If supply chains break down due to Covid-19(84) we could be heading for very troubling times! In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth speaks with Quinton Hennigh Director of Navata King Gold Corp about the inflation debate and most importantly ways that you and your family can protect yourselves as we enter even more uncertain times in the third and fourth quarter of 2021.
Coca-Cola to "pause" diversity initiatives after senior exec. resigns
https://www.rebelnews.com/coca_cola_to_pause_diversity_initiatives_after_senior_executive_resigns
While Coca-Cola's website states "Diversity, equity and inclusion are at the heart of our values and our growth strategy and play an important part in our companyâs success," this may not be the complete picture, after the companyâs senior vice president and global general counsel Bradley Gayton resigned recently.
Many are speculating that Gayton's resignation is tied to a decline in customer support for Coke, given his history of pushing for diversity initiatives at the company.
The summer of 2020 saw Coke halting advertising on social media to boycott the lack of 'hate speech' moderation on various platforms.
And in 2021, CEO James Quincey and other large corporations blasted the state of Georgia for what they deemed unfair voting laws, such as voter I.D., eventually causing the Major League Baseball All-Star game to be moved out of Atlanta (Coca-Cola's hometown) in favour of Denver, Colorado.
But perhaps the 'boldest' move by the former vice president was a diversity requirement for outside counsel used by Coca-Cola.
In a January 2021 letter addressed to "U.S. Law Firms Supporting The Coca-Cola Company," Gayton required a diversity quota of 30 per cent of all billed associate and partner time to be from members of any of the following identities: âAmerican Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Black, Women, Hispanic/Latinx, LGBTQ+, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander and Persons with Disabilities.â
In addition, "of such amounts at least half will be from Black attorneys."
Combined with a multi-year battle with the IRS that could see a possible $12 billion tax bill, Coke is having its worst decline in drinks sold since the 1940s.
Gayton is set to receive $12,000,000 spread out over instalments for his early resignation, including payment for a one year term as a strategic consultant.
Farm south of Bowden, Alberta hosts its first freedom rodeo
https://www.rebelnews.com/bowden_alberta_hosts_its_first_freedom_rodeo
Over the weekend, rodeo cowboys from all over Canada and as far away as Australia converged on Ty Northcottâs farm south of Bowden, Alberta for the first rodeo in these parts since November of 2019, the Canadian Finals Rodeo.
The problem is: rodeo is now outlawed by the provincial government, because sports competitions are banned (unless you're an NHL millionaire).
Outdoor gatherings of more than 10 people will also put you on the wrong side of the law, with enormous fines as a deterrent.
But there are few things more Albertan than rodeo, except maybe fighting the government for freedom, and Ty Northcottâs rodeo was that: an act of rebellion against the never-ending lockdown measures of the United Conservative Party government.
The rodeo was initially slated to go ahead at the Bowden rodeo grounds, but after Alberta Health Services put their foot down, the rodeo was moved to Tyâs place. It was an easy move.
Ty is rodeo royalty. Heâs trusted and loved in the rodeo community. Heâs from a generational rodeo family, and he's a stock contractor, so he is directly affected financially by the lockdown. His bucking stock need to work and feeding them isn't cheap.
The cowboys arenât working either. Many of them already moonlight as pro-cowboys with day jobs in the oilpatch, trucking and farming. But they havenât competed a day in the sport they love in 17 months, unless they find a way to head south to Montana, Wyoming, Texas, or the promised land of the Dakotas.
However, thatâs been hard with the border closed. When you have a day job, quarantining for two weeks after being abducted into one of Trudeauâs COVID jails because you rode some bulls on the weekend in Cheyenne or Sweet Grass doesnât make a lot of sense.
Thatâs why Ty held his rodeo. Enough is enough.
People who rodeo arenât scared of a nearly perfectly survivable virus. Heâs going to save his sport, whether the government likes it or not, and up to 3,000 people each day of the two day event seemed to agree with his stance.
Each one risked a $1,200 fine to do something Albertans used to do every weekend in every small town all across this province: cheer on the cowboys and girls.
The province is hinting at a strong crackdown on the rodeo, but Ty is being advised by James Kitchen from the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms to mitigate his legal jeopardy. Hats off to the gang at the Western Standard for sponsoring the event over the weekend.
Ty is planning more rodeos, including one on Canada Day, with the sponsorship and support of Innisfail mayoral candidate Glen Carritt of the United We Roll Convoy to Ottawa
Protesters rally in opposition of restrictions on religious services

On May 1, protesters gathered outside the Alberta legislature in Edmonton to express their opposition to restrictions on religious services that have been imposed by the provincial government.
Congregants from GraceLife Church also came out to support the Open Your Churches rally, on the heels of their pastor, James Coates, spending 35 days in jail for refusing to comply with restrictions on religious services.
Pastor Coates is currently on trial â make sure to follow Rebel News for regular updates straight from the courtroom.
In this report, I speak to protesters who tell me about why church attendance and the community it provides is so important to them.
We also discussed what they thought of churches that are remaining closed, and why they think Premier Jason Kenney has continued to maintain these heavy-handed restrictions on religious freedom.

The actual interview starts around the 1 hour and 20 minute mark. Well worth the watch but very hard to watch because their lives are forever ruined by neurological issues.
âGive me my rights back!â: Weekly Toronto Freedom Rally sees at least one arrest, one ticket
https://www.rebelnews.com/give_me_my_rights_back_weekly_toronto_freedom_rally_sees_at_least_one_arrest_one_ticket
Last Saturday was my first time attending the weekly Toronto Freedom Rally at Queenâs Park, and I wasnât sure what to expect. Rebel News cameraman Syd and I arrived to more police than protesters, but the crowd soon began to thicken, and the atmosphere was friendly.
Things quickly escalated, however, as a protester was circled, questioned and ultimately ticketed and removed by police. The official charge on the ticket was breaking the stay-at-home order, but the individual had likely brought attention to himself because he and his wife were building and distributing anti-lockdown/vaccine signs. The interaction was a sour start to an otherwise peaceful day, which included free-form speeches, music, and of course, the march.
We left Queenâs Park and after a few wrong turns ended up doing a counter-clockwise loop of the city, ending up on Lakeshore, up Yonge, and then back at Queenâs Park.
During the march, the crowd could be heard cheering for freedom and chanting, âArrest Doug Ford,â a semi-ironic statement from the anti-lockdown crowd, but a message that put it simply â these people have had it with Ford and his management of the pandemic.
I spoke to protesters of all ages and backgrounds. Although some had been coming for over a year, some, like me, were there for the first time. One sentiment was common among the group: itâs time to open Toronto back up.
Aside from a handful of people, the crowd avoided Yonge-Dundas Square. The square has been a point of contention between demonstrators and police for a year now, as some have noticed the police picking and choosing which protests they allow, and which they crack down on. I spoke with an attendee at the rally who had himself been dragged out of Yonge-Dundas Square by police back in January.
For him and many others, these gatherings are not just about defying the stay-at-home order, but a commitment to the much larger fight. That fight being for our Charter rights to be upheld, specifically our freedom of assembly and freedom of expression.
As the march came to an end, the group divided into partiers, advocates, and those, like myself, who were ready to put their feet up.

BCâs 2019 carbon emissions increase despite implementing a carbon tax
https://tnc.news/2021/05/04/bcs-2019-carbon-emissions-increase-despite-implementing-carbon-tax/
The province that has been touted by the federal Liberals as a role model and inspiration for Canadaâs carbon tax has once again reported that its greenhouse gas emissions have gone up.
According to Blacklockâs Reporter, federal data from 2019 shows that emissions remained 20.5% higher than it was six years prior in British Columbia despite the province having a carbon tax since 2008.
Earlier this year, the provinceâs government upped its own carbon tax to $45 per tonne.
Currently, Canadaâs federal levy is slightly lower than BCâs at $40 a tonne but the Trudeau government has promised to raise the cap to $170 a tonne by 2030.
In 2018, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau pointed to BCâs carbon tax as a success story in reducing emissions.
âI know the Conservativesâ approach is to not let the facts get in the way of a good political argument, but allow me to remind the member opposite that British Columbia has had a price on carbon pollution for almost ten years and it has led, quite frankly, to growth in the economy while they have shown leadership on the environment. That is exactly what we know will work right across the country,â said Trudeau.
During a climate summit last month, Trudeau was pressured by US President Joe Biden to increase Canadaâs emission targets.
Following the event, the prime minister promised that Canada would reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by up to 45% in under ten years up from its prior goal of 36% by 2030.
Conservative Party Leader Erin OâToole reversed course earlier this year and announced his own version of the carbon tax, which he says will begin at $20 per tonne and eventually increase to $50 per tonne.
Under OâTooleâs carbon pricing regime, the levy will go directly into a âPersonal Low Carbon Savings Accountâ which will be accessible by taxpayers for environmental purchases approved by the federal government.
OâTooleâs decision to introduce a carbon tax has been met with some resistance within his caucus after sources within the party expressed frustration with the choice.
35-Year-Old Woman Dies of Brain Hemorrhage 11 Days After Receiving J&J Vaccine

The family of a Michigan woman says she died as the result of complications 11 days after receiving the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID vaccine.
Anne VanGeest, 35, died April 19 at Mercy Health Saint Maryâs hospital in Grand Rapids from an acute subarachnoid brain hemorrhage, FOX 17 reported.
âIt is with profound sadness that we share the news of Anneâs passing Anne (Annie), who was 35, was a loving mother, wife, sister and daughter,â the family said in a statement provided by Lambert, a Grand Rapids public relations firm that is providing its services to the family pro bono.
VanGeest received the J&J shot on April 8, five days before the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) paused the vaccine to investigate reports of potentially dangerous blood clots in women who received the shot.
VanGeestâs family said her headache started on April 16 â eight days after being vaccinated. She died three days later. Her death certificate notes a natural death, specifically from an acute subarachnoid hemorrhage, or bleeding between the brain and tissue around the brain.
Symptoms of the rare blood clots typically develop six to 15 days after getting the shot.
âThese initial symptoms are fairly vague and nonspecific,â said Dr. Tom Shimabukuro of the CDC COVID-19 Response. â(Itâs) mainly headache, but importantly, the headaches for these started six or more days after vaccination.â
VanGeestâs physician filed a report to the CDCâs Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
In an email to the VanGeest family, the CDC confirmed her death had been reported to VAERS, but said the system is not designed to determine whether a reported adverse event was caused by the vaccine.
âWhen VAERS receives reports of serious illness or death after vaccination, VAERS staff contact the hospital where the patient was treated to obtain the associated medical records to better understand the adverse event,â the CDC said.
According to the CDC website, âthe CDC follows up on any report of death to request additional information and learn more about what occurred and to determine whether the death was a result of the vaccine or unrelated.â
The Defender has repeatedly reached out to the CDC since March 8 to determine how investigations into reported deaths are conducted, but have yet to receive a response.

FDA set to authorize Pfizer vaccine for adolescents, but some experts question need, ethics
FULL ARTICLE

May 5, 2021 (Childrenâs Health Defense) â The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is preparing to authorize use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine in adolescents 12 to 15 years old by early next week, according to federal officials familiar with the agencyâs plans. The vaccine is currently authorized in the U.S for emergency use in people 16 and older.
The decision, which is likely to be supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), would allow most middle and high school students to get vaccinated before summer camps and the start of the 2021-22 school year, USA TODAY reported.
The FDA will have to amend the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for Pfizerâs vaccine, but the process should be straightforward, said a federal official who was not authorized to speak about the process publicly and requested anonymity.
âWhile the FDA cannot predict how long its evaluation of the data and information will take, the agency will review the request as expeditiously as possible using its thorough and science-based approach,â the FDA said in an email to CNN last week.
The FDA is reviewing data submitted by Pfizer to support the expanded use of its experimental vaccine, including a clinical trial involving 2,260 12 to 15 year-olds. Results showed Pfizerâs vaccine was 100% effective at preventing moderate to severe COVID in an age group which, according to the CDC, experiences mostly asymptomatic infection.

The bizarre world of billionaires: Ezra Levant on Bill Gates
https://www.rebelnews.com/the_bizarre_world_of_billionaires_ezra_levant_on_bill_gates
Drinking water made from human feces. Converting wealthier nations into solely eating synthetic beef. Radically transform the way you live because of climate change. Dim the light from the sun. These are some of the ideas being put forward by Microsoft founder, and one of the richest people in the world, Bill Gates.
On yesterday's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Ezra took a look at the ideas Bill Gates is promoting, and the lifestyle he lives. Needless to say, the lifestyle of a billionaire is far, far different from the average run-of-the-mill citizen.
Speaking about the relationship Gates has with another billionaire, investor Warren Buffett, that was discussed at length in a biographical piece from Time Magazine, Ezra said:
Let me tell you that Bill Gates and Warren Buffett are good friends â you probably know that. They've been friends, allies, business partners for decades. Warren Buffet gets a lot of ink in that old Time Magazine biography, he's so home-spun, isn't he, Warren Buffett? He looks regular, he lives in Omaha, Nebraska, he drives a regular car.
But you know, [like Bill Gates] he has two lives also. Did you know that about Warren Buffett?
You know, Ted Turner is the same way too, he has different wives all the time. You know, the rich â they're different from us. They have money, but when you're that rich â I mean, Ted Turner rich, Warren Buffett rich, Bill Gates rich, Jeff Bezos rich â you don't just have money, you have total power over everything and everyone around you.
No one can say no to you, no one dares to say no to you â no one would ever criticize you. You can truly start to believe that you are a god. Because every problem just falls away.

Ontario medical regulator threatens to punish doctors for criticizing lockdowns
https://tnc.news/2021/05/05/ontario-medical-regulator-threatens-to-punish-doctors-for-criticizing-lockdowns/
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) plans to investigate physicians who speak out against government lockdown measures, according to a statement issued Friday.
âThe college is aware and concerned about the increase of misinformation circulating on social media and other platforms regarding physicians who are publicly contradicting public health orders and recommendations,â said CPSOâs statement.
âPhysicians hold a unique position of trust with the public and have a professional responsibility to not communicate anti-vaccine, anti-masking, anti-distancing, and anti-lockdown statements and/or promoting unsupported, unproven treatments for COVID-19.â
Physicians are prohibited from encouraging people to defy public health measures, and it could lead to an investigation against them, the CPSO says.
Doctors who are subjected to an investigation will be given a chance to respond to the complaint. An investigator will submit a report to the Inquiries, Complaints, and Reports Committee. These investigations could lead to doctors facing disciplinary action.
The CPSO said when offering opinions, physicians are expected to be guided by the law, regulatory standards and the code of ethics and professional conduct. These opinions must not be misleading or deceptive, and they have to be supported by current evidence and science.
In Canada, a number of medical experts have publicly criticized lockdowns and various public health orders.
Ontario pediatrician Dr. Kulvinder Kaur Gill was issued three warnings by the CPSO after her tweets about the COVID-19 pandemic were found to be âinappropriateâ and âunprofessional.â Gill tweeted comments such as âCOVID-19 is not a serious health issueâ and âThere is absolutely no medical or scientific reason for prolonged, harmful, and illogical lockdowns.â
In addition, a study done by Dr. Ari Joffe, a pediatric infectious disease specialist at the Stollery Childrenâs Hospital, suggested the harms of lockdowns are ten times greater than their benefits. The harms that were cited in the study were delayed and interrupted health care, unemployment, loneliness, deteriorating mental health and increased drug overdoses.
Further, in September 2020, a group of Ontario doctors wrote a letter to Premier Doug Ford calling for him to use a localized approach instead of sweeping lockdown measures. These doctors said lockdowns have been shown not to eliminate COVID-19, because they work until measures are lifted.
âHard pass for meâ: Liberal staffers reject offer of virtual yoga with Sophie GrĂŠgoire Trudeau
https://tnc.news/2021/05/05/hard-pass-for-me-liberal-staffers-reject-offer-of-virtual-yoga-with-sophie-gregoire-trudeau/
Many Liberal staffers were unimpressed by an offer of a virtual yoga session with Sophie GrĂŠgoire Trudeau as a reward for a âvery long and intense year.â
Earlier this week, hundreds of Liberal staffers received an email from the Liberal Research Bureau saying the party wanted to reward them with a free, one-hour yoga session hosted by the prime ministerâs wife.
Liberal staffers were largely unmoved. Many anonymous Liberal staffers told Postmedia that they were not interested and thought the whole thing was a waste of time.
âYeah, thatâs going to be a hard pass for me,â said one staffer.
âI saw the email subject and deleted it immediately,â another staffer said.
âThis is so silly,â a staffer said about the event.
The email stressed that the session was open to all staffers regardless of their yoga experience. The email also encouraged staffers to join by noting that it was Canadian Mental Health Week and they have all had a very stressful year working through the pandemic.
âWeâve all heard this before, but this last year has been an intense one!â said the email.
âOne thing that has helped many of us cope with the stress of the pandemic is getting some fresh air and doing some YOGA! So, in this spirit, Madame Sophie GrĂŠgoire Trudeau (a.k.a. Sophie) would like to invite you to participate in a virtual yoga class.â
GrĂŠgoire Trudeau is a trained yoga instructor, having completed the hatha yoga and âRadiant Childâ kundalini yoga teaching programs. Earlier in the year, she held free yoga sessions over Facebook.
GrĂŠgoire Trudeau has held yoga sessions in the past for Liberal staffers âas her way of thanking them.â It is unclear how well attended previous sessions were.
Canadaâs Heritage Minister fumbles in response to question about government regulation of social media posts
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/canadas-heritage-minister-fumbles-in-response-to-question-about-government-regulation-of-social-media-posts
OTTAWA, Ontario, May 5, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) â Canadaâs Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault struggled to give a clear answer to justify why a committee chaired by him moved to have personal social media posts placed under government oversight.
In an interview on the CBC show Power & Politics last Friday, Guilbeault claimed that his internet regulation Bill C-10, is about âensuring that these platforms that act like broadcasters pay their fair share when it comes to Canadian cultureâŚ.It's not about content moderation.â
When the CBC interviewer asked Guilbeault why an original exemption in the bill for user-generated content on social media sites such as YouTube and Facebook were removed, he bumbled and fumbled his answer.
âWe're, we're, not interested. I mean, it's not, it's not what I mean, IâŚ.,â said Guilbeault.
The interviewer, not satisfied with his answer, interjected to challenge Guilbeault, âbut there literally was an exclusion that was put in the original iteration of that bill, the thing that was reviewed and then it got to committee and bingo, bango, bongo, the exclusion is gone. So why was it important to put it there in the first place such that now the committee has removed it?â
To this question, Guilbeault answered, âthe committee decides what they want in the bill.â
âFirst of all, the committee hasn't even finished doing it, doing its work in terms of, of the amendments. So, we don't have a full picture of what the bill will look like when it comes back, when it comes back to the to the to the House of Commons for, for third reading,â said Guilbeault.
Last year, Prime Minister Justin Trudeauâs government introduced Guilbeaultâs Bill C-10, which would regulate certain online media services through the creation of a new class of broadcaster called âonline undertakings.â The new regulations would be done through amendments to Canadaâs Broadcasting Act.

Chinaâs Big Brother âSocial Credit Systemâ Now Tracks People In North America Too With Video Surveillance
https://breaking-news.ca/chinas-big-brother-social-credit-system-now-tracks-people-in-north-america-too-with-video-surveillance/
China is covertly conducting surveillance and even tracking peopleâs movements in North America using whatâs called âa social credit system,â trying to advance its totalitarian authority all over the world even in free nations.
The Gatestone Institute, a non-partisan, not-for-profit international policy council, and think tank, reports seven years ago, Chinaâs State Council issued guidelines for the establishment of a national âsocial credit systemâ by 2020, with the feeds from about 626 million surveillance cameras and smartphone scanners and with data from a multitude of sources.
The system was designed to keep tabs on every Chinese citizenâs behavior. For example, criticizing Chinaâs communist ruler Xi Jinping would result in the lowering of oneâs score, which could result in consequences for the individual.
People with low scores could be denied social services, mortgages and even could be banned from traveling on trains or airplanes. There are also âinterconnecting repercussions for family, friends, associates, and businesses both in and outside China,â Ina Mitchell, an investigative journalist and co-author with Scott McGregor of the upcoming The Mosaic Effect, told Gatestone.
And this system has now been detected far from communist Chinaâs shores, operating at a restaurant in Vancouver, Canada. The Haidilao Hot Pot has more than 60 cameras watching 30 tables with the video feeds going to China. The restaurant is part of a chain of 935 restaurants that are corporate-owned and began operations in Chinaâs Sichuan province.
The Gatestone Institute points out besides a national security risk, the secretive transmission of video to China is a violation of British Columbian law under the provinceâs Personal Information Protection Act.
There are several of these systems in place, but the Chinese Communist Partyâs central committee has apparently set 2025 as the target for a national system, according to The Diplomat. In the meantime, a lot of information is being collected, the website notes.
Why would Beijing be interested in the patrons of a Vancouver restaurant? Because the Chinese government sees the Canadian city as a gateway into North America, âwhere they engage in pervasive foreign interference activity, mobilizing overseas United Front units to strategically lure political and business leaders using financial inducements and other incentives to promote the Partyâs agenda,â according to The Diplomat.
The restaurant is also located near the house of Meng Wanzhou, the chief financial officer of Huawei Technologies, who since 2019 has been fighting extradition to the U.S. on charges that she tried to circumvent U.S. sanctions against Iran. In 2020, Meng was indicted by the U.S. Department of Justice on charges of trade secrets theft which carries a maximum penalty of 10 yearsâ imprisonment, according to The Verge.
China also wants such a system to keep tabs on the rest of the world and has made the effort to do so. From 2012 to 2017, they secretly downloaded data from the computers housed in the Beijing-donated and Chinese-built headquarters of the African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia through Huawei servers, according to the BBC.
Chinaâs Communist Party is creating the worldâs first digital totalitarian state and so far, western democracies donât seem to care, The Gatestone Institute noted.
>I thought rebelnews already covered this and found far fewer cameras, and they do not connect to China
I do remember them doing a story at a small 2 table Restaurant with a camera pointed at each table, the owner said it was for service purposes and denied any connection to
China.
That story was just chit chat though.
Maybe a follow up is needed, just like the Chinese peace officers taking photo's of the parishioners including children outside the Church in Calgary. That was forgotten quickly.
Ontario: Hospitals may move patients to long-term care to prepare for âthird waveâ of COVID
FULL ARTICLE
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/ontario-hospitals-may-move-patients-to-long-term-care-to-prepare-for-third-wave-of-covid
TORONTO, Ontario, May 5, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) â The Ontario provincial government has given hospitals unprecedented powers to move patients out of wards and into retirement homes and other long-term care residences, without their permission, as part of plans to free up bed spaces in hospitals purely for COVID-19 patients.
An announcement was made on April 28 by Deputy Premier and Health Minister of Ontario Christine Elliot, wherein she declared a patient could be transferred to any nursing home based on a doctorâs determination of the needs of the patient and the need for bed space, regardless of the patientâs wishes or consent. The measure has been introduced on the basis of a predicted surge in COVID âcasesâ brought about by an apparent third wave of the virus.
The amendment to the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act permits hospitals to override a patientâs choice of long-term care facility âwhen absolutely necessary to respond to a major surge event and when the attending physician is satisfied that the patient will receive the care they require in their new setting,â Elliott said.
She confirmed the amendment is intended as a âtemporary emergency order,â designed to âprovide hospitals with the flexibility to transfer certain patients, those whose doctors have determined no longer require hospital care and could be better supported in a more appropriate setting, to a long-term care or retirement home.â
Elliot cushioned the announcement by assuring Ontarians that efforts to consult the patient on the move would be made and that any decision to move a patient to temporary holdings âwould be done in only the most urgent of situations when a hospital is at risk of becoming overwhelmed [with COVID-19 patients].â
âThis would be a temporary transfer and [any] patient who is transferred to a long-term care home that is not their first choice will continue to maintain their place in line for their first choice,â assured Elliot.

TDSB considers letting LGBTQ students change names without parental approval
https://tnc.news/2021/05/05/tdsb-considers-letting-lgbtq-students-change-names-without-parental-approval/
The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is currently evaluating whether or not it should allow LGBTQ students to change their preferred names in their schoolâs IT systems without having prior parental approval.
According to a report by the LGBTQS Community Advisory Committee, the committee has a table working with human rights groups to discuss the matter.
âIn our student information system (SIS), there is a legal name and preferred name field. There is a table working with Human Rights to discuss what students have access to change on their profile without parental consent,â the report writes.
As part of the consultation process, the committee hopes to invite IT professionals and others to further discuss the potential change.
True North reached out to the committee for further details on the matter but did not hear back by the time this article was published.
Gender transitions by youth and teenagers has been a contentious issue as an increasing number of teens have considered transitioning into their preferred gender.
Critics of allowing youth to transition have argued that the âexperimentalâ nature of treatment and other issues puts kids at risk.
In March, a different TDSB motion called on free feminine hygiene products to be provided in all 72 Ontario public schools for âpeople who menstruate.â
The motion titled âAccess to Free Menstrual Products for Students in Ontario Schoolsâ was presented before the TDSB Program and School Services Committee.
It argued that a âlack of access due to economic factors â often referred to as âperiod povertyâ â impacts people who menstruate around the world and can be especially damaging at puberty, when school interactions are crucial to a studentâs development.â
The motion also claimed that requiring students to ask for such items violated their privacy and the hygiene products should be provided without the intermediary step of requesting the items.
Since 2019, TDSB schools have already been accommodating students by providing free menstrual products to girls upon request.

Extinction Rebellion shove Rebel News reporter while police try and block reporting
https://www.rebelnews.com/extinction_rebellion_shove_rebel_news_reporter_while_police_try_and_block_reporting
The Vancouver sector of the global climate change activist group known as Extinction Rebellion have begun their five day âSpring Rebellion.â The Rebellion started off this past Saturday, when the group intentionally blocked the Granville and Georgia intersection with their bodies and a bright pink boat with the demand âTell the Truthâ painted on it.
On Monday, my colleague Matt Brevner and I went to cover day three of the Rebellion, when the group planned to sound a climate change alarm by blocking the Lions Gate Bridge, which over 60,000 commuters cross daily.
A post on the groupâs Facebook page says they ârisk abuse, accidents, or arrestsâ because those âin power refuse to listen to reason, science, or Indigenous nations that say âno.ââ
Despite this feeling of being unheard, an apparent leader of the group encouraged protesters to ignore Rebel News when we arrived at the protest, which prevented us from freely covering their goal of informing the public.
Also contradictory to the groupâs supposed âCOVID safety planâ that claimed the protesters should distance from one another, that same man and another protester aggressively pushed into me in an effort to intimidate me out of walking along the public sidewalk to cover their protest.
Thankfully, we had hired two bodyguards who quickly intervened, and I was able to continue covering the protest.
You can help us recoup some of the costs we incur to report the news safely by donating at JournalistDefenceFund.com.
If you watch the full report, you will see that some of the other men at the protest did not agree with pushing female journalists and forcible suppression of the press. We were able to interview two gentlemen, including Martin Williams from the Referendum Party of Canada. Both were in support of the protestersâ message, but had different opinions on the effectiveness of preventing the public from commuting as a path to change.
Ultimately, the Vancouver police prevented the obstruction of the iconic suspension bridge and after we finished our report, ended up arresting seven of the Extinction Rebellion Vancouver protesters.
In a statement, VPD spokesperson Sergeant Steve Addison said, âWhile we respect peoplesâ democratic right to peacefully assemble and express their views, we also understand how frustrating and inconvenient it is for people trying to move around the city when roads and bridges are blocked,â said Sgt. Addison in a release.
âThe Lions Gate Bridge is a critical piece of infrastructure used by tens of thousands of people daily, including motorists, transit riders, and emergency services. Closing this bridge for any length of time would guarantee gridlock and could put lives at risk.â
Rebel News was the only press with boots on the ground to report up close on what took place on day three of the Spring Rebellion. Iâm not sure I even blame mainstream media for keeping their distance, after the threats to my personal safety that I experienced while bringing you this story.
With that said, I will not be intimidated out of bringing the people the other side of the story.
Win for freedom: No tickets issued at Hamilton anti-lockdown protest
https://www.rebelnews.com/win_for_freedom_no_tickets_issued_at_hamilton_anti_lockdown_protest
This past Saturday on May 1, I went over to Hamilton, Ontario to cover the latest Lockdown March. Organized by MPP Randy Hillierâs No More Lockdowns group, itâs my third continuous week of covering these nationwide protests and this week was high energy.
Hundreds of protesters took to the streets and marched for just over a kilometre in the east end of Hamilton, ending at Battlefield park.
I always keep an eye on police and bylaw activity at these protests, because as it stands currently in Ontario, itâs illegal to protest and punishable with fines of $880 or a court summons with a penalty of up to $100 000.
As always, the government gang of bylaw and police were on the edges monitoring and taking pictures of the peaceful attendees.
However, I'm happy to report that no one at this particular rally was fined or harassed by the state over their right to protest in a free country.
I saw the local paper, The Hamilton Spectator, actually wrote an article on the event (after ignoring the last two). To my surprise they called it what it was: a âlockdown protest.â
But they spent their entire 87-word piece trying to get a comment on why the peaceful protesters didnât get fined $880.
See for yourself:
Staff Sgt. Steve Caton said the protest lasted about 90 minutes and did not involve any altercations. He could not explain why no fines were issued, but said police are âinvestigating the source of the gathering and its organizers.
At Rebel News, weâll always bring you the other side of the story and hereâs what I captured from that day.
Families, friends and strangers all banding together against âthe most restrictive measures in North Americaâ as Doug Ford puts it. It includes a clip of when I went live on our Instagram account where youâll get the front seat of liberty every week. Enjoy the show.
âThese are not temporary measures:â John Carpay gives powerful speech on lockdowns
https://www.rebelnews.com/these_are_not_temporary_measures_john_carpay_gives_powerful_speech_on_lockdowns
Albertans stick together. We always have.
You can look to the Fort McMurray wildfires, the Calgary floods and any of the hardships that we have faced over the course of our history. Political lines and dissenting opinions fade away the instant we know that another Albertan needs help.
In the face of crisis, Albertans have always had each otherâs backs.
Why then is Alberta, in the face of COVID and its endless restrictions, more divided than ever?
I think that bad leadership is to blame.
The pedantic and inconsistent crisis management of the provincial government has people feeling betrayed.
Worse still, when formal enquiries are made as to the scientific evidence informing the restrictions, we are treated as if this information is available on a need to know basis â and we simply don't need to know.
People want to get through this, but they need the facts to do so. The condescension towards dissenting Albertans from Premier Jason Kenney has only worsened the growing divide in Alberta.
Kenney was in Calgary to announce further restrictions yesterday, and over 100 protesters were in attendance calling for evidence-based measures and transparency.
Among them was Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms president John Carpay, who gave a powerful speech.
People at the protest shared the challenges and struggles they have been dealing with because of the seemingly endless restrictions.

Facebook permanently bans LifeSiteNews for sharing COVID-19 vaccine research
https://tnc.news/2021/05/05/facebook-permanently-bans-lifesitenews-for-sharing-covid-19-vaccine-research/
Facebook has taken another step towards a growing culture of censorship after it decided to permanently ban LifeSiteNews on Tuesday.
According to the outlet, its public Facebook page was unpublished by the platform without notice.
LifeSiteNews is a pro-life outlet dedicated to covering family and social issues. The website was originally started by the Canadian pro-life organization Campaign Life Coalition.
Facebook accused the outlet of publishing âfalse information about COVID-19 that could contribute to physical harmâ and âvaccine discouraging information on the platform.â
As an example of wrongdoing, Facebook cited an April 10, 2021 opinion piece the outlet had published on the alleged potential impacts of COVID-19 vaccines.
The opinion article, titled âCOVID vaccines can be deadly for some,â cites several reports and studies showing the adverse effects of certain COVID-19 vaccines. The article also goes on to list people who allegedly died after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine despite already having the virus beforehand.
âWe have known this day was coming for months now. Facebook has been silencing any voice that goes against their beliefs and agenda,â said LifeSiteNews Marketing Director Rebekah Roberts.
âOur LifeSiteNews Facebook page has been removed simply because we have shared reports of doctors, nurses, expert researchers, and even the former Pfizer VP speaking out against the COVID shots. Weâve also been tagged for the numerous articles we have shared making the connection between the COVID shots, and really all vaccines, and aborted baby cell lines.â
âAt this time, I encourage those of you who are still on Facebook, Twitter, and other Big Tech platforms to continue sharing LifeSiteNews articles with your friends and family, please!â
LifeSiteNews is also asking people to follow the website on alternative platforms like Telegram, Gab and Rumble to combat big techâs censorship.
In February, the outlet was also booted off YouTube after the platform had permanently deleted the websiteâs account. According to the platform, LifeSiteNews had ârepeatedlyâ violated its COVID-19 misinformation policy.
Canadaâs low vaccination rate sparks viral tweet by US actress Mia Farrow
https://tnc.news/2021/05/05/canadas-low-vaccination-rate-sparks-viral-tweet-by-us-actress-mia-farrow/
Award-winning US actress Mia Farrow tweeted on Tuesday that Canada needs Americaâs help to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, citing Canadaâs embarrassingly low full vaccination rate.
To date, Farrowâs tweet has received over 10,000 likes and nearly 1,500 retweets.
According to government data, as of April 30, 2021, only 2.55% of Canadaâs population has been fully vaccinated with two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Meanwhile, 29.3% of Canadaâs population has received at least one dose of the vaccine.
In response to Farrowâs tweet, a number of Canadian Twitter users voiced disappointment with Canadaâs vaccination rate.
âThank you. We are doing well after many delays. Approx 40% in Ontario have 1st dose but need MUCH more supply to ensure important groups like essential workers (teachers) are vaxxed asap,â wrote Twitter user C. Turner.
âThanks Mia. We are finally getting more vaccines but itâs been too slow and we could always use more . Nice of you to think of us,â tweeted Wendi Bloomenthal.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau recently addressed an advisory by Canadaâs National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) which recommended people who are healthy wait for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines like the Moderna vaccine.
The advisory was contrary to the federal governmentâs message to Canadians which is to get the first vaccine available for them.
According to Trudeau, the federal governmentâs advice âhas not changedâ despite NACIâs recommendation.
Aldous Huxley Foresaw Our Despots - Fauci, Gates, & The Vaccine Crusaders
https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/aldous-huxley-foresaw-our-despots-fauci-gates-vaccin-crusaders
In 1949, sometime after the publication of George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four, Aldous Huxley, the author of Brave New World (1931), who was then living in California, wrote to Orwell. Huxley had briefly taught French to Orwell as a student in high school at Eton.
Huxley generally praises Orwell's novel, which to many seemed very similar to Brave New World in its dystopian view of a possible future. Huxley politely voices his opinion that his own version of what might come to pass would be truer than Orwell's. Huxley observed that the philosophy of the ruling minority in Nineteen Eighty-Four is sadism, whereas his own version is more likely, that controlling an ignorant and unsuspecting public would be less arduous, less wasteful by other means. Huxley's masses are seduced by a mind-numbing drug, Orwell's with sadism and fear.
The most powerful quote In Huxley's letter to Orwell is this:
Within the next generation I believe that the world's rulers will discover that infant conditioning and narco-hypnosis are more efficient, as instruments of government, than clubs and prisons, and that the lust for power can be just as completely satisfied by suggesting people into loving their servitude as by flogging and kicking them into obedience.
Could Huxley have more prescient? What do we see around us?

NIH Hit With Lawsuit for Failing to Produce Documents Related to Controversial Gain-of-Function Research
https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/nih-hit-with-lawsuit-controversial-gain-of-function-research/
Last week, Center for Food Safety filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the National Institutes of Health (NIH), an agency with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Center for Food Safety is suing the agency over its failure to release government documents related to the approval and issuance of NIH contracts and grants that fund research projects involving controversial gain of function/gain of threat studies with dangerous, so-called âenhanced potential pandemic pathogens.â
âThe NIHâs refusal to make public the research it is funding to enhance the transmissibility, infectiousness and lethality of potential pandemic viruses is grossly irresponsible,â said Andrew Kimbrell, executive director of Center for Food Safety. âWe are litigating to get that information because transparency and public knowledge about these highly hazardous experiments could be an important step in avoiding the next pandemic.â
An enhanced, âlaboratory-generatedâ potential pandemic pathogen results from the enhancement of a potential pandemic pathogenâs transmissibility or virulence in humans. Gain of function/gain of threat studies, or research that improves the ability of a pathogen to cause disease, is a subset of life sciences research that most commonly involves the creation or use of enhanced potential pandemic pathogens.
Center for Food Safetyâs lawsuit focuses on the agencyâs withholding of records concerning NIHâs funding of proposed research that could create, transfer, or use enhanced potential pandemic pathogens for which additional review under HHSâ Framework for Guiding Funding Decisions about Proposed Research Involving Enhanced Potential Pandemic Pathogens (HHS P3CO Framework) is required.
âFOIA requires NIH to release records promptly. Unfortunately, the agency has failed to comply with FOIAâs statutory deadlines with respect to our request,â said Victoria Yundt, staff attorney at Center for Food Safety. âConsequently, NIH has unlawfully deprived the public of its statutory right to obtain records containing crucial information about government approval and funding of new and continued gain of function/gain of threat studies that consist of creating, transferring or using enhanced potential pandemic pathogens in U.S. laboratories, which â if released from a laboratory accident â could result in catastrophic consequences to the human environment.â
Without the requested records, Center for Food Safety cannot determine how many gain of function/gain of threat projects have been funded by the NIH, nor how many of these projects have undergone the proper review or comply with other federal laws and regulations.
NIHâs unlawful withholding of public records undermines FOIAâs basic purpose of government transparency. Center for Food Safety has a history of suing the federal government to compel agencies to be compliant with FOIA. Center for Food Safetyâs FOIA program is committed to upholding the principles embodied in FOIA, such as maintaining an open and transparent government.

âCOMPLICITâ â called a must-watch film for high schools, colleges, and communities to grapple with the unseen reality of 21st century âprogressââ follows the struggle of Yi Yeting, a young Chinese shipyard worker struggling with occupational leukemia and trying to obtain compensation from his employer.
Wanting to help others, Yi begins working at a nonprofit that assists workers with occupational illness and injuries. He discovers dozens of workers in his area who were poisoned while making smartphones as well as a leukemia cluster in the neighborhood surrounding Appleâs main supplier Foxconn.
âI hope that after watching âCOMPLICITâ viewers will feel a sense of increased connection to the workers that make the devices we consumers canât live without, and understand the risks associated with chemicals used during their production,â said White in announcing the filmâs release.
âAt Environmental Health Trust, we frequently speak about the effects of wireless technology on individual users. This film is important to learn about how the entire production process shortcuts safety in the name of a technology that no one demanded but everyone is now addicted to using,â said Dr. Devra Davis, founder and president of Environmental Health Trust
âIf we are going to be reliant on this technology, itâs imperative that information and telecommunications companies support the health and welfare of its workers and end users. We have to demand better from them.â
The film live stream, presented by Environmental Health Trust on Wednesday May 5 at 7:00 p.m. MT, is an opportunity to learn more about the human rights issues and human health issues associated with cell phones.
Interested viewers are encouraged to ask questions of Dr. Davis and Heather White following the screening.
Participants may join the screening virtually on Wednesday May 5, 7:00 p.m. MT.

The Fraudulent Use of PCR / RT-PCR Techniques for the Manipulation, Harm and, Ultimately, the Destruction of Humanity

A Scientific Analysis of the Significant Pitfalls Associated With the PCR / RT-PCR Techniques for the Alleged Detection of SARS-Cov-2 and Diagnosis of Covid-19
by Dr. Freedom, Contributing Writer for Truth Comes to Light
February 17, 2021
As someone with more than an adequate knowledge of the medical and clinical sciences along with some postgraduate research experience in genomic mapping using molecular genetics techniques, I would like to contribute to our understanding of this nucleic acid amplification method and how information derived from it could be very misleading when it is being used to diagnose purported âinfectionsâ in almost anything and everything nowadays.
Is it not amusing to find human swabs, samples of Coca Cola and some fruits all testing positive for âSars-Cov- 2â using the RT-PCR protocol whilst the kit instructions, the enclosed information leaflet, as well as the print on the box clearly inform the users that the test kit detects Sars-Cov-1 only?
I suspect that the âPCR testâ was intentionally chosen for its potential non-specificity. It can be a very useful technique for those wishing to control, mislead, impoverish and eliminate us as it is so easy to manipulate its protocol to suit different purposes.
It is an ideal tool to perpetrate massive deceptions.
Specific results could be generated based on specific requirements to meet certain political objectives in order to create the illusion of high and low rates of an imaginary, specific infection in different populations and appearing at different times.
Rolling trends of supposed Covid-19 infections, rolling trends of the stampeding of our rights and freedoms all in perfect harmony with the rolling trends of different vaccines presented as the only partial way out of our troubles whilst also being told that our lives might never get back to normal.
And to ensure that systematic analysis of results did not raise much suspicion with regards to bias; some degree of ânatural data variabilityâ could be fabricated through the incorporation of a certain percentage of negative test results.
The PCR can not diagnose anything useful at all.
In my opinion, being PCR positive is like testing humans for the presence of epithelial cells (which we all possess) and then confirming that indeed all humans have such cells but pretend that those cells are from a non-human or pathogenic microbial entity.
Allow me to make another analogy.

âDark Watersâ and Toxic Teflon: RFK, Jr. Interviews Attorney Who Took on DuPont
https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/the-defender-podcast-rfk-jr-interviews-attorney-rob-bilott-dupont/
The Defender is experiencing censorship on many social channels. Be sure to stay in touch with the news that matters by subscribing to our top news of the day. It's free.
Rob Bilott was a longtime pro-corporate lawyer who represented big chemical companies â until one day he received a letter from a farmer in Parkersburg, West Virginia, whose cows were dying.
Bilott, played by actor Mark Ruffalo in the film âDark Waters,â took on DuPont in what would become a landmark case exposing the harm caused by perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) or C8, a highly toxic man-made chemical used to make Teflon.
PFOA, classified by the World Health Organizationâs International Agency for Research on Cancer as âpossibly carcinogenic to humans,â is best known for its use in non-stick cookware. But itâs also widely used in a variety of other consumer products, including waterproof clothing and furniture, food packaging, self-cleaning ovens, airplanes, cars and firefighting foam.
Bilbott told Childrenâs Health Defense Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on the âRFK Jr The Defender Podcastâ that he soon learned Parkersburg had a massive DuPont plant and the dying cows, which belonged to Wilbur Tennant, were exposed to chemicals coming from a landfill owned by DuPont.
Bilbott said:
âWhen you looked at these videotapes, you could see white foaming water coming out of this landfill owned by DuPont. It had the big DuPont label on the discharge pipe. You could see cows standing in the white foaming water with tumors. Their teeth were black. There were pictures of dead animals. And it wasnât just the cows. It was the fish. It was the deer and other wildlife in the area.â
The damage C8 caused to the cows was nothing short of a horror movie. When Tennant examined his dead cows, he found deformed organs, discolored organs and stillborn calves.
And cows were not the only victims, notes Kennedy:
âDuPont had poisoned an entire community of 70,000 people and multiple water districts, and they had known for years that their PFOAs were in the water. They were in the dust that was in peopleâs homes. It was literally everywhere. And it was in the bodies and the blood supply. This is what they call a forever chemical. Itâs caused testicular cancer, kidney cancer and a whole lot of other diseases. And DuPont knew it.â

How the COVID vaccine is killing its victims
https://tapnewswire.com/2021/05/how-the-covid-vaccine-is-killing-its-victims/
Picture this: Contrary to medical claims, the genetic injection called âCOVID vaccinationâ forces cells of the body to produce not one, but hundreds of DIFFERENT proteins. Some of these proteins launch severe and fatal allergic reactions. Other foreign proteins stimulate the body to produce a powerful and continuing immune response that goes on too long; the person becomes severely ill or dies. Still other proteins, which are inherently needed by the body, are now viewed as evil intruders which must be neutralizedâŚ
Iâve written articles criticizing the COVID vaccine, from a number of perspectives. âCriticizingâ is too mild a word.
In this article, I want to examine a narrow claim about the COVID RNA vaccine: It instructs cells of the body to manufacture ONE AND ONLY ONE specific protein.
In fact, this is touted as THE major action of the genetic vaccine. Supposedly, that protein is similar to a protein in the purported SARS-CoV-2, and it âprepares and rehearses the body for the real thing.â
However, what guarantee do we have that the cells of the body are manufacturing only the one desired protein during the rehearsal?
How do we know the cells are always making the same protein?
Where is the proof? Where is the large confirmatory study that has examined thousands and thousands of human cells, from thousands of people who have been vaccinated?
I havenât been able to find such a study.
If it exists, where are the large follow-up studies, carried out by different teams of researchersâverifying or rejecting the original research?
Well, in the analogous area of GMO plants, which are injected with genetic material, long-time researcher and author, Jeffrey Smith, writes aboutâguess what?âthe runaway production of unintended proteins:
âFor example, long after Monsantoâs Roundup Ready corn had been consumed by hundreds of millions of people, a team led by Dr. Antoniou found more than 200 significant changes in its proteins and metabolites, compared to non-GMO corn of the same variety. Two of the compounds that increased are aptly named putrescine and cadaverine, because they produce the horrific smell of rotting dead bodies. More worrisome; they are also linked to higher risks of allergies and cancer. Another Monsanto GM corn has a new allergen and their cooked soy has up to seven times the level of a known soy allergen, compared to cooked non-GMO soy.â
There is more. Injected genetic materialâas in the COVID vaccineâcan cause ripple effects. Jeffrey Smith writes: ââŚback in 1999, a study showed widespread changes in the DNA due to gene insertion; but many GMO companies conveniently ignored the findings and continue to do so.â
âIn that study, scientists studying cystic fibrosis inserted a gene into human cells. Using a microarray, they discovered that the insertion âsignificantly affect[ed] up to 5% of the total genes in the array.â This means that the presence of a single foreign gene might change the expression of hundreds, possibly thousands of genes. In the case of the human cell being studied, the scientists were at a loss to determine the impact. âIn the absence of more biological information,â they wrote, âwe cannot discern which directions [genetic changes] are better or worse, since any of these may have positive or negative effectsâ.â
Getting the picture?
The simplistic portrait of the genetic insertion called âCOVID vaccineâ is ready-made propaganda for a gullible audience.

Since US-led Western dark forces renamed garden variety seasonal flu covid â what shows up annually with none of whatâs gone on since last year â weâve been lied to and mass deceived by ruling authorities in the West, their public health handmaidens, Pharma, and media press agents virtually daily.
Retired Professor of Holistic Medical Sciences, author of over 100 truth-telling books on health, Dr. Vernon Coleman pulls no punches on whatâs vital for everyone to know.
His most recent remarks come at a time of unparalleled state-sponsored deceit in support of a diabolical plot against human health and well-being.
Earlier, Coleman called covid âthe greatest hoax of the century.â
Itâs the most diabolical ever state-sponsored assault on health and well-being â whatâs already harmed millions of unwitting people in the West and elsewhere.
Coleman and other truth-telling health and scientific experts stress that thereâs no such thing as a safe and effective vaccine â no protection from a syringe against any disease.
Covid mRNA drugs and vaccines are designed to be hazardous to health, not the other way around.
Along with other aims, mass-jabbing for seasonal flu now called covid is a depopulation scheme â harm inflicted to play out short-and-longer-term.
Whatâs going on is THE cutting edge issue of our time â why Iâve devoted an enormous amount of time and energy discussing it.
Covid mass-jabbing will eliminate and otherwise harm countless millions of people in the West and elsewhere as long as the mother of scams continues unchecked.

Non-m-RNA vaccines are just as deadly as the mRNA ones.
Whatever be the type of the C19 vax, it should be noted that the primary mechanism is synthetic spike protein generation.
This leads to cytokine storms with the concomitant horrific end result â maiming and death. The vaxxed population serves as âsuper spreadersâ of spike proteins and/or toxins through their skin, breath, perspiration and touch. They infect and kill non-vaxxed people.
Bill-Gates-Vaccines-366x282b.jpegIn 2014, Bill Gates spoke about the urgent need to reduce population worldwide notably in the developing countries of Asia, Africa and South America. He said there should be a reduction of the worldâs population by 15% with meticulous reproductive healthcare products. Obviously, Gates was lying because it is most likely that the C19 vaccines should knock out at least 60% â 70% people in the world.
I wonât be surprised if the non-m-RNA vaccines in use in the developing nations turn out deadlier than the mRNA vaccines because most of the âuseless eatersâ (Globalistspeak) live in the undeveloped and developing nations.
I have a strong suspicion that lethal pathogens and deadly toxins are being or will be aerosol sprayed on populations to augment the adverse effects of the vax.

Alberta goes into hard lockdown while ICUs are used less than last year

EDMONTON, Alberta, May 5, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) â In a new round of COVID health measures announced yesterday, the Canadian province of Alberta has shuttered churches, closed schools, banned eating outdoors, and hindered many mom-and-pop shops from being able to make a living by limiting how many people can shop in their stores.
In a televised address usually only reserved for extreme natural disaster emergencies, Premier of Alberta Jason Kenney spoke to the province about the new measures, which are to be in place for âat least three weeks,â because of rising COVID-19 case counts.
âIf you can stay home, do so for the next three weeks,â Kenney said in his address.
âWe will not permit our health-care system to be overwhelmed. We must not, and we will not force our doctors and nurses to decide who gets care and who doesnât. And that is why we must act now to stop the spike.â
The new COVID-19 measures come about based mainly on PCR testing, the accuracy of which has been called into question.
Kenney had said Monday that he would bring in stronger measures after announcing new ones last week, which included possible curfews in âhot spots.â
The new measures in effect are province-wide, include shutting down all schools in all grades until May 25 and closing all restaurants for outdoor dining.
For areas described as âhigh caseâ regions of the province where there are more than â50 cases per 100,000 people, and with more than 30 active cases,â which in essence is the bulk of the province, there are more restrictions.
For these regions, church attendance size has been quashed to only 15 people, with funerals only allowed 10 people. Retail capacity has been cut to 10 percent of fire code, all sports and recreation are banned, and barbers and hair salons must close on May 9.
Despite all of the new measures, professional sports teams can continue under a âspecialâ exemption.
Alberta Governmentâs own data shows hospital bed and ICU utilization at five-year low
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/alberta-governments-own-data-shows-hospital-bed-and-icu-utilization-at-five-year-low
CALGARY, Alberta, May 6, 2021 (JCCF) â The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms today released extensive government data (see links and images throughout) showing that Albertaâs hospitals are not overcrowded, are in no immediate danger of being overwhelmed, and havenât been in serious danger of turning away patients for more than a year.
Alberta Government data contradicts the assertion of Premier Jason Kenney that further restrictions on Charter freedoms of association and peaceful assembly, and the shutdown of personal wellness, bars, restaurants and small businesses, are necessary to protect Albertaâs health-care system from being âoverwhelmed.â
On Tuesday, May 4, 2021 Jason Kenney announced a fourth wave of extreme lockdown measures including closing hair salons, tattoo shops, personal wellness services, schools, post-secondary institutions and outdoor patios, among other closures.
Evidence uncovered by the Justice Centre through Freedom of Information (FOI) requests reveal that regular hospital beds as well as Intensive Care Units were in significantly less demand and usage during 2020 and 2021 than in any year as far back as 2015. In fact, 2020 ICU admissions were at their lowest level since 2015.(FOI Request)
In January 2021, bed utilization was 90.12%, compared to 95.21% bed utilization in January 2020. The same pattern is repeated for February 2021, when Alberta was eleven months into lockdown restrictions. View the dataset.

Canada confirms second death linked to AstraZeneca, becomes first country to approve Pfizer for young teens
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/canada-confirms-second-death-linked-to-astrazeneca-becomes-first-country-to-approve-pfizer-for-young-teens
May 6, 2021 (Childrenâs Health Defense) â A 50-year-old woman from the Canadian province of Alberta died from a rare blood clot condition after receiving the AstraZeneca-Oxford vaccine, the provinceâs chief medical officer of health said.
In a statement Tuesday, Dr. Deena Hinshaw said the woman died of vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT). It was Canadaâs second confirmed death of VITT linked to the vaccine.
Though extremely rare, VITT differs from a typical blood clot because it can cause both cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) â where veins that drain blood from the brain are obstructed ââ and fatal bleeding.
According to CBC News, Canada has reported seven cases of blood clots following immunization with AstraZeneca, but public health officials maintain the benefits of the vaccine outweigh the potential risks.
In a statement Wednesday, Alberta Health said they will continue to administer AstraZenecaâs COVID vaccine. âThis does not change the risk assessment previously communicated to Albertans.â
As The Defender reported April 7, European regulators found a âpossible linkâ between AstraZenecaâs COVID vaccine and âvery rareâ blood clots, but concluded the benefits of the vaccine still outweigh the risks.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) did not recommend restricting use of the vaccine based on age, gender or other risk factors, but did say cases of blood clotting after vaccination âshould beâ listed as a possible side effect, according to a statement issued by the agencyâs safety committee.
This occurred after more than 20 countries suspended AstraZeneca vaccinations due to reports of deaths and injuries â in most cases related to blood clots â in healthy people who received the vaccine.
On April 20, the EMA also identified a possible link between Johnson & Johnsonâs COVID vaccine â which uses similar adenovirus technology â and rare blood clots, but said overall benefits still outweigh risks.

AstraZeneca gets pushback for CEO salary increase
AstraZeneca is facing scrutiny after plans were revealed to award its CEO, Pascal Soriot, a large increase in bonuses. Investor advisory groups Pirc, Glass Lewis and Institutional Shareholder Services flagged concerns over efforts to raise the maximum share bonus Soriot can receive under a long-term plan from 550% of his ÂŁ1.3m base salary to 650%.
The company also plans to increase Soriotâs maximum annual bonus to 250% of his salary from 200%, based on reaching performance targets.
Neville White, head of responsible investment policy and research at EdenTree Investment Management and AstraZeneca shareholder, described the proposed bonus increases as âobsceneâ and said he would vote against them. âIt is obviously tricky, because Pascal is both a hero and an antihero at the moment,â White said.
The vote to increase pay comes as AstraZenecaâs vaccine is linked to numerous cases of rare blood clots, some of which resulted in death, litigation over COVID supply shortages and losses during the first quarter.
Canada first country to approve Pfizer vaccine for young teens
Health Canada said the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is now safe to give to children ages 12 and up, making Canada the first country in the world to approve giving COVID vaccines to younger age groups. Dr. Supriya Sharma, chief medical adviser for Health Canada, confirmed the approval.
Pfizer released preliminary results from a U.S. vaccine study in March of 2,260 volunteers between 12 and 15 years old, showing no COVID cases among those fully vaccinated. Sharma said this was evidence the vaccine was safe and effective in the 12-15 age group.
As The Defender reported Tuesday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is preparing to authorize use of Pfizerâs COVID vaccine in U.S. adolescents 12 to 15 years old by early next week. Pfizer plans to apply for EUA in September to administer itâs COVID vaccine to children between the ages of 2 and 11.
The vaccine is currently authorized in the U.S for emergency use in people 16 and older.
Manitoba working on QR code technology that could be used to track vaccination status
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/manitoba-working-on-qr-code-technology-that-could-be-used-to-track-vaccination-status
May 6, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) â The Canadian province of Manitoba may be looking into creating a type of COVID-19 vaccine record card enabled by QR code, which could be used as a sort of digital âvaccine passportâ according to a source who works with the government.
In an interview with LifeSiteNews, a source within Manitoba Shared Healthâs IT department spoke on the condition of anonymity about new QR code capabilities being developed for COVID-19 vaccine cards.
The source said that information he has seen appears to show the new type of computer program using QR code technology dubbed âVaxcard.â
A QR code is a form of a barcode which links to information and was invented 1994. It is widely used for a variety of applications.
The âVaxcardâ technology appears to be in a ânear releaseâ stage of development, and for now does not include phone applications, although the source told LifeSiteNews a phone app is âlikely.â
âI get to see a lot of these systems before they are released, and it was brought up on our team, we were working on this. It can be used to generate a QR code with a link to the Manitoba [government] website and list vaccine records and status of COVID-19 vaccine stats, or possibly be used for other shots, as well,â said the source.
He is not sure how much the QR code âVaxcardâ is common knowledge among government workers, but he has concerns over what it could morph into.
The source told LifeSiteNews that he is concerned the introduction of a QR code to a vaccine card could eventually lead to some type of full blown âCOVID passport,â or be integrated into any potential future ones at the federal level.
The source shared a screenshot of a test page of both a QR code sample, as well as a test âconsentâ page which shows what one must agree to in order to obtain a âVaxcard.â
The test page text states, âI understand that every time the QR code on my immunization card is scanned, Manitobaâs Department of Health and Seniors Care will disclose my personal health information (full name, date of most recent COVID-19 vaccination and type of vaccination received) to the third party scanning the QR code.â
The image of the consent page goes on to state that by âpresenting the QR code on my Immunization Card to a third party to be scanned, I consent to this disclosure by Manitobaâs Department of Health and Seniors Care to the third party scanning the QR code.â
âI understand that every separate instance of scanning the QR code on my immunization Card is considered a separate disclosure and that for each instance where I present my Immunization Card to be scanned, I am consenting to this disclosure by Manitobaâs Department of Health and Seniors Care,â reads the consent message.
It is not clear what types of âthird partiesâ would constitute having a need for oneâs COVID-19 vaccine status, but it appears to be VeroSource Solutions, which already works with Manitobaâs Department of Health and Seniors Care on its new online proof-of-immunization records service, introduced in February.
VeroSource was founded in 2014, with a âdream of putting healthcare information in the hands of people and families.â
According to VeroSourceâs website, âCitizens are now able to securely access their COVID-19 immunization history, in addition to their COVID-19 test results, using the VeroSource cloud service.â
The Manitoba government already has available to its residents a page where one can ask to access personal âCOVID-19â vaccine records. Once registered, it is possible to print COVID-19 vaccine record. This registry system uses VeroSource software.
The Manitoba government website does state, however, that they are developing âa more permanent record of immunizationâ for the future. âManitoba is developing a secure, more permanent card that will be available later this spring. More information will be provided as soon as possible.â
When asked about this note on the government website, the source said that it could very well be the coming QR code card that is in the works, as it fits well with the timelines of the project.

LifeSiteNews reached out to the Ministry of Health for the Manitoba government, asking about its âmore permanent card,â and if there are any plans for a type of local âvaccine passport.â
As of press time, there has been no reply.
The Manitoba government website does state that all âManitobans should have access to their personal health information. Your employer or other companies or organizations should not ask you for proof of immunization.
It is not clear if the new âVaxcardâ system will replace the current vaccine access system in place.
âI feel like this is something I should warn people about, I just donât want to get canceledâ
The source told LifeSiteNews that he disclosed the information about the QR code âVaxcardâ because he could not in good conscience go along with what his government is âcurrently working onâ when it comes to COVID-19 vaccine cards.
He also stated that he thinks the current COVID-19 situation in his home province of Manitoba has been exasperated by a provincial government that has not done its part to increase hospital capacity.
He said that he sees the warning signs of his provincial COVID QR code as being used as a jumping point into a full-blown âvaccine passport.â
âWeâve managed to make people distrust each other on both ends of the spectrum. Iâm not an anti-vaxxer at all, I hate politics in general, I never really choose a side, their sole job to be protect peopleâs rights,â the source told LifeSiteNews.
âI was privy to the information â most of the people on the team were pretty compliant about it, saying things like, âThis kind of stuff is necessary,â and buying into the propaganda. I feel like this is something I should warn people about, but I just donât want to get canceled.â
The source said that when it comes to COVID-19 vaccines, he prefers to call them âexperimental injectionsâ and will not be seeking to get one, although there is internal pressure for all workers to do so.
âWeâre adults, we donât need to the government to hold our hands all the time,â said the source.
Currently, no Canadian province has implemented any type of âvaccine passport.â However, most allow people to access their vaccine status online.
At the federal level, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau recently said his government is âright nowâ working on âcertificates of vaccinationâ for travel with its allies, saying they are to be âexpected.â
Jay Cameron, a lawyer with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), told LifeSiteNews that any introduction of a âvaccine passportâ in Canada would violate oneâs rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
âUnder the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Canadians have a fundamental right to make decisions regarding their own bodies. The Charter also protects the fundamental freedoms of conscience and religion, and a Charter right to enter and leave their own country freely. COVID vaccine passports would violate all of these Charter protections,â said Cameron.
COVID deaths are down 80% in Alberta, so why lock down harder now?
https://www.rebelnews.com/covid_deaths_are_down_80_per_cent_in_alberta_so_why_lock_down_harder_now
Alberta Premier Jason Kenney has decided to follow in the footsteps of his fellow Canadian premiers, throwing his province into a strict lockdown. But just because everyone else is doing it, does that make it the right decision? Are these new measures put in place going to help, or are they just restricting the rights and freedoms of their population in a vain effort to make it seem like they're doing something?
These are the types of questions that Ezra was trying to get to the bottom of on yesterday's episode of The Ezra Levant Show.
Wondering about why these restrictions were put in place now, Ezra said:
I'm not happy that five people a day are dying from COVID, but it's nowhere near the leading cause of death in that province. And as you can see in the government's own graph, it's pretty much the rate of death since the beginning of the whole thing last year â except for that big spike in December and January when it was 25 deaths per day.
So, it's down by 80 per cent from 90 days ago, so why is the government locking everyone down now? See the graph for yourself. The death rate was flat, it's off the spike from December and January, so why panic?
I know why. Because âcasesâ are up, they say.
But what's a case? Someone who tests positive, but doesn't even get sick? That's counts as a case, you know. Someone who gets sick, but it's so mild it's over in a couple days like the regular flu and then they're naturally immune to it, that's a case too, you know.
Trudeau laughs off âtinfoil hatsâ criticizing Liberal online censorship plan

Justin Trudeau dismissed Conservative criticism of his online censorship bill in Parliament yesterday, commenting on âthe tinfoil hats on the other side of the aisleâ before claiming that Liberal support for free speech online is ânot negotiable.â
The prime minister's insult was in reference to debate on Bill C-10, An Act To Amend The Broadcasting Act. The Act would grant federal agencies power to censor user-generated content on the Internet.
Blacklock's Reporter published the exchange between MP Michael Barrett and the prime minister:
Conservative MP Michael Barrett (Leeds-Grenville, Ont.) called the bill an attempt at âsilencing Canadians onlineâ at services like YouTube. âWill the Prime Minister tell us how long it will be before every aspect of Canadian life must conform to his Liberal vision of Canadian society?â asked MP Barrett.
âThe tinfoil hats on the other side of the aisle are really quite spectacular,â replied Trudeau. The Prime Minister said free speech online âis not negotiable by our government.â
You can watch the full exchange here:
Earlier this week, Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault quoted a lobby group to support his push for the online censorship bill in the House of Commons, but failed to mention that the group had received a five-year grant from his own department

Kate Oseen (@katejoseen) is a social media influencer who is using her online voice to combat human trafficking in all its forms. Kate originally became aware of human trafficking through her work in the clothing industry. Ethical fashion was always a priority for Kate, but as she started to learn more about the realities surrounding trafficked labour, she began directing more of her energy towards addressing human trafficking and human rights abuses at large.
Kate is a prolific Instagram poster. Her content ranges from thought-provoking quotes and video clips to elucidatory infographics. She often calls out Big Tech for its complicit participation in the distribution of child sexual abuse material, and she is working to ensure that these companies will be held accountable for their actions.

Cancel culture is also a subject of Kateâs sharp critiques. Her content includes exploring how much good we could do if social outrage was directed towards truly horrific human rights abuses, instead of the latest Hollywood gossip.
Kate is also a voice in the wilderness when it comes to the dangers associated with youth being exposed to the internet. Parents, grandparents, and educators often simply do not have the knowledge required to keep their youth safe on the internet. Kate helps bridge that gap.
I think Kate is an essential follow, no matter who you are. She is virtually unique in her scope. No one else has their finger on the pulse of human trafficking and the darker corners of the internet quite like she does. Her posts are both aesthetically stunning and culturally vital. The state continues its war on religion by shutting Trinity Bible Chapel church
https://www.rebelnews.com/the_state_continues_its_war_on_religion_by_shutting_trinity_bible_chapel_church
Sadly, Trinity Bible Chapel in little St. Jacobs, Ont., is the latest church to be raided by law enforcement and have its locks changed, after a judge granted a temporary injunction preventing future services from occurring there.
This heavy-handed measure was done at the behest of the Attorney Generalâs office, which apparently looks upon Trinity Bible Chapel as a super-spreader venue, given that the church was âillegallyâ allowing more than 10 congregants into the chapel for services. Oddly, for some reason, the Attorney General apparently has absolutely no issue with even greater numbers of people cramming into various Walmarts, Costcos, and of course, government-owned and operated LCBO outlets. But then again, Premier Doug Ford moves in mysterious waysâŚ
Nevertheless, in his findings, Justice John Krawchenko stated: âThe risk of irreparable harm would be too great to ignoreâ if the church were allowed to remain open and admit more than 10 persons into the venue. Oddly, no evidence was provided that places of worship are hotspots for Wuhan virus transmission.
As well, Trinity Bible Chapel has been nailed with millions of dollars in fines for defying the ludicrously named âReopening Ontario Act.â And in an exclusive interview with Rebel News, pastor Jacob Reaume says law enforcement is carrying out intimidation tactics against the members of Trinity Bible Chapel. According to Pastor Reaume, members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service have recorded the licence plate numbers of church attendees. The police then later go to congregantsâ private residences â typically late at night â to serve these people with fines. Apparently, there is no real crime occurring in this neck of the woodsâŚ
But Pastor Reaume has no intention of bending the knee. Church services will indeed continue, even if it means conducting such services in the parking lot. After all, unlike GraceLife Church in Spruce Grove, Alta., the authorities havenât fenced off Trinity Bible Chapel. Well, at least, not yetâŚ
Quebec to issue digital proof of vaccination through QR codes
https://www.rebelnews.com/quebec_to_issue_digital_proof_of_vaccination_through_qr_codes
Quebec Premier Francois Legault announced today that the Quebec government would begin issuing digital proof of vaccination, in another step towards the introduction of vaccine passports for Canadians.
Speaking at a press conference today, Premier Legault declared through a translator, âI'm following up with the electronic proof of vaccination will be, actually, a QR code that will be supplied by email to Quebecers.â
âSo as of next Thursday, May 13, people who have already received one dose, or who will go get vaccinated, will receive, gradually, an email asking if they want to get electronic proof of vaccination â the QR code.â
A paper proof of vaccination, the premier said, will continue to be provided on-site after an individual receives a vaccination.
Anticipating questions regarding the likelihood of vaccine passports, Premier Legault added that âanswering in advance, we have asked public health to do intensive work on this. So we will come back to you shortly to talk about the use of this proof of vaccines.â
The topic of vaccine passports has caused controversy as critics say it could cause unwarranted infringement on civil liberties. At one point, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was even critical of the concept of a passport for COVID vaccines, saying that he felt the system could raise issues of inequality.
âThe idea of certificates of vaccination for domestic use does bring in questions of equity,â the prime minister said on March 12. âThere are questions of fairness and justice. There could be discrimination.â
In May, Trudeau changed his tone.
Deferring to decisions made by Canada's allies on requiring a vaccine passport, Trudeau said that his government was âlooking very carefully at it, hoping to align with allied countries.â
"We are looking very carefully at it, hoping to align with allied countries," he said.
Bloc Quebecois leader Yves-Francois Blanchet was also supportive of vaccine proof, saying that âwe should recognize the jurisdiction of every country or territory to define what is a safe vaccination or not,â adding that the country could then âallow the circulation of people who carry proof of that.â
Quebec has reported just under 355,000 cases of COVID-19, the second highest total by province in Canada, though it's recorded the highest number of deaths at nearly 11,000. The province has been under a strict lockdown, which includes a curfew, for several months.

PayPal, the online credit card processor, just cut off Rebel News.
I really need your help. I hate to say it, but this could actually destroy us. We use PayPal to process about a million dollars a year. That covers half of our staff payroll. This could force us to lay off staff, which obviously we must not do. We just hired some great new reporters.
Weâre doing our most important work ever, both our journalism and our civil liberties work. So, Iâm not just worried about Rebel News. We're currently fundraising for civil liberties lawyers to help more than 1,100 low-income people who have received lockdown tickets. PayPal banning us would harm our ability to keep our promise to those people.
WHAT DID PAYPAL DO?
PayPal has been acting very strange. Weâve had a six-year business relationship with them, processing more than 150,000 transactions, totalling more than 8 million dollars. Weâre a big client. But with no notice at all, they just breached the contract. They ambushed us. They sent us a form letter, by email, after business hours, on a Friday night before the weekend.
It wasnât even signed by anyone, it had no contact info, there was no way to appeal it, no explanation, it just said we were cancelled. You can see that email for yourself:

Toronto passes motion to urge feds to replace âwhite and maleâ politicians on currency
https://tnc.news/2021/05/06/toronto-passes-motion-to-urge-feds-to-replace-white-and-male-politicians-on-currency/
Toronto City Council has unanimously voted in support of a motion that will see the city urge the Bank of Canada and the Royal Canadian Mint to replace âwhite and maleâ politicians on Canadaâs currency.
The motion, which was introduced by Coun. Paul Ainslie and seconded by Coun. Kristyn Wong-Tam, was voted on by the council on Thursday.
âIn the pursuit to better reflect a more heterogeneous and inclusive society this Motion speaks to our currency being overrepresented by politicians, most of whom are white and male, underrepresenting persons who have contributed to other fields of great importance to our society,â writes Coun. Ainslie.
âOur currency does not reflect our current multiracial, gender diverse and multicultural reality as a nation.â
In his motion, Ainslie cites US President Joe Bidenâs move to have civil rights hero Harriet Tubman replace former president Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill.
âThe Biden administration is also considering special coin and bill issues which will give prominence to those who championed womenâs rights as well as civil and voting rights. Those being considered include Lucretia Mott, Sojourner Truth, Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Alice Paul, Martin Luther King Jr. and Marian Anderson,â argues Ainslee.
Ainslee also cites the fact that although much of Canadaâs currency features a woman, Queen Elizabeth II, Ainslee notes that it is âdue to her position as Head of State, and not because she is a woman.â
In 2016, the Bank of Canada revealed a new $10 bill featuring Canadian black rights activist Viola Desmond.
The Bank of Canada website claims that change was made to highlight âthe diverse and important contributions women have made in shaping Canadaâs history.â
Currency is not the only thing on Torontoâs social justice chopping block. Recently, the city put out a job advertisement to hire Museum coordinators in order to âdecolonizeâ the cityâs museum system.
âIf you are committed to inclusive practices, this will be an exciting opportunity for you to join the Toronto History Museumsâ team as we embark on an ambitious and intentional change journey to decolonize the Cityâs museums and create community spaces that are inclusive to all,â writes the job advertisement.
Medical journal calls for Ivermectin to be âglobally & systematically deployedâ
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/medical-journal-calls-for-ivermectin-to-be-globally-systematically-deployed
May 6, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) ââ The American Journal of Therapeutics has published a research paper calling for ivermectin â a drug which has been maligned and suppressed as a coronavirus treatment â to be âglobally & systematically deployedâ as a treatment for COVID-19.
This comes as welcome news as local jurisdictions and governments worldwide seek to establish policies which would enforce mandatory vaccinations in order for citizens to participate fully in society. Many have wondered if perhaps governments and Big Pharma have an agenda to push the vaccine while eliminating cheaper, more effective ways of treating the coronavirus.
In an article titled âReview of the Emerging Evidence Demonstrating the Efficacy of Ivermectin in the Prophylaxis and Treatment of COVID-19,â the studyâs authors found large, statistically significant reductions in mortality and recovery time in addition to âsignificantly reduced risks of contracting COVID-19 with the regular use of ivermectin.â
They also cite many examples of âivermectin distribution campaigns leading to rapid population-wide decreases in morbidity and mortality,â prompting them to conclude that as an oral agent, ivermectin is âeffective in all phases of COVID-19.â
In December, the Associated Press (AP) sought to invalidate growing claims that ivermectin âhas a miraculous effectiveness that obliteratesâ the transmission of COVID-19 and will prevent people from getting sick.â
The U.S Food & Drug Administration (FDA) continues to warn U.S consumers that ivermectin should not be used to treat or prevent COVID-19.
Despite the FDAâs negative stance, in January the National Institutes of Health (NIH) upgraded their recommendation for the drug, making it an option for use in treating COVID-19 within the United States. Last August, NIH had recommended against the use of ivermectin for COVID-19, despite mounting studies and anecdotal reports concerning the often miraculous outcomes associated with the drugâs use.
Vast evidence of success using ivermectin against COVID-19
In contrast with the increasing number of deaths and other very troubling, debilitating medical side effects associated with taking COVID vaccines, numerous studies have reported low rates of adverse events from using ivermectin to treat the virus.
According to the authors, the efficacy of ivermectin in COVID-19 is supported by the following:
Since 2012, multiple in vitro studies have demonstrated that ivermectin inhibits the replication of many viruses, including influenza, Zika, Dengue, and others.
Ivermectin inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication and binding to host tissue through several observed and proposed mechanisms.
Ivermectin has potent anti-inflammatory properties with in vitro data demonstrating profound inhibition of both cytokine production and transcription of nuclear factor-ÎşB (NF-ÎşB), the most potent mediator of inflammation.
Continues
Ivermectin significantly diminishes viral load and protects against organ damage in multiple animal models when infected with SARS-CoV-2 or similar coronaviruses.
Ivermectin prevents transmission and development of COVID-19 disease in those exposed to infected patients
Ivermectin hastens recovery and prevents deterioration in patients with mild to moderate disease treated early after symptoms.
Ivermectin hastens recovery and avoidance of ICU admission and death in hospitalized patients.
Ivermectin reduces mortality in critically ill patients with COVID-19.
Ivermectin leads to temporally associated reductions in case fatality rates in regions after ivermectin distribution campaigns.
The safety, availability, and cost of ivermectin are nearly unparalleled given its low incidence of important drug interactions along with only mild and rare side effects observed in almost 40 years of use and billions of doses administered.
The World Health Organization has long included ivermectin on its âList of Essential Medicines.â
âIn the context of ivermectinâs long-standing safety record, low cost, and wide availability along with the consistent, reproducible, large magnitude of findings on transmission rates, need for hospitalization, and mortality, widespread deployment in both prevention and treatment has been proposed,â note the authors.
âBased on the totality of the trials and epidemiologic evidence presented in this review,â they conclude, âivermectin should be globally and systematically deployed in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.â
Earlier this year, YouTube removed videos of a Senate hearing on COVID-19 treatments from a U.S. senatorâs official account. The Google-owned video platform claimed the videos violated the COVID-19 misinformation policy.
One of the now-deleted clips was of Dr. Pierre Kory, who is a founding member of Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), âa group of highly published leaders in critical careâ seeking to stop excessive mortality from COVID-19. FLCCC has developed a treatment regimen incorporating ivermectin, which the group says has led to up to 83% lower-than-average COVID-19 death rates in hospitals that have applied it.
In the hearing, Kory testified, âIn the last three to four months, emerging publications provide conclusive data on the profound efficacy of the anti-parasite, anti-viral drug, anti-inflammatory agent called ivermectin in all stages of the disease.â
âIvermectin is highly safe, widely available, and low cost,â he said. âWe now have data from over 20 well-designed clinical studies, 10 of them randomized, controlled trials, with every study consistently reporting large magnitude and statistically significant benefits in decreasing transmission rates, shortening recovery times, decreasing hospitalizations, or large reductions in deaths.â

CALGARY, Alberta, May 6, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) â A Canadian city councillor has bizarrely suggested that a host of a party that does not conform to COVID-19 rules could face manslaughter charges if a guest gets sick and dies from the Wuhan coronavirus.
âThe assumption coming out of Osgoode Hall (a prestigious Canadian law school) is people who are holding parties where, somebody dies of COVID, leading to a COVID death, could be charged with manslaughter. Is that something that we should be talking about?â Calgary city councillor Druh Farrell said Monday in a committee meeting.
Farrell made the remark as a form of a question directed at Mark Neufeld, Calgary Police services chief.
In response, Neufeld said that her question was âprobably the $50,000 dollar question,â noting that manslaughter charges flouting lockdown rules donât line up with the Canadian criminal code let alone the constitution.
Farrellâs reference came after Lisa Dufraimont of York Universityâs Osgoode Hall law school suggested a recent judgeâs ruling meant coronavirus rule breakers could face such charges.
âAnd if in fact it does cause someoneâs death, as the judge said, then that could amount to manslaughter,â Dufraimont said last week as reported in the Globe and Mail.
British Columbia Judge Justice Ellen Gordon had handed a man a fine of $5,000, 18 months of probation, and one day in jail after he plead guilty to holding a party of 78 people in his condominium, contrary to local COVID-19 rules.
Gordon said the manâs party was âa crime, not a party.â
Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi has been a strong advocate for extreme COVID-19 lockdown measures, recently saying he is âfrustratedâ that many COVID-19 related fines are being tossed by the courts.
âI'm calling on the court system to take this as seriously as the police do,â said Nenshi, as reported by the CBC.
According to the same CBC report, Neufeld said public protests are not prohibited by the current COVID-19 restrictions, adding that the province told the police to ânot to fill the courts with $100 mask bylaw tickets and to be more strategic in the enforcement. So we've done that and it may be reflected in the numbers.â
Nenshi was pleased with harsh lockdowns restrictions announced by Alberta Premier Jason Kenney on Tuesday. Those restrictions shutter churches, schools, sports, and outdoor dining.
The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) last year said they would file legal action against Nenshi and the city after he threatened to impose a 28-day âcircuit breakerâ lockdown on Calgarians.
âYour threat to lockdown the City of Calgary is a gross usurpation of authority. There is no statutory authority for your proposed exercise of this power, nor historical precedent for the use of such extraordinary authority in the history of this nation by an official such as yourself,â the JCCF said at the time.
