Good. A lot of large multinationals are doing it now, they are just keeping quiet about it.
At work, which is a large multinational, famous for manufacturing a world known suv/offroad vehicle, we have diversity quotas at all levels (at least within my department).
They tried to make diversity hiring tied to our bonus, but some unknown actor stopped it.
Any company that has "diversity & inclusion" anywhere on any of its websites needs to be boycotted straight up.
