Totally serious question. If below a 71 IQ is considered mentally retarded, what do we honestly think Pedo Joe Bidan would score on the latest version of the Stanford-Binet, or some other verified IQ test? I honestly don't think he'd break 50, and I'm being serious.

I'm not making fun of his condition, my mom just died from Alzheimer's less than 6 months ago, I just don't think someone who's functionally retarded should be pretending to be the leader of the free world.
