Soros-Funded St Louis Prosecutor Kim Gardner Engaged in 62 Acts of Misconduct and 79 False Representations in Prosecution of Eric Greitens

Last year St. Louis City saw its highest homicide rate in 50 years.

But after little to no action by Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, state officials passed legislation to allow the state attorney general to take over homicide cases in St. Louis after 90 days if Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner hasn’t filed charges or upon request from the “chief law enforcement officer.”

Gardner, a Soros-funded prosecutor, has been a complete disaster for the City of St. Louis.

The Soros-funded Circuit attorney rejected several open-and-shut cases due to the fact that she believed local police officers were racists.

Gardner released all of the protesters and looters in 2020 after the deadly George Floyd riots in St. Louis.

And on Tuesday the Missouri State Disciplinary Counsel found probable cause that Kim Gardner committed professional misconduct.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney may lose her law license for lying under oath in the Greitens’ case.

Gardner engaged in 62 acts of misconduct that resulted in 79 false representations during the Greiten’s now-dismissed criminal prosecution.

Country With World's Highest Vaccination Rate Orders New Lockdown As COVID Cases Surge

While most people might guess that Israel or the UK hold the title, the tiny island nation of Seychelles is actually the most vaccinated country on earth, with more than 62% of its adult population already "fully vaccinated", according to a BBC report.

However, despite the fact that the island nation is closing in on the herd immunity threshold, the country and its public health officials have been forced this week to reimpose restrictions due to a surge in COVID-19 cases.

All schools in the country have been closed and sporting activities cancelled for two weeks in the country, which is spread across an archipelago in the Indian Ocean.

Measures also include a ban on inter-household interaction, some types of in-person gatherings, and the early closure of shops, bars and casinos. Non-essential workers are also being encouraged to work from home, while a 2300 local time curfew has been revived.

There are currently 1.07K active Covid cases in the Seychelles, of which a third have been detected in people given two doses of either AstraZeneca's or China's Sinopharm's vaccine.

It unclear what has triggered the surge in cases but testing has detected the South African variant spreading on the islands. Scientists believe the mutant strain can evade immunity and make jabs up to 30 per cent weaker at preventing infections — but they think Western vaccines should still stop people falling severely ill if they get infected. But because Seychelles is not actively analyzing a large amount of positive tests (something the UK and other countries are doing to monitor the spread of variants) it is difficult to tell exactly which strain has taken hold in the country.

But the country's close links to South Africa means it is likely the B.1.351 variant could be behind the rise. Seychelles was added to Britain's travel "red list" in January along with nine southern African countries and Mauritius in a bid to prevent the UK from importing the strain.

Bill Gates Transfers $1.8 Billion In Stocks To Melinda Amid Divorce

As reporters look for clues about how Bill and Melinda Gates plan to divide up their fortune (as a reminder, here's everything we have learned so far) focus is shifting to Cascade, the Gates family office set up with the proceeds from selling Gates' Microsoft shares, as well as his investment dividends. The family office has long been seen as a piggy bank for the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.

And according to an SEC filing, Cascade transferred $1.8 billion (14.1MM shares) in Canadian National Railway stock to Melinda French Gates on May 3. Cascade also transferred 2.94 million shares in AutoNation, worth $309M.

The move makes Ms. Gates the sixth-biggest shareholder in CN, Canada’s largest railway, however, Cascade (controlled by Bill Gates) remains thee largest shareholder, with more than 101M shares worth roughly $11 billion)

CN is the biggest investment held by Cascade, representing 24.4% of its holdings. Waste disposal company Republic Services is Cascade’s second-largest stake at 23.9%, while heavy equipment make Deere and is third, at 18%.

Through Cascade, Gates has interests in real estate, energy and hospitality as well as stakes in dozens of public companies, including Deere & Co. and Republic Services. The couple are also among the largest landowners in America.

Gates lists himself as the sole member of Cascade Investment and makes clear that the stocks that he and Melinda own jointly through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust are completely separate from his direct ownership of what’s in his family office hedge fund, Cascade Investment, which operates out of Kirkland, Washington.

Vaccine stocks nosedive after Biden administration makes global vow

The stock prices of several coronavirus vaccine developers took sharp downturns on Wednesday, after the Biden administration announced it supports stripping away vaccine patent protections so the formulas can be shared with the world to produce generics.

U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai announced in the afternoon that the administration supports waiving intellectual property protections for COVID-19 vaccines.

Tai said in a statement:

"This is a global health crisis, and the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic call for extraordinary measures. The Administration believes strongly in intellectual property protections, but in service of ending this pandemic, supports the waiver of those protections for COVID-19 vaccines. We will actively participate in text-based negotiations at the World Trade Organization (WTO) needed to make that happen. Those negotiations will take time given the consensus-based nature of the institution and the complexity of the issues involved.

CNBC reported that following the news, shares of vaccine producers Pfizer, Biontech, Novavax, and Moderna all plunged "to session lows."

The outlet reported that following the sharp drops, "Pfizer ended its trading day flat, while Moderna lost 6.1%; Johnson & Johnson shed a modest 0.4%."

The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, a trade group that represents several of the pharmaceutical companies impacted, slammed the Biden administration's move.

"In the midst of a deadly pandemic, the Biden Administration has taken an unprecedented step that will undermine our global response to the pandemic and compromise safety," the group's president and CEO, Stephen J. Ubi, told CNBC. "This decision will sow confusion between public and private partners, further weaken already strained supply chains and foster the proliferation of counterfeit vaccines."

‘Worst of the worst’: Feds allege Josh Duggar had trove of child porn on computer

Ex-reality TV star Josh Duggar allegedly had at least 65 images of child porn on his computer — as well as a program that was supposed to alert his wife when he viewed X-rated material, a federal agent testified in court on Wednesday.

Some of sick pics were “in the top five of the worst of the worst that I’ve ever had to examine” Homeland Security special agent Gerald Faulkner said during Duggar’s detention hearing in Arkansas, People reported.

Duggar, 33, is accused of downloading the files onto a computer at his now-shuttered used car dealership over three days in May 2019.

Agents raided the Springdale, Ark., business in November 2019 and seized Duggar’s computer and cellphone.

Authorities allegedly found a trove of child porn — including one file that depicted sex abuse involving children ranging from 18 months to 12 years of age, the report said.

Agents also allegedly discovered a two-minute video that showed a man sexually abusing two girls aged between 5 and 10 years old, Faulkner testified, according to The Sun.

The files were initially flagged by a police detective in Little Rock and then allegedly traced to Duggar’s IP address at Wholesale Motorcars, according to People.

When agents got to the dealership and asked to speak to Duggar he “spontaneously” responded, “What is this about? Has someone been downloading child pornography?” — before even knowing what the investigation was about, Faulkner said.

Duggar was asked about seeing or having child abuse material in his possession and allegedly replied, “I’d rather not answer that question.”

The computer also had a program called “Covenant Eyes,” which Faulkner described as “accountability software” that monitors and reports vile internet use to a partner, and is meant to help people with porn addictions.

The program, Faulkner alleged, was registered to Duggar and set up to send reports to his wife Anna — who is expecting the couple’s seventh child.

Friends and family allegedly told investigators at the time that Duggar had a porn addiction.

Donald Trump’s New Blog Is Riddled With Facebook and Google Trackers, Share Buttons For Big Tech

Blog reportedly designed by Brad Parscale and Jared Kushner begs for large donations, and is closely linked to Big Tech

As Donald Trump’s new blog launched this week, Facebook’s ADL-supported “Oversight Board” upheld the corporate monopoly’s decision to permanently ban Trump from the platform. Despite this, the President’s new blog is loaded with trackers from Facebook and Google, and features prominent share buttons for Facebook and Twitter while ignoring the free speech platforms used by the majority of Trump supporters, such as Gab, Telegram, and Parler.

Gab CEO Andrew Torba was among the first to uncover the tracking pixels embedded in the new blog that Trump launched on Tuesday called “From The Desk Of Donald J. Trump.”

Despite the fact that the new blog has zero user-oriented features aside from allowing Trump to post his email messages from the Save America 45 PAC directly to the site, the blog features many prominent donation buttons that encourage supporters to donate up to $5,000, including a $250 button that is prominently animated and jumps around the screen.

No indication is given as to where the donations will go, other than a vague message that states “President Trump is calling on you to step up and become a founding member of his Save America team.” Donators are apparently supposed to become ecstatic at the thought of President Trump potentially seeing their name on a “Founding Member Donor List.”

Trump supporters are also encouraged to share the President’s posts to Big Tech platform Facebook and Twitter, the very platforms that moved to silence Trump and his supporters the most over the past five years.

“Why Trump’s people, specifically Brad Parscale, who built this platform, would allow Facebook and Google tracking pixels on this blog, is really beyond me,” Andrew Torba said in a video message explaining why Trump is still not on Gab. “It’s kind of ironic when you think about it, being that Facebook upholds this ban of Trump from Facebook and Instagram, and he has Facebook on his own website, allowing them to track his supporters as they come to read his messages on this website.”

Republicans: Break Up Big Tech After Facebook Board Upholds Trump Ban

Congressional Republicans on Wednesday, upset with the decision by Facebook’s Oversight Board to uphold the company’s ban of former President Donald Trump, said they’d work to curb the technology giant’s power.

“Break them up,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, said in reaction to the decision.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) said the decision was “a real life example of the tyranny of Big Tech” before echoing Jordan.

Republicans have increasingly turned critical of technology giants like Facebook, as more and more evidence emerges showing bias against conservatives.

“Facebook is more interested in acting like a Democrat Super PAC than a platform for free speech and open debate. If they can ban President Trump, all conservative voices could be next. A House Republican majority will rein in big tech power over our speech,” House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said on Wednesday.

Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) called for “aggressive antitrust reform” to end what he described as Facebook’s monopoly.

Republicans lost control of the House of Representatives in early 2019 and ceded the majority in the upper chamber in January. They hope to flip both in the 2022 midterms.

They could have trouble garnering enough votes for their legislative preferences in dealing with Big Tech if they do not.

Democrats largely focused on praising the upholding of Facebook’s suspension.

“As far as the decision of the Facebook goes, I applaud that decision. Facebook is not the public square. We need to remember that it’s not,” said House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) in a Washington Post Live interview.

“There’s no Constitutional protection for using social media to incite an insurrection. Trump is willing to do anything for himself no matter the danger to our country. His big lies have cost America dearly. And until he stops, Facebook must ban him. Which is to say, forever,” House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) added in a statement.

Still, some Democrats signaled that they want to reform laws dealing with Big Tech.
