Enough Fentanyl to Kill 3 Million Americans Already Seized by Northern Border Patrol Since October

Data on drug seizure statistics cis tracked by the US Customs and Border Protection.

A lethal dose of Fentanyl is 2 milligrams. So far over 14 pounds have been seized by US Border Patrol on the Northern Border. Although this represents a small portion of the almost 540 pounds seized by US Border Patrol (North, South and Coastal) this year, lethal drugs like Fentanyl and Heroin seized specifically on the Northern Border have been steadily increasing since 2018.

This comes from the DHS in their Northern Border Strategy documents.

This document states:

“The most common threat to U.S. public safety along the Northern Border continues to be the bi-directional flow of illicit drugs. Transnational criminal organizations (TCOs) are also active along the border and they continually adapt their drug production, smuggling methods, and routes to avoid detection by U.S. and Canadian law enforcement.”

The plan highlights the challenges that are unique to the Northern Border such as, “The topography along mountainous parts of the Northern Border is occasionally exploited by smugglers flying private aircraft at low altitude to evade radar detection, but there are no reports to suggest that the tactic is employed on a large scale.”

Drug seizures made by Office of Field Operations operating in legal land ports of entry, airports, seaports etc. have already seized almost 500 pounds of hard drugs including Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Fentanyl and Heroin since October 2020.

With another 324 pounds of these drugs being seized by the US Border Patrol, that accounts for over 800 pounds of illicit drugs coming through our Northern Border just this year. 575 pounds of cocaine, 225 pounds of methamphetamine, 17 pounds of fentanyl, and 6 pounds of heroin when the numbers are broken down.

Although the crises on the US Southern Border is much bigger and more complex, we must not forget the Northern Border is exploitable as well.

Today, the Oversight Board upheld Facebook’s suspension of former US President Donald Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. As we stated in January, we believe our decision was necessary and right, and we’re pleased the board has recognized that the unprecedented circumstances justified the exceptional measure we took.

However, while the board has not required Facebook to immediately restore Mr. Trump’s accounts, it has not specified the appropriate duration of the penalty. Instead, the board criticized the open-ended nature of the suspension, calling it an “indeterminate and standardless penalty,” and insisted we review our response. We will now consider the board’s decision and determine an action that is clear and proportionate. In the meantime, Mr. Trump’s accounts remain suspended.

Israel’s president gives centrist Yair Lapid mandate to form government after PM Netanyahu misses deadline

The president of Israel, Reuven Rivlin, has asked opposition leader Yair Lapid to form a government after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu failed to secure enough support to form a coalition.

Lapid, the chairman of the centrist Yesh Atid party will have a 28-day mandate to form a government. He has so far received 56 recommendations from lawmakers from across Israel’s 120-seat Knesset.

The politician has pledged to rotate as prime minister with Naftali Bennett, the chairman of the right-wing Yamina party, who has seven recommendations.

Rivlin made the announcement in a televised speech on Wednesday, saying it was clear Lapid could form a government, given the support for him in the Knesset.

Israel, which has held four elections in two years, has been “caught in a maze – if not a political crisis,” the president said.

Earlier on Wednesday, Bennett urged all political parties to form a “broad emergency government” in order to avoid a fifth election.

At midnight local time on Tuesday, Netanyahu, Israels longest-serving leader, missed the deadline to form a government.

His right-wing Likud party won 30 seats in the Knesset in the March election, making it the largest party, ahead of Yesh Atid, which took 17 seats.

White House health expert Anthony Fauci may have quite some time remaining to rule as “master” of all things Covid-19 as he told CNN that Americans are “at least halfway through” the pandemic.

“We've really got to not declare victory prematurely,” Fauci told CNN host Wolf Blitzer on Tuesday. “So we're in the late innings, but it's not over. That's the thing we've got to get people to appreciate.”

Pressed by Blitzer to be more specific, in baseball terms, how soon the pandemic will end for Americans, Fauci said, “the bottom of the sixth.” That would mean the battle is more than 60% completed – unless the game can somehow be extended into extra innings.

Critics of Fauci, who is chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden, found no encouragement in the doctor's comments. “Time to pull Dr. Fauci off the mound,” US Representative Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said on Twitter, continuing with the baseball analogy.

The New Zealand parliament has expressed ‘grave concern’ about China’s alleged treatment of Uighur Muslims but, in a break from its Five Eyes spy network partners, the government has refused to call it a genocide.

The divide between New Zealand and its Western partners was outlined during a parliamentary session on Wednesday, as politicians unanimously backed a motion expressing “grave concern” about allegations of human rights violations against Uighur Muslims.

The declaration only managed to secure the support of MPs after Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s left-wing Labor Party ensured the motion contained no reference to claims of a genocidal act by Beijing against the minority group, claims that are accepted by some of New Zealand’s closest allies.

Three members of the Five Eyes intelligence alliance, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States have directly claimed that China’s behavior towards Uighurs in Xinjiang province constitutes genocide but, so far, Australia and New Zealand have cautiously refused to go that far.

The deputy leader of the right-wing ACT New Zealand party, Brooke van Velden, criticized Ardern’s government for failing to follow other countries in claiming a genocide is taking place, saying it’s “intolerable” that the parliament refused to use the label.

The world is looking to us now to see what standard we are going to set. Can the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) play us off as the weakest link in the Western Alliance?

China’s embassy in New Zealand has not commented on the motion passed by parliament but, previously, Beijing has strongly refuted claims of a genocide or even mistreatment of Uighurs.

Speaking in March, China’s foreign minister, Wang Yi, declared that allegations of genocide against Uighurs is “ridiculously absurd” and a “complete lie.”

The Chinese government has offered to welcome UN officials that have raised concerns about what’s happening in Xinjiang but, so far, that proposed visit has not taken place, amid negotiations over potential restrictions on what individuals would be allowed to see and visit.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors At It Again – Won’t Provide Routers Requested by Auditors of County’s 2020 Election Results

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is at it again. Silently they have decided not to provide routers to the audit team attempting to audit the county’s 2.1 million votes and machines used in the 2020 Election.

We’ve seen this time and again since the November 2020 election where the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) decided not to comply with reasonable requests related to the 2020 election and now again. The Arizona Daily Independent reports:

Maricopa County officials have not fully complied with the State Senate’s election audit subpoenas, a decision made to avoid causing a “significant security risk” to data utilized by numerous law enforcement agencies, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said Monday.

“We had previously believed that the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not producing it. But we were informed that redaction did not eliminate the risk,” Deputy County Attorney Joseph LaRue wrote in a letter to Senate Audit Liaison Ken Bennett. “We also learned that if criminal elements or others gained access to this data, it might compromise county and federal law enforcement efforts and put the lives of law enforcement personnel at risk.”

The letter from LaRue was prompted by Bennett’s comments to KFYI’s James T. Harris on Monday that Maricopa County officials are not in compliance with subpoenas signed by Senate President Karen Fann and Senate Judiciary Chair Warren Petersen. A judge ruled in February the legislative subpoenas are valid.

Of course, this is likely not the real reason these routers are being withheld.

We’ve seen the MCBOS do this kind of stuff in the past. When the Senate decided they wanted to perform an audit of the County’s results, the MCBOS sued the Senate to stop it. After the Senate updated the law so it was clear that they had the right to audit election results, the judge in the case opined that the MCBOS had to allow the Senate to perform an audit.

The MCBOS then claimed the Senate could perform an audit but only by using auditors certified by DC’s agency the US Election Assistance Commission (EAS). So the MCBOS selected the only two firms who appeared to be certified and had them give the County a clean bill of health. The problem was that we identified that these two firms were not certified when the MCBOS used them, they hadn’t been certified in years. Within hours the EAS certified these firms. (We are waiting to find out what information they used to certify these firms on that day within four hours of our report.)

Actor indicted in $230M Ponzi scheme involving bogus HBO, Netflix deals

A little-known Los Angeles-based actor has been indicted for running a massive Ponzi scheme that bilked investors out of roughly $230 million, federal prosecutors said.

Zachary Joseph Horwitz, who has credits in horror and science fiction flicks under the name Zach Avery, was charged Tuesday by a federal grand jury with five counts of securities fraud, six counts of wire fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Prosecutors allege the “White Crow” actor, who was arrested on April 6, duped investors from 2014 through 2019 to secure $690 million in loans by telling them he was using the funds to acquire licensing rights to films that HBO and Netflix had agreed to distribute abroad, primarily in Latin America.

Horwitz falsely claimed his company, 1inMM Capital LLC, would acquire the films due to its “solid relationships” with online platforms, but reps from HBO and Netflix say the companies had no dealings with the firm, federal prosecutors said earlier this month.

An indictment alleges that Horwitz was instead using the loans from one group of investors to repay earlier victims. In all, more than 200 people, including three of Horwitz’s college friends and their relatives, lost roughly $230 million, the newspaper reported.

The ill-gotten funds were used to finance Horwitz’s “opulent lifestyle,” including to buy a $5.7 million home in Los Angeles’ Beverlywood section, complete with a pool, gym, screening room and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, according to the indictment.

New Ad Slams Abbott For Attempt To Kill Bill Banning Child Gender Transitions, Genital Mutilation, Chemical Castration

Abbott is reportedly blocking a bill that would ban genital mutilation and chemical castration of children to please corporate America.

Multiple conservative activists in Texas inform National File that Texas Governor Greg Abbott is attempting to prevent H.B. 1399, which would ban child gender transitions – including chemical castration and genital mutilation of minors – from reaching his desk, and is pressuring Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan to prevent the bill from moving forward. A conservative activist group in Texas released a new ad slamming Phelan and Abbott for refusing to advance the legislation.

“There’s a bill in Austin to ban the gender transitioning of kids. The GOP leaders plan to allow this horrific practice to continue. Governor Abbott and House Speaker Greg Abbott want to kill the bill. By killing the bill, Abbott and Phelan would allow the butchering and chemical castration of children as young as 7 years old,” the new ad, which is currently airing on Texas radio explains. National File obtained a video version of the ad this morning.

“Even the Ag Commissioner Sid Miller knows this bill has got to get through,” the narrator notes, referring to a previous ad using the voice of Miller. The previous ad slammed Texas Rep. Dustin Burrows – who is in charge of the legislature’s calendar – for allegedly refusing to advance the legislation to a full vote. At press time, the legislature is still waiting for Burrows to assign a day to vote on the bill, despite it having a total of 45 sponsors.

“Folks outside of Texas can’t believe this horrific practice still continues in Texas, but it does, and Dade Phelan and Greg Abbott aren’t doing their jobs to stop it. RINO House Speaker Dade Phelan has one job: Send a bill to Greg Abbott’s desk that prevents chemical castration, and protects our kids from crazy doctors and parents. Conservative activists in Texas have informed National File that Abbott is pressuring the legislature to stall the bill and keep it from coming to a vote before the end of the 2021 legislative session to appease large, politically left wing corporations who have come to Texas in recent years. Previously, former U.S. House candidate Chris Ekstrom told National File that “Abbott’s woke corporate cronies have decreed that we can’t be Texas anymore, and no one’s taken more money from them than Greg Abbott, no one in the country,” said Ekstrom. “Not even Joe Biden.”

Similarly, Abbott is reportedly pressuring a different state legislator to stall legislation that would make it illegal for employers to discriminate against employees based on their COVID-19 vaccination status. Without the bill signed into law, a Texas nurse claims she was fired for her refusal to get the vaccine, even though she has recently tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies that suggest she is currently naturally immunized from the disease.

UNEARTHED: 1619 Project Founder Praised Cuba’s ‘Socialist’ Accomplishments, Counts Education As ‘Cornerstone Of Revolution.’

1619 Project founder Nikole Hannah-Jones insisted that “education is the cornerstone of the revolution” in an unearthed article offering praise for Cuba’s Communist revolution resulting in the “end of codified racism.”

The New York Times writer visited Cuba in 2008 on a reporting fellowship, penning a piece entitled “The Cuba We Don’t Know” upon her return. Published in The Oregonian, the article sets out to dismantle the narrative about the Communist country that “come from the U.S. government”: “Cuba is poor. Cuba is communist. Cuba violates human rights and represses dissent.”

The objective is similar to that of the ahistorical 1619 Project metastasizing through U.S. classrooms: challenging the narrative that the U.S. was founded in 1776 and insisting the country’s motives for revolution evolved solely out of a desire to protect slavery.

“Education is the cornerstone of the revolution,” Jones asserts before offering praise for the communist country’s education and health care system, alleging many see the latter as a “world model.”

“It manifests in what Cuba has accomplished, through socialism and despite poverty, that the United States hasn’t,” she writes before quoting a professor who insists “The U.S. cannot forgive us for having this revolution. All 50 years of the revolution have not been for nothing.”

Jones also identifies an advantage of the communist revolution as bringing about the “end of codified racism,” asking in reference to Black Cubans, “Without the revolution, they wonder, where would they be?”

Black Cubans especially are wary of outsiders wishing to overthrow the Castro regime. They admit the revolution has been imperfect, but it also led to the end of codified racism and brought universal education and access to jobs to black Cubans. Without the revolution, they wonder, where would they be?

The piece continues, blaming Cuba’s poor economy and infrastructure on the U.S.:

A crushing U.S. embargo has ensured Cuba’s low per capita income and crumbling infrastructure. Yet, Cuba boasts one of the highest literacy rates in the world. As in the United States, some Cuban children attend schools with tidy grounds and gleaming floors, while others sit at decaying desks in sagging buildings.

“We could see that Cuba is not the great evil we are led to believe,” she concludes.

Honeywell Fined $13 Million For Exporting Sensitive Information to Countries Including China

Honeywell was fined $13 million for allegedly exporting sensitive data to several countries including China, without obtaining proper authorization, the Department of State announced on Monday.

The State Department‘s spokesperson said in a statement that it concluded a settlement with Honeywell International to resolve alleged violations of export rules when the company exported and retransferred technical information without authorization to Canada, China, Ireland, Mexico, and Taiwan.

The exported data “contained engineering prints showing dimensions, geometries, and layouts for manufacturing castings and finished parts for multiple aircraft, gas turbine engines, and military electronics,” a department spokesperson said.

The violations Honeywell has been charged with occurred within a four-year period and included sending, without permission to foreign companies, technical details of military aircraft such as the Lockheed Martin F-35 and F-22, helicopters, tanks, and Raytheon’s Tomahawk cruise missiles, according to a proposed charging letter sent by the State Department to the company.

In 2015, Honeywell disclosed to the authorities 71 drawings that it sent to foreign suppliers, 65 of which allegedly violated the U.S. export and transfer rules, the letter stated. The company exported 51 of these drawings to communist China, according to the letter.

In 2018, Honeywell submitted a second voluntary disclosure of technical documents that violated export restrictions, which included 23 drawings exported to Mexico, two exported to Canada, and two to China, the letter said.

The U.S. government determined that exports to and retransfers in China of drawings for certain parts and components of military equipment disclosed in both sets of documents harmed national security, the letter said.

Honeywell agreed to pay a penalty of $13 million within three years of which $5 million will be suspended on the condition that these funds will be used to make improvements to Honeywell’s compliance program according to the requirements stipulated by the agreement with the State Department, the statement said.

The agreement requires Honeywell to hire an external Special Compliance Officer initially for at least 18 months to oversee the implementation of the compliance enhancements and to conduct an independent audit of the company’s compliance program during the agreement term, according to the statement.

The State Department decided not to debar Honeywell at this time because the company voluntarily disclosed the alleged violations, recognized the seriousness of its violations, and has put into practice a number of corrective measures, the Department explained in the statement.

CDC: U.S. Birth Rate Sees Largest Drop in 50 Years

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that the birth rate in the U.S. fell by four percent in 2020 — the largest yearly drop in five decades.

The rate dropped across every major racial group and in nearly all age groups, falling to the lowest point since the government started tracking the data more than a century ago.

The Guardian analyzed the data in the report:

The U.S. once was among only a few developed countries with a fertility rate above the 2.1 children per woman that ensured each generation had enough children to replace itself.

But the rate has been sliding for more than 10 years and last year dropped to about 1.6, the lowest rate on record. The figures suggest that the current generation will not have enough children to replace itself.

The CDC report is based on a review of more than 99 percent of birth certificates issued last year. The findings echo a recent Associated Press analysis of 2020 data from 25 states showing that births had fallen during the coronavirus outbreak.

“The fact that you saw declines in births even for older moms is quite striking,” the lead author of the study, Brady Hamilton, said in the Guardian report.

The outlet further noted that the coronavirus may have contributed to last year’s birth rate as people were anxious about having a child during the pandemic.

“But many of the 2020 pregnancies began well before the U.S. epidemic,” the Guardian reported.

Other highlights from the CDC report, as highlighted by the Guardian, include:

About 3.6 million babies were born in the U.S. in 2020, down from about 3.75 million in 2019. When births were booming in 2007, the U.S. recorded 4.3 million births.

The U.S. birth rate dropped to about 56 births per 1,000 women of child-bearing age, the lowest rate on record. The rate is about half of what it was in the early 1960s.

The birth rate for 15- to 19-year-olds dropped 8 percent from the rate in 2019. It has fallen almost every year since 1991.

Birth rates fell 8 percent for Asian-American women; 3 percent for Hispanic women; 4 percent for black and white women; and 6 percent for mothers who were American Indian or Alaskan native.

The caesarean delivery rate rose slightly to about 32 percent and has been regularly declining since 2009.

Further, “[t]he percentage of infants born small and premature — at less than 37 weeks of gestation — fell slightly to 10 percent after increasing for five consecutive years,” the outlet noted.

CDC Director Urges Masks to Prevent Kids ‘Heavy Breathing’ Around a Soccer Ball

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky defended masking requirements for children in outdoor summer camps on Wednesday, arguing situations surrounding sporting events could be dangerous.

“We’re trying to make sure there is not a lot of heavy breathing around a singular soccer ball with five kids around it at the same time,” said Walensky, offering a theoretical scenario of five ten-year-olds competing for a ball on the field at a soccer camp.

Walensky spoke about the guidance for summer camps during the White House coronavirus briefing on Wednesday morning.

She said it is fine for vaccinated children to gather in small groups outside without masks, but that children should always wear them for larger events.

“What we’re really trying to avoid in this camp guidance is what we saw in outbreaks in camps last summer,” she said.

Dr. Anthony Fauci also defended the CDC guidelines for kids at summer camps during an interview with NBC’s Savannah Guthrie on Wednesday.

“You know, I wouldn’t call them excessive; they certainly are conservative,” Fauci said with a chuckle.

Fauci noted the CDC would likely re-evaluate the guidance in the future when Guthrie pressed him on the matter.

“The CDC makes decisions based on science, they will continually reevaluate that,” he continued. “You’re right, it looks a bit strict, a bit stringent, but that’s the reason why they keep looking at that and trying to reevaluate literally in real-time whether or not that’s the practical way to go.”

In April, Walensky and the CDC lifted some mask requirements for vaccinated Americans outdoors, noting that in many studies less than 10 percent of documented transmissions of the virus occurred outdoors.

China Again Delays Release of Census Data; Expert Speculates Sharp Decline in Population

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has again delayed the release of the 2020 census results. An expert suspects that the CCP needs time to massage the figures.

The seventh population census of China was completed in early December 2020. In March, China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said that the census results would be released in early April.

However, on April 16, the NBS announced that in order to provide more details, more preparation was needed.

“We will accelerate our work to the next step, and we strive to release the final results of the census as soon as possible,” the NBS stated.

On April 29, the NBS published a one-sentence report that said, “In 2020, China’s population continues to grow, and specific data will be published in the 7th National Census Bulletin.”

The “specific data” have yet to be released.

As early as Nov. 16, 2020, Yi Fuxian, author of the book “Big Country with an Empty Nest,” said in a post on Twitter that he projected the actual population of China in 2020 to be about 1.26 billion to 1.28 billion, rather than the officially announced 1.4 billion in 2019.

He said that “China’s policies are all based on faulty demographic data. After [China] enjoyed the status as the world’s most populous country for thousands of years, that title was taken by India a few years ago.”

By the end of 2016, India’s population had reached 1.326 billion, or 18 percent of the world’s total population.

Sharp Decline in Newborns

A report released on April 29 cites data from the Ministry of Public Security indicates that only 10 million newborns were registered in China in 2020, a significant drop of about 15 percent from 2019.

In 2019, the number of newborns registered was 80.5 percent of the birth number recorded by the Bureau of Statistics. If the same ratio is used to calculate the birth number of 2020, that will result in a decline of over 2 million births in 2020 compared to 2019.

China’s NBS announced on Jan. 17 that China’s total population was 1.4 billion at the end of 2019, an increase of 4.7 million from the end of the previous year.

DHS Chief: We Should Not See Borders as ‘Lines that Mark National Boundaries and Divide Us’

U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, on Tuesday told the annual Washington Conference on the Americas the Western Hemisphere should not see borders as lines that divide nations, but rather “as a point of connection” that brings countries together.

“Rather than viewing borders solely as the lines that mark national boundaries and that divide us from one another, we should see borders as a point of connection, as the place where the flow of people and goods from different countries interact and intersect,” Mayorkas declared during the annual conference hosted by the Council of the Americas (COA) on Tuesday.

His comments came amid the border crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border fueled by a migrant surge, primarily from Central America’s Northern Triangle region (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador).

The flow of migrants is overwhelming DHS resources and the border agents who operate under the department, forcing the release of migrants into U.S. communities.

Many of the migrants reaching the border are unaccompanied children and families from Central America. Republicans have accused the Biden administration of pushing an open borders agenda.

Although President Joe Biden keeps insisting the border is closed, he struck a more welcoming tone as a candidate, and migrants keep coming in with some released into U.S. communities.

The Biden administration’s message is falling on deaf ears, in part due to online ad campaigns by human smugglers who promise guaranteed entrance into the U.S. under the current president.

Human smugglers, including those who rape women and girls during the journey, benefit financially from the influx of migrants.

Republicans have blamed Biden’s undoing of Trump-era immigration policies for the border crisis.

Mayorkas indicated that the Biden Administration is working on creating an immigration system where people are “treated with dignity and respect.”

DOJ Targets Journalist Investigating Biden Family Ukraine Scandals

As part of an investigation into former President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, the Biden Justice Department is seizing communications between the former mayor and a journalist investigating President Joe Biden’s business dealings with Ukraine.

Agents from the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office and the FBI raided the New York residence of Giuliani early Wednesday morning. The investigation stems from at least a two-year-old probe into potential crimes of federal lobbying laws. Federal investigators seized Giuliani’s electronic devices.

The warrant presented, however, according to Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, raises questions surrounding the scope and motivation behind the investigation, where prosecutors began issuing subpoenas around the same time of Trump’s first impeachment inquiry launched by Democrats centered on conduct in Ukraine in 2019.

According to the Wall Street Journal, “Costello said the warrant sought communications between Mr. Giuliani and individuals including John Solomon, a columnist who was in communication with Mr. Giuliani about his effort to push for Ukrainian investigations of President Biden before he was elected.”

Giuliani began to probe the Biden’s family’s business ventures in the same country, where then-presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, served in a lucrative board role of a notoriously corrupt energy company despite no prior experience in the industry.

Solomon, an investigative journalist, did not immediately respond to The Federalist’s request for comment.

The FBI has been particularly prone to politically motivated investigations in recent years following its deep-state operation to oust Trump before the Republican executive even took office. Operation Crossfire Hurricane peeled back the curtain on a primary intelligence agency run at the behest of its former Director James Comey compromised by Democrat interests. The operation promoted the conspiracy theory Trump was a covert Russian agent for years – a narrative that ultimately took deep roots among a polarized population where one-half remains convinced of its truth.

A two-year special counsel investigation, however, exonerated Trump of the charges.

GUNPOINT MEDICINE: Whitmer says freedom for Michiganders is contingent upon getting injected for Covid-19

Cruella de Vil, also known as Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, has ruled that the residents of her state will only be allowed to resume some kind of modified “new normal” once all of them agree to get injected for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).

As she pretended to get her own “second dose” of Pfizer’s mRNA injection in front of the cameras, Whitmer proclaimed that freedom and liberty for Michiganders are no longer contingent upon the rights delineated in the Constitution, but rather on her own whimsical feelings about when it is “safe” for them to be reinstated.

“On our path to vaccinating 70 percent of Michiganders 16 and up, we can take steps to gradually get back to normal while keeping people safe,” Whitmer bellowed.

Michigan Rep. Ben Frederick, a Republican from Owosso, revealed that in order for Michiganders to once again be “allowed” to work in person at an office, at least 55 percent of the state will need to get jabbed. In order to resume sports games conferences, banquets and funerals, at least 60 percent of Michiganders will need to get jabbed.

As for indoor capacity limits of all types, those will only go away once 65 percent of Michiganders have been injected, Whitmer declared. And face mask orders will only go away after at least 70 percent of Michiganders have had their DNA permanently reprogrammed with experimental gene therapy.

Democrats and Republicans have both betrayed the Constitution in exchange for tyranny

Concerning the upcoming Fourth of July holiday, Michiganders will only be “granted” their independence to gather with friends and family members if a majority of the state gets injected.

Just like Resident Joe Biden said, American freedom and liberty is now granted by Democrats based on obedience to Chinese virus restrictions and interventions. If Americans choose to go a different route for their health, then leftists like Biden and Whitmer will punish them with restrictions, possibly forever.

In other words, Frederick, a Republican, is excited that the Constitution has been scrapped and that Michiganders will now have to sacrifice their health sovereignty in exchange for getting a few of their basic rights back from Whitmer.

None of this would be happening, of course, were it not for Donald Trump’s “Operation Warp Speed” scheme, which brought us all Wuhan flu shots at “warp speed.” Refusing one of Trump’s injections could mean not being allowed to buy, sell or travel in the very near future.

Michigan is the only state that is currently forcing two-year-olds to wear a mask just like their older siblings and parents.

Whitmer’s tyranny, Frederick further gushed, will “allow families, communities, and our small business owners to track the progress our state is making, plan ahead and look to the future.

Meanwhile, nearly half of all Michiganders who received their first dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA injection series are not showing up for their second appointments. Many of them are apparently coming to realize that the jabs are deadly and that they want nothing to do with getting a second one.

This massive DDoS attack took large sections of a country's internet offline

More than 200 organisations across Belgium including the government and parliament were affected by a DDoS attack that overwhelmed them with bad traffic.

A massive distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack took down the websites of more than 200 organisations across Belgium, including government, parliament, universities and research institutes.

The DDoS attack started at 11am on Tuesday 4 May and overwhelmed the web sites with traffic, rendering their public-facing sites unusable for visitors, while the attack overwhelmed internal systems, cutting them off from the internet.

The attack targeted Belnet, the government-funded ISP provider for the county's educational institutions, research centres, scientific institutes and government services – including government ministries and the Belgian parliament. Some debates and committee meetings had to be postponed as users couldn't access the virtual services required to take part.

Belgium's central authority for cybersecurity, the Center for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB), was contacted following the attack in order to help contain and resolve it. One of the reasons the attack was so disruptive was because those behind the disruption kept altering the techniques behind it.

"The fact that the perpetrators of the attack constantly changed tactics made it even more difficult to neutralize it," said Dirk Haex, technical director at Belnet.

A day on from the DDoS attack, an update from Belnet said its services are available again but that the service provider is remaining vigilant about potential follow-up attacks.

"We are fully aware of the impact on the organizations connected to our network and their users and we are aware that this has profoundly disrupted their functioning," said Haex.

A DDoS attack is designed purely with the intent of disrupting web sites and services by taking them offline by overwhelming them with an excessive amount of traffic.

In many cases, DDoS attacks will exploit servers, computers and Internet of Things devices that have been taken control of by cyber criminals and roped into a botnet – an army of devices controlled by cyber attackers – using that traffic to overwhelm the capabilities of the target to the extent it becomes inaccessible for anyone.

Memos hint Zuckerberg to continue big spending on Georgia election workers, infrastructure

Facebook founder's influence on election process may extend beyond 2020 if Fulton County in Georgia has its way. Newly obtained memos talk of "doubled" future budget in Atlanta area.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's multimillion dollar investment in the 2020 presidential election process may extend into this year or beyond, at least if Fulton County is any measure.

Georgia's largest county, which encompasses the blue-leaning city of Atlanta, received more than $6.3 million in private grants from the Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) to conduct elections during the 2020 pandemic, but recently reported it did not use all the money last year.

Now it would like to spend $858,667 in leftover proceeds in the future, according to county election officials' memos obtained by Just the News under the state's Freedom of Information Act.

CTCL, which got hundreds of millions from Zuckerberg and his wife to spend during the 2020 election, also hinted of bigger plans for the future in its after-action questionnaire for Fulton County.

"If your annual budget for elections permanently doubled, what would you be able to accomplish that you can't accomplish now?" the questionnaire asked.

Conservatives have raised serious concerns about CTCL grants, saying they appeared to be heavily focused on Democratic election strongholds in 2020 and amounted to an unprecedented back door for private money to influence neutral election judges and administrators. The group counters it was simply helping election coordinators get through an unprecedented pandemic.

In its application to extend leftover funding to June 30, 2021, Fulton County said it would use the money on "temporary staffing support," "vote by mail/absentee voting equipment and supplies" and "election administration equipment," the memos show.

The memos also provide an extraordinary window into the differences between what Georgia's largest county said it would spend CTCL money on and what it actually spent the grants on.

Resurfaced CNN Report Revealed How Easy Voting Machines Were To Hack In 2017 (But Only After Trump Won)

In their exclusive report, CNN visits a DefCon Hacking Conference showing “a room full of hackers” who are all trying to hack into voting machines used in U.S. elections. The hackers were told to break into the voting machines and reverse engineer them, using any means necessary. In one of the CNN clips, one of the hackers can be heard explaining, “You can possibly make an accepted fake card or accept any card so you can add your own votes.”

Another hacker mocks the outdated software voting machines use, “These are supposed to be the latest machines, and they’re still used in elections. And they’re running ancient software. I think that like—If someone wanted to, it could be pretty easy to fake an election,” he claims.

“We can get in and hack this log within 10 seconds. We can actually remove this (UBS drive) and clone this particular USB. We can go back and start looking at and reverse engineer this particular image and determine nefarious ways that we can impact this particular operating system,” another hacker tells the CNN host.

The CNN host explains that the “experiment” they highlight in their report is the “brainchild of Jake Braun, a former Obama Security Advisor.

In a sitdown interview with the CNN host, Braun explained how after Trump won in 2016, they wanted to make sure that moving forward, voting machines are safe from outside manipulation. “You know, with everything that happened in 2016, what we’re trying to do is get this industry to mature from a cybersecurity perspective so you don’t have folks saying what they are now like, ‘Machines are hackable, or databases are air-gapped and can’t be changed,’” Braun tells the CNN host.

The CNN host points out to viewers that US intelligence agencies have already stated Russia was able to break into our voting machines in the 2016 elections. “The Department of Homeland Security also found that they targeted election-related systems in as many as 21 states,” the CNN host explained.

The former Obama security advisor tells the CNN host, “If you wanted to go in and specifically manipulate vote counts on every single machine in America, that’d be really hard to do,” he said, adding, “But you don’t need to do that to have an impact on the election,” he said, explaining how easy it would be to flip a couple of Senate seats and some House seats to change the balance of Congress.

“There’s a lot of mischief that these guys do without ever having to physically touch a machine,” Braun told the CNN host.

American pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc…. has agreed to pay $2.3 billion, the largest health care fraud settlement in the history of the Department of Justice, to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from the illegal promotion of certain pharmaceutical products, the Justice Department announced today.

Pfizer in 2009 agreed to “plead guilty to a felony violation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.”

And that is the Big Pharma Company which is now marketing the “unapproved” mRNA vaccine, which has already resulted in countless deaths and injuries.

Pfizer was put on “probation” by the US Department of Justice:

“As part of the settlement, Pfizer also has agreed to enter into an expansive corporate integrity agreement with the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services. That agreement provides for procedures and reviews to be put in place to avoid and promptly detect conduct similar to that which gave rise to this matter.”

Corporate Integrity??? Where are the procedures and reviews?

That “similar conduct” by Pfizer is being repeated in 2020-2021 on a much larger scale than that of 2009. What is unfolding is the Worldwide “fraudulent marketing” of an un-approved vaccine.

Blinken Says US Is Pulling Troops Out of Afghanistan But ‘Not Withdrawing’

The Secretary of State said the US will continue supporting the Afghan government and its military after combat troops are out

On Monday, Secretary of State Antony Blinken assured that even though US troops are leaving Afghanistan, the US is not “withdrawing” or “disengaging” from the country.

“But we’ve also been clear that even as our forces are drawing down and pulling out of Afghanistan, we are not withdrawing, we are not disengaging,” Blinken said at a joint press conference with UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab in London.

“We intend to be very active diplomatically in terms of trying to advance negotiations and a political settlement between the Government of Afghanistan, the Taliban, and other key parties,” he said.

Blinken also said that the US will continue to support the Afghan military, something Pentagon officials have been stressing. “We intend to sustain our assistance to Afghanistan, including development, economic, humanitarian; our support for Afghanistan’s security forces as well,” Blinken said.

To continue supporting the Afghan military, the US will likely need to keep paying for contractors who maintain their equipment. Last week, the Pentagon said it was reviewing the “contractual needs” of the Afghan military.

The US is also hoping to maintain the ability to bomb Afghanistan after it pulls troops out. Pentagon officials are eyeing repositioning forces in neighboring Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, although the US currently has no basing agreements with these countries.

There’s a chance that the US tries to keep a small troops presence under the guise of protecting its diplomatic mission in Afghanistan, and there will undoubtedly be some sort of CIA presence in the country.

On Tuesday, US Central Command said the US has completed about two to six percent of the withdrawal process. President Biden set September 11th as the deadline to get troops out, but a report from Tolo News said the US is in talks with the Taliban to get out by July.

NATO Prepares Azerbaijan’s Army for Its Next War

Trend News Agency cited Azerbaijani member of parliament Vugar Iskenderov celebrating military cooperation and integration between his nation and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

The basis for current high-level cooperation – his words – between the Caspian Sea country and the thirty-nation global military bloc was laid in 1994 with Baku’s joining NATO’s Partnership for Peace program. That program was employed to groom the fourteen countries that have joined the alliance since 1999: Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

According to the Azeri deputy, his nation is “conducting a political dialogue with NATO on a wide range of issues of mutual interest.” He also highlighted the fact that over the past twenty-seven years Azerbaijan has provided NATO with troops for wars and post-war “peacekeeping” missions.

From 1999, the year NATO bombed the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and drove it out of Kosovo, until 2008 Azerbaijan provided troops for the bloc’s Kosovo Force (KFOR). From 2002 to 2014 it provided troops for NATO’s International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) to create a NATO-interoperable Afghan army (since 2012 Afghanistan has belonged to NATO’s Partners Across the Globe), and since then for ISAF’s successor, Operation Resolute Support.

The North Atlantic alliance also commended Azerbaijan for providing transit for troops and equipment during the twenty-year war in Afghanistan.

As Azerbaijan provides the main transit corridor for Caspian Sea oil and natural gas moving westward, NATO strongly values its “long-standing interest in the protection of critical energy infrastructure….”

American officials acknowledged several years ago that transporation infrastructure developed to move oil and gas westward from the Caspian Sea Basin through the South Caucasus, was “reverse flowed” after 2001 to move troops and military equipment eastward.

Biden’s ICE Nominee Pushed to Release Violent Felons From His Jail

Texas sheriff Ed Gonzalez asked D.A. to free more than 1,500 inmates

President Joe Biden's nominee for director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Texas sheriff Ed Gonzalez, petitioned a court earlier this year to force the mass release of inmates from his county jail. Many of them had been charged with violent crimes and felonies, according to court records reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

Gonzalez has served as sheriff of Harris County, Texas, since 2017. Earlier this year, he filed an emergency request asking a federal court to help negotiate the potential release of 1,500 inmates from the Harris County Jail, which he ran and which had an inmate population of around 9,000 at the time. He cited overcrowding, though the jail had housed nearly 10,000 in 2018.

The request came as Harris County and its largest city, Houston, faced a massive spike in crime that many law enforcement advocates have attributed to lenient bond rulings that flooded the streets with criminals. Since 2015, homicide cases increased by 25 percent and assault cases nearly doubled, according to statistics compiled by the Harris County Justice Administration.

Tom Homan, former acting director of ICE under President Donald Trump and a senior fellow at the Immigration Reform Law Institute, said he is concerned about Gonzalez's actions as sheriff and said the nomination is drawing opposition from ICE employees.

"If you're a victim or witness the last thing you need is a bad guy to get back into the community," said Homan. "Morale's already in the toilet [at ICE] due to what the Biden administration's done. … How much more can ICE take? They've already been decapitated."

In January, Gonzalez filed a motion for an emergency hearing with the Texas Southern District Court, in an attempt to force the Harris County district attorney's office to release a significant portion of his jail population. The vast majority of inmates in the jail have been charged with felonies.

At the time, the jail had 9,000 inmates, which was within typical range for the facility and nearly 1,000 less than the jail had housed in 2018, according to county data.

Gonzalez argued that COVID drove the need to downsize, although he noted that "the current number of inmates and staff testing positive is currently relatively small" as of January.

"The jail is bursting at the seams. Something must be done to reduce the population," wrote Gonzalez. "Many of the inmates—pre-trial misdemeanors, state jail felonies without holds, other non-violent charges—ought to be subject to release."

Gonzalez compiled a list of 1,500 inmates that his office said could be eligible for release, which he sent to the district attorney's office for approval. D.A. Kim Ogg, a Democrat who ran on a progressive criminal justice reform platform, balked at the proposal.

"Of the 1,543 defendants on the list sent to the district attorney by the Harris County sheriff, 1,148 defendants have an external hold or their pending case is violent," wrote Ogg. "The district attorney objects to lowering the bail for any of these individuals' cases."

Ogg added that the remaining 395 inmates on the release list "collectively have 823 pending cases [against them], many of which have a bond greater than $10,000. Many of these multiple arrestees were on bond when arrested for new offenses."

She agreed to release 60 out of the 1,543 proposed for release by Gonzalez.

"Warmonger Liz Cheney, who has virtually no support left in the Great State of Wyoming, continues to unknowingly and foolishly say that there was no Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election," Trump said in a statement.

GOP support for Cheney to remaining a member of House Republican leadership deteriorated quickly this week, amid her ongoing feud with Trump, largely over her saying there was no widespread vote fraught, contributing to Trump's 2020 loss.

On Monday, she said anyone who says the election was stolen is "poisoning our democratic system."

On Wednesday, Trump called McConnell "gutless and clueless" for failing to expose 2020 election corruption and for Republicans earlier this year losing two Senate seats in Georgia to Democrats.

He also said had his vice president, Pence, referred election information back to several state legislatures for approval – "as demanded by the U.S. Constitution" – along with Cheney and McConnell having done more, "We would have had a far different presidential result, and our country would not be turning into a socialist nightmare! Never give up!"

Canada authorizes Pfizer vaccine for children 12 to 15, 100% effective in trials

Canada is the first country to authorize a COVID-19 vaccine for children as young as 12.

The Canadian medical regulator Health Canada on Wednesday cleared the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children 12 and older, making the country to first worldwide to start administering the drug to children.

The federal health agency announced the approval for 12-15-years-olds, which will consist of the same dosage all adults receive after successful testing on children since last year.

Some COVID-19 vaccines have been available for anyone age 16 and up, but this is now the youngest age group authorized to receive the shot.

“While younger people are less likely to experience serious cases of COVID-19, having access to a safe and effective vaccine will help control the disease's spread to their family and friends, some of whom may be at higher risk of complications. It will also support the return to a more normal life for our children who have had such a hard time over the past year,” said Health Canada’s chief medical adviser, Dr. Supriya Sharma.

The approval follows a trial conducted in the U.S. that found the vaccine to be 100% effective within the age group. The trial consisted of 2,260 adolescents involved in the Pfizer-BioNTech’s Phase 3 testing. There were no cases among all volunteers vaccinated.

While the virus is a minimal risk to most children, Pfizer Canada’s vaccine lead Fabien Paquette says the broadened vaccination program will help to protect more people before the start of the next school year.

The Food and Drug Administration is expected to authorize the vaccine for children in the U.S., next week according to the Associated Press.

Terrorist Attack On Large Iraqi Oil Field Leaves Four Dead & Wounded

Early on May 5, unidentified militants attacked the Bai Hasan oil fields in the northern Iraqi province of Kirkuk, where large oil reserves are located.

The militants blew up two wells in the oil fields with explosive devices while attacking a nearby security post to distract the guards.

“The terrorist attack at dawn today, resulted in the explosion of the Wells 183 and 177,” the Iraqi Ministry of Oil said in a statement, adding that a fire at Well 177 had been put out and emergency teams were working to halt a second at Well 183.

Citing Iraqi security officials, the Reuters news agency said that a policeman was killed and three others were wounded in the attack.

This was not the first such attack on Bai Hasan. On April 17, militants blew up two wells at the oil fileds. Back then, ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack, which didn’t result in any real material losses.

ISIS is apparently attempting to disturb oil production in Iraq. The group’s operations in Kirkuk saw a sharp increase in the last few months. Iraqi security forces are yet to step up security in the province.

Former tennis coach gets 25 years for filming minors in shower

A disgraced North Carolina tennis coach will spend the next 25 years in federal prison for filming minors undressing and showering — on top of a 12-year sentence on a separate child molestation conviction.

Benjamin Swain, 47, got slapped with the hefty punishment in federal court in Charlotte this week after admitting that he secretly recorded the youngsters, the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina said Tuesday.

“As Swain previously admitted in court, beginning in at least 2016, and on at least two different occasions, Swain secretly recorded three minors while they were undressing and showering,” prosecutors said in a release.

“In announcing Swain’s sentence, Judge (Max) Coburn said that the sentence should deter other coaches and people who serve in similar positions from committing similar crimes.”

Prosecutors said Swain pleaded guilty in December to federal charges of sexual exploitation of a minor in the case.

Swain, who is a British citizen, could also face deportation after completing his sentence.

But that could take some time: The former coach is already serving a 12-year prison sentence in an unrelated child molestation conviction in Georgia, prosecutors said.

According to online records, Swain was locked up at the Wheeler Correctional Facility in Alamo, Georgia, in that case in March 2018.

He was convicted of molesting a minor in 2016 in the state case.

Joint Chiefs chairman urges greater racial diversity in the military

WASHINGTON — The U.S. military must widen opportunity and improve advancement for Black service members, who remain vastly underrepresented in some areas, including among Air Force pilots and in the most senior ranks, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said Wednesday.

Army Gen. Mark Milley told a Howard University ROTC commissioning ceremony that diversity is an important strength of the military but is still inadequate.

“We must get better,” he said.

As an example of the failure to increase racial diversity, Milley said that when the current chief of staff of the Air Force, Gen. Charles Q. Brown, was commissioned as a second lieutenant in 1984, only 2 percent of Air Force pilots were Black. Today, Milley said, the Air Force pilot population remains 2 percent Black.

Brown, who last summer became the first Black to serve as the chief of a military service, made headlines in June when he posted an emotional video in which he discussed the difficulties he has experienced as a Black member of the Air Force. He said that as a young pilot he had to work extra hard in order to prove to white supervisors “that their expectations and perceptions of African Americans were invalid.”

The military as a whole is about 20 percent Black, Milley said, yet only two of 41 four-star generals are Black.

“Opportunity in our military must be reflective of the diverse talent in order for us to remain strong,” Milley said. “Our nation is ready to fulfill the promise of our Constitution to build a more perfect union and to ensure equal justice for all people, and it is your generation that can and will bring the joint force to be truly inclusive of all people.”

Joe Biden announces support for COVID-19 vaccine patent waiver

The US has announced its support for a global waiver on patent protections for COVID-19 vaccines in a major policy reversal.

The Biden administration has announced support for waiving intellectual property protections for COVID-19 vaccines.

The move was in a response to the “extraordinary circumstances” of the COVID-19 pandemic, US Trade Representative Katherine Tai said in a statement.

“The Administration believes strongly in intellectual property protections, but in service of ending this pandemic, supports the waiver of those protections for COVID-19 vaccines.

“We will actively participate in text-based negotiations at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) needed to make that happen.

“These negotiations will take time given the consensus-based nature of the institution and the complexity of the issues involved.”

The US has come under increasing pressure from countries like India and South Africa to support waivers. Pharmaceutical companies eyeing big profits have lobbied hard to keep them in place.

“The Administration’s aim is to get as many safe and effective vaccines to as many people as fast as possible,” Ms Tai said in her statement.

“As our vaccine supply for the American people is secured, the Administration will continue to ramp up its efforts — working with the private sector and all possible partners — to expand vaccine manufacturing and distribution.

“It will also work to increase the raw materials needed to produce those vaccines.”

The global rollout of the vaccine has been lopsided.

In January more people had been immunised in Israel — with its population of less than 10 million — than in Africa and Latin America combined.

The WTO has for months been facing calls to temporarily remove the intellectual property protections on COVID-19 vaccines.

Proponents say that would help boost production in developing countries that so far have received far fewer jabs.
