock and the card is 3"x4" but I can't get the damn thing to print in the correct size and front and back matching.
