There was a Canada-wide EBS test scheduled for today, 5/5 at 1:55 (or 10:55 or 12:55, etc. depending on time zone,)

Many were cancelled, several went out as planned. Some of the provinces that cancelled the test had recently (3 days - 3 weeks) sent out EBS messages, perhaps they didn't need the test for this reason. Interestingly, the next round is scheduled for 11/17.
